Mr Rooter Plumbing is my hero. He came same day called after working out of town ALL DAY. Took him seconds to find the issue left by another plumber. Otis repaired and explained what needed to be done efficiently and effectively. No more issues. He even cleaned under sink. We found our forever plumber. Dont waste your time or money elsewhere.

Took several weeks to get them here but they did adjust charge due to that. Used them to diagnose recurring issue with sewer. Once they came, I was very impressed with the technician explaining and answering questions. Waiting for quote for fix now.

Excellent communication from the office letting me know when to expect the plumber. The plumber worked extremely hard to accomplish the new water heater installation. He made sure I had hot water in at least one part of the house while the new water heaters were re-ordered. I could not ask for better service from all of the Mr. Rooter employees involved. If I have any other plumbing problem, Mr. Rooter will be my first call. Thank you!!!

The technician that was sent was very professional and did a great job.I was and still am a bit concerned over the price I was charged. I had a water line installed for a refrigerator ice maker. It took the technician less than an hour to install the line and connect it to the refrigerator and I was charged $529. This seems somewhat high considering the time and parts that were needed. I called to make sure of the charges as the technician was not sure how to bill me. The office manager checked and said those were the correct charges.

When I had an emergency at one of my rental properties on Fathers Day, they sent a technician and handled the problem quickly and thoroughly. The tech was very professional and made my tenants feel comfortable. The communication was spot on. Highly recommended!

Plumber was very knowledgeable. Originally I was told that I had a slab leak by another plumber but this was incorrect. He told me hourly rates before starting work so there would be no surprises in cost. He showed me what the problem was and took pictures before and after the problem was fixed. Cleaned up after work was done. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with Mr. Rooter plumbing was the absolute best. I have told all my family and friends about this business. The business owner is so nice and he understands what you need done. When you dont know whats wrong, hes great on diagnosis. The techs get there and they get the job done, not just fast, but right the first time. The techs are very nice and respectful to your home, they even wear covers over their shoes when they enter your home! BOTH THUMBS UP!

The plumber who came to my home answered all of my questions and concerns in a language someone who was not a plumber could understand. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable when making my appointment, he even called the next day to confirm I was happy with my service and to check that everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter of Tupelo to all my friends and family!!

I had said all along that the job they did was exceptional but was concerned with the charges for tool they didnt have. He quickly refunded charge in question ! I would definitely use them again! !

I was very pleased I was with Greg Ramirezs work and glad I contacted you to repair my 2 year old Bosch microwave. In the day of throw away appliances, a $300 repair is certainly better than and $1800 replacement. Frankly I was a little concerned I could find anyone to repair it.I would certainly recommend you guys and Greg to anyone needing repair work.

Mike and his 2 technicians from Mr. Rooter, went above and beyond to repair a bad leak in our main water line. The piping was old well piping and poorly bandaided in several places in the past. The line was basically inaccessable under the crawlspace and we had actually considered tearing up the bathroom tile floor to tie in to the main copper line.Just before making that final decision, Mike suggested one last idea to try and breakup a chunk of concrete on the exterrior right next to the stone veneer. What a great last thought it turned out to be !!! They broke it up and directly underneath was the copper main line where they needed to tie on which prevented a much more costly repair plus putting back the interrior flooring!!!Haha, they even found a lucky horseshoe right ontop of the tie in, which We told the trchnician to keep in his truck!!!Great work from these 3 technicians from Mr. Rooter!!! We would definitely recommend them anytime for your plumbing needs.Thanks guys for your hard work and efforts !!!
