    Great people, great service! Our experience with Streamline was the best. He even helped my husband fix our hot water issue with our bathtub after they installed a brand new line from the street to our house. Weve had a leak for months that no one else could figure out a way to help us and they did it efficiently and affordable. A+++ will definitely be using their services again.     I highly recommend Streamline Plumbing. They really saved my from a nighmare. Another plumbing service broke a pipe in my wall while trying to fix a faucet and then disappeared. Next my home warranty didnā€™t want to pay to fix what he broke. Finally Streamline got assigned and went to bat for me. David spent hours fighting with the home warranty and finally was able to get it all sorted out. The technician Will was great to work with. Very impressed with their professionalism.     I cannot recommend this company enough. We have used them extensively since purchasing our home last year. They replaced the three existing hot water tanks with a single tankless unit that works wonderfully, helped winterize all of our attic and outdoor piping, replaced toilets and faucets, fixed preexisting leaks, and even dug a new water line to our backyard for an outdoor faucet.Every experience we have had has been exemplary. The team is professional, courteous, and kind and put love into their work. This is the only plumbing company we use in large part to the quality of work and kindness of their staff.

    Segan, and Ricky did a great job today. They had a lot of ā€œsmallā€ jobs but they treated each one as though it was a major job. They took time to explain the answers to any questions we had. Should we need more work done in the future, Streamline Plumbing will be our first phone call. BTW, Kevin did a fantastic job with follow up calls to make sure customer service was spot on.

    We had a major sewage back-up, and David and crew were so very professional and communicated with us throughout the whole process. His employees were just as kind, and they cleaned up after themselves and wore protective foot booties when in house to keep home clean.     Ben Glass from Streamline Plumbing was hired by our home warranty company to diagnose and repair a leak in our bathroom. The company sent him as the first applintment of the very next day. He was on time, thorough, and courteous. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers as he walked through to complete the task, and he even emptied the trash can in our bathroom on his way out. We have already recommended this company to friends and family based on our experience with Ben.

    Pontotoc Ms : During a wind storm March 2023, we had a large tree up rooted in our yard that fell across the electric power service to the area transformer. When the power line hit the ground it sent a power surge into our neighbors and our home. Our home was built on a slab concrete floor with the water service located beneath. The power surge caused our hot water copper lines to bust in three locations beneath the existing slab. We had water leaking in our bathroom and outside our garage area. Not being sure of of what the issue were, I contacted a local electrical and plumbing supply house we use for recommendations for help. They gave me Streamlineā€™s name and I contacted David White for their help and input. They arrived in a timely manner and with their equipment and knowledge were able to help us understand what damages we had. With his help we developed a plan of action to begin the process of repairing our issues.As a contractor myself, he and his staff, helped complete an extensive repair of our existing hot water service to our home. Over all David and his Streamline staff services was most helpful with our needs. I would rate their services excellent and we appreciated their help with our repairs. Rich and Sherry.McCraw

    We recently used Streamline Plumbing for a multi-day job involving upgrading to a tankless water heater and replacing several sinks, toilets, and cleaning out some French Drains. Will was the Sr Tech on the job and was absolutely amazing, frequently going above and beyond to ensure quality work and that we fully understood the layout of our system and the work being done. We were also fortunate enough to have Ricky starting on his first day working for Streamline.     Davidā€™s crew did a first class job installing my new septic tank and covering up the old one. All of his crew from Kevin on were great. They were very professional not only on their job, but also keeping me updated on what they were doing. One of the most impressive things was that they were not able to finish the job after working past dark Friday, but got the septic tank going so we could use. Then Kevin and Will came back on a cold SATURDAY morning to finish up because of rain coming in and would have made a mess in the mud. Great service and teamwork.

    I had a major leak coming from under my disposal. Streamline had a cancellation and promptly called me. They kept me informed of the expected arrival time as well as the plumberā€™s name even texted his picture so I knew what he looked like when he arrived!!
