Outstanding service! Greg and Roberto came out yesterday to replace a piece of cast iron pipe which was leaking from the 2nd floor into the ceiling below. They were fast, polite, professional, and friendly. Even though it was after 3pm when they arrived-- they cared about how urgent this was to me so they went ahead and fixed it the same day. Yes it was after our original appointment window-- but these guys are slammed busy helping folks, and it was well worth a bit of patience and wait time to know the job was done right. Once they arrived it took them only 1 hour to access the problem, go to the supply store, come back and complete the repair! This focus and fast efficiency means reasonable pricing, which I greatly appreciate. They even cleaned up everything before they left. This is the 2nd time they have fixed an urgent problem for me-- the last required using a camera inside pipes in the ground. These guys have all the latest high tech gear. I cannot say enough kind things about this business. I had a tub that would not drain no matter what we tried. We called Hick’s and they came out a few days later to take a look at it. They determined it was the design of the tub that made it hard to drain (and some installer error on our builders part), but instead of recommending that we get a new tub they searched high and low for the parts to fix it. They had no luck finding the parts because the tub was such an odd design, but they didn’t give up. They found a way to make it work and they diligently worked get it operating for us. They apologized for how long it too and offered us a discount but I was so impressed by their determination and dedication. I’ve never experienced this level of kindness, courtesy, and integrity in a service provider before. I was so impressed and so very grateful for their hard work.

We called and made an appointment for someone to come and inspect our home plumbing system.Someone was to come on Wednesday or Thursday of that week.Nobody showed on either day. We called Thursday to inquire if anyone would be coming. The person who answered said someone would be there. But couldnt give us a time frame No one ever showed.I called the next day on Friday to check the status of our appointment. I called several times that morning and no one answered.Not a professional outfit. Seemingly litte care given to providing good customer service.

I spent one morning calling several plumbers and after getting a recording I almost gave up. I called Hicks plumbing and a very nice young lady answered and quickly determined she could get someone out to me. They were available in under 2 hours and Doug and Phillip were both so kind and professional. Not to mention they quickly determined a solution which gave me piece of mind. Priceless! I called Hicks plumbing after a Banks Quarles plumber was unable to fix the issue I had with my shower faucet. Hicks showed up the same morning I called and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. BQ couldnt fix it in 30 and damaged the piping. Hicks came in and fixed it in 5. Too bad i didnt call them first. Will be calling them from now on.
