I have used Steele Plumbing on several occasions. Their work has always been top notch. When you first contact them, you will likely talk with Haley. She is very friendly and helpful. She also makes you feel that your problem is important to Steele Plumbing. She will also keep you well informed on when to expect them to arrive, which is usually very quick. John and Jonathan are the ones that have done the work for me. They show a certain pride in their work that lets you know that they are capable of fixing your problem.They will not do a get-by job. It will be done right. Their prices are also better than any Ive seen. You will not feel ripped off by this company. Try Steele Pluming for any plumbing job you have. You will be well pleased.

To try and make a long story short: The first plumber I called was awful. He came initially at 8:30 pm for ten minutes and told us we needed thousands of dollars worth of work done. After poor communication and him continuing to no show us, we called John with Steele Plumbing. He came exactly when he said he would, and was done with his work within a few hours. The first plumber falsely exaggerated our plumbing issue. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Steele Plumbing but to try and describe them in a few- Honest, dependable, polite, knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive!

Jason was very professional and did a great job with our new home construction plumbing. He installed all our plumbing from tubs, sinks, toilets, shower faucets, garbage disposal and water heater and couldn’t be more happier with the end results. He was patient (construction always has delays), informative (giving us details of what we should, shouldn’t do) and timely (getting it done by the deadlines). We have used him for our personal and business needs as well as referred to many many other people. He’s definitely worth calling for your plumbing needs.

They arrived on time, worked hard and they were very knowledgeable and personable. They fixed my guest bathroom toilet and I’m about to have them fix my master bathroom toilet! Call them for any plumbing needs- big or small! I am so thankful to have an honest and dependable plumber I can call when I need them.

06/23/2002 - UPDATED!!!! - As you can see below, the owner John responded to my review. I called their office and got an immediate answer and spoke with the most pleasant individual. She reiterated what John had noted below and took down the details of the work we need done. She advised they will follow-up shortly on this. After this conversation, my confidence level is high and I look forward to working with these guys. Ill do a final update when all the dust settles!06/11/2022 - I dont like to diss a business but in this instance, I feel like my concerns are legit. Ive contacted them several times via their contact us link on their website. No response. I then called them at the first of this week during business hours. No answer. I left a message. No response. Not sure if the company is still in business, but if they are, then it would seem good luck getting in touch with them.
