    Brian was awesome. We are Comfort Club and this was our Fall/Winter check-up. He was very thorough and checked on everything we requested. He even updated the settings on our thermostat that were not right. No complaints at all. Very professional and courageous.

    Premier service said they would come out in one day and they did they sent out a nice repair man knew what he was doing named Aaron. He found the problem small pinhole with them between two or four. He fixed it and less than 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the promptness the communication of when they would be here, and the price was fair and I really appreciate the Professional attitude.

    Premier took my call around 10 this morning. Their plumber, Chad Johnson, arrived around 2. He was very polite and friendly. He was able to complete the work required in about 90 minutes. He advised us to what the problem was and offered suggestions to make sure it doesnt happen again. It has nothing to do with what Premier did. They are wonderful.This company is well run and I would highly recommend them.

    They did an excellent job fixing the two bath tub fixtures at my house and were very polite and professional. Got the job done quickly and without a mess. Also unlike one of the other unnamed big companies in town who quoted us for the job for 400 per is sure they did them all for that price! They also send a picture of your technician and follow up to make sure you like the work. Would definitely recommend them!

    AC went out due to a power outage around noon. Power came back within about 10 minutes but the AC didnt. Its was in the upper 90s that day. We noticed it around 6pm and called Premier. They got us on the schedule for an urgent call, and had a tech at our house in a half hour. Micah quickly diagnosed the issue, provided us with an estimate and went to work. AC was back within 20 minutes, and we hung around chatting about common interests for another 20 minutes or so. Very friendly and customer oriented on the phone with scheduling as well as Micah the tech. Price was bumped for the urgent call, but its understandable. Wed worked with Premier at our previous residence with a very similar issue and the experience was just as good so we called again, and will probably call them for all our HVAC needs going forward.

    Micah was such a blessing! He was very professional, kept me informed about all that he needed to do. Our air conditioning was not keeping up and with the temperatures soaring like they were, I was afraid it would take several days for someone to be able to check it, but he came the afternoon that I called. The unit was badly frozen up so he had to turn it off to let it thaw but promised to be back first thing the next morning and he was! He quickly diagnosed the problem as dirty coils, got them cleaned and verified that was the only problem and got our cool air flowing again. Very polite and very efficient! I should also add that the lady that took my call and who checked in with me the morning of the repair was also very polite and friendly. Excellent service all around!

    Mr. Benn Marler was a joy to have as a technician. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about his craft and was very patient in teaching me about the parts in question. He told me the technology behind the parts, explained how they worked, and then he broke down when it would be necessary to purchase them or if it really could wait a few seconds (leave him alone corporate). That honesty will carry him far. If I hade to have another service call from this company, I would hope he would be willing to service my unit once again.

    Although the “on our way” message named only the junior technician, a two person team which also included an experienced plumber arrived. He noted all the relevant features of my problem description and context information. He identified two possible problem patterns that might exist, which could result in sharply different price points—one for a spot repair, the other for installing a new line. In discussing the problem, he mentioned a number of indicators that might indicate the wisdom of going ahead with the larger repair. However, as additional information emerged, he noted that the current evidence did support the less costly repair. Although he did mention possible future indicators that would suggest it was time to put in a new line, he was supportive of the assessment that the current situation could be accounted for by a single pipe break due to a tree root. He was personable and sincere, worked efficiently, was a good supervisor to his young technician (who did most of the digging) and made sure to include him in the actual plumbing repair, providing explanation and coaching as appropriate, although he planned the best way to complete the repair and performed the most difficult step. The technician was clearly motivated to develop his skills and was pleasant to interact with. I was very pleased with the response time, the completion time, the skill/competence of the team, the honesty and transparency of assessment, decision making and presentation of options. The work came in slightly under the estimated price for the spot repair and he even left me with a couple of sound home plumbing-care tips. I could not have been more pleased with quick and very reasonably priced service under circumstances where I dreaded the possible delays, cost and risk of inappropriate upselling that are anecdotally said to be frequent in this situation. Exactly *none* of these fears were confirmed. I would certainly hire this team again if facing another “plumbing emergency,” and this also contributes to a positive expectation of this company should I again be in the market for services they provide. It was a very positive experience to conclude an unpleasant event. Thanks!

    Amy BasinskiWe had a toilet replaced with this company early December and had continued problems with it rocking and eventually leaking. Four return visits later we were beginning to think the issue would never be resolved. On what would have been our last attempt to have the issue resolved with this company, Premier sent Aaron to our home. Not only was he courteous and respectful to our home, he explained why the issue had not been resolved upon installation and subsequent visits. This better educated us for any repairs in the future as we plan to replace another toilet soon. He repaired the leak and secured the toilet solid as a rock. Oh happy day! We will continue to use Premier, as long as they send us Aaron 😁

    We have used Premier for several years and are members of the Comfort Club. We love having the yearly check of our home making sure all is in order and running well. The service people are professional and so nice to work with. We usually see the same person from year to year. This year during the Comfort Club visit we asked for an electrical outlet to be installed and the next day an electrician was sent out to do the job! What great customer and quick service!

    We have used Premiere several times for an older home we recently purchased. The phone staff is always friendly and every tech we have had at our home is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel the pricing is fair, in one instance the tech realized our unit may still be under warranty and it was!!! He ordered part, it was free and we only paid labor.

    My service guy was excellent. He repaired my gas line for my kitchen range. Without his repair, we were not only out of a functioning stove, but we went a few days without heat. We recently had to replace our hot water heater and they were so kind and helpful from the time they answered the phone til they rolled out of the driveway! Russell and Chad did such a great job removing our old water heater and installing our new one and they made every effort to find a work around/cheaper solution for us even though the best solution was to replace the unit. They were professional, tidy, and efficient but they also felt like old friends by the time they left! Everyone who works the switchboard/scheduling line are so sweet and friendly, too! Savannah is always so patient to listen to my freakouts and answer any questions I have! I could go on and on about their top tier service and how awesome their employees are! He came in our home apologizing for the mixup and was very sincere. He along with Brandon completed the repair rapidly and thoroughly. We were very pleased with the technician, the quality of the repair work and and the speed with which it was done.

    We had a major plumbing leak in our rental condo during the Christmas school break. Premier was contacted and immediately responded and stopped the leak. They immediately began water remediation by removing the wet drywall and ceiling. The water was quickly removed from the floors and behind the walls. By bringing in drying equipment, no mold grew in any of the areas thus saving us considerable costs. During the process of filing an insurance claim, significant information was provided to the adjusters and insurance company to expedite the claim process. The bid to repair the condo was exactly what was expected and the work is scheduled to commence sooner than we had expected. Dealing with the members of Premier have been a very positive experience and I look forward to future work with them. The leak was a very trying experience but the members of the Premier team have made it very tolerable. Thank you!!

    We used Premier for a total repipe of our house. We had bad PEX pipes and had a slab leak and Premier was the only company available to start the job immediately. They did a great job and even provided additional services/products outside of the quote we were given so that the job could be done right. The only issue we had is that the plumbing manager was not very responsive and did not get the documents we need to submit to our insurance to us in a timely manner and we had to call and email several times.

    I have had several installs via Premier including a new Hvac unit and a hot water heater. The customer service during both has been excellent! My old hvac unit died on a Friday, parts couldnt be delivered until Monday so Premier offered me a stand alone a.c. throughout the weekend. They have always been on time and have always treated me friendly and with a smile. Their Comfort Club membership is amazing as well. They check your home 4x per year, 2 hvac, a plumbing, and electrical. All in all I am very pleased with Premier Service Company and would recommend them to anyone!
