Called at 10am and someone was here within an hour or so. Had a leak at our mean line outside that was causing a leak in basement. Got us fixed up in 4 hours. Fair price and great work. Highly recommend this company! I believe our tech was Nate.

The young guy from Moundville who came to fix my faucet outside,on the day I called , was so nice . He fixed my faucet , got my 2 hose pipes undone that I couldnt turn and put a weather protector on both of them .I very much appreciated theextra things he did.

Jeff and crew have been awesome to work with. They helped with the gas company that was very difficult, hard to work with and not informative at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone change from electric to gas. Due to Cspire. But John Wayne plumbing attempted to help deal with them.

Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous.☆☆☆☆☆Our kitchen sink was plumbed originally without a P trap. The first company we called said our cabinet wasnt big enough to re-plumb to fix the problem. Its a standard Home Depot cabinet... So, we dealt with odors and a dishwasher that never quite did its job.Last week, the odor became unbearable, so we called John Wayne Plumbing.Once the trap was installed and the odor vanished, I cleaned the grosser than gross dishwasher filters, and everything worked as it should. I highly recommend John Wayne Plumbing and will call them first for any other problems that arise!Thank you, John Wayne Plumbing!Laura

I had a clogged main line. Luckily, John Wayne plumbing came to help within no time. The service was professional and more. After clearing the main line they even cleaned the area which most other service ive had used before didnt do. Fantastic job! Thanks so much for the fast and professional work and going above and beyond! Also, the price was very reasonable.

Excellent service! A crew of 2 men came on Thanksgiving Eve - fixed my toilet that wouldn’t stop pouring water over onto the floor. Also showed me what to do if it happens again. I called at 8, they arrived at 4. $140 trip charge. Would use again.

I have personally known John Wayne for the majority of my life. His company has also worked here at my home way more than once. The last time they were here, May 24, 2019, they not only replaced my hot water heater, but also fixed my shelving that was above my hot water heater. They put in a commercial grade 50 gallon hot water. Everything works fine and the shelving looks great! Its little things like this that separate John Wayne Plumbing from all the rest. They actually care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work!
