    We had issues with our toilets backing up causing flooding in all 3 of our bathrooms. I called Magic Rooter and they came out the same day to diagnose. Turns out, tree roots had gotten into our septic tank and was solid roots. They dug out the roots and pumped out the septic tank and got us fixed up quickly.Im very impressed.Their crew was very professional and informative. They arrived in a timely manner, and gave great advice. I recommend these guys to anyone with plumbing issues, they are very reasonable with prices and will be using them going forward. Highly highly recommend. I am not disappointed!

    So we moved into a new home and little did we know we had mainline issues. The guys at Magic Rooter came out and cleaned my line, they not only cleaned it but worked to find the root of the problem. They worked hard to figured out the why it was clogging. Also their price is unbeatable along with the customer service. I highly recommend these guys. I know I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

    I cant speak highly enough about the services I got from Magic Rooter and their team of professionals. We were selling our house and part of the contract was to have it serviced and pumped if needed. Well, come to find out, the aerobic system (although running) wasnt functioning like it was supposed to and we were pretty much on the verge of having a major backup problem. They came out the SAME DAY I called them and got the work done very timely and with no issues. They were friendly and professional and I highly recommend them when you need septic services.

    My drains started backing up so I called Ricky @ Magic Rooter to come out and pump my septic tank, he came immediately but I had bigger problems. My aerator motor had gone out some time ago without me knowing it so it caused extra problems but Ricky and Matteo assured me they would take care of it and they did just that! They let me watch and ask questions while they worked and took me step by step on what they were doing and how I could maintain my septic system. I highly recommend them, they are hard working and very good and honest people. They also do home repairs and plumbing so I’m already discussing with them on doing some floor repairs and having some plumbing redone. Do yourself a favor and call MAGIC ROOTER first because you won’t find anyone more honest, dependable and hard working than these folks!! Thank you Ricky and Matteo for doing a great job

    Our septic was stopped up and we called them to come out and they came out next day and only took 2 days. And may I add that they did all the work IN THE RAIN. They are some really good folks.

    I would recommend Mr. Ricky and his crew to anyone I know. We called and they quickly came out to do what we thought was just pumping our septic tank. When they got started we figured out there were multiple things wrong. We needed a new aerator pump, our lines needed to be jetted, a pipe was bowed down and not level in the ground, etc. They made us aware of all of these issues, showed them to us, and then fixed them while showing us/explaining the entire process. I will be calling them for any plumbing and septic services I need in the future as well as recommending them to anyone needing the same. They are a very hard working crew and you will not be disappointed in the impressive work that they do.

    This Couple not only came out and worked their tail off late into the night but they told us all the info on what we needed to know about our treatment plant septic tank and how to keep it maintained. Some errors that were done when it was installed, which was the motor and hoses inside our septic tanks weren’t correct but that they would come back tomorrow and make sure everything was absolutely 100% correct before they were done with the job plus we come out to help us check the rest of our stuff out this tomorrow. Bless them they are the best! You will not be disappointed using this wonderful couple teamed to help others!

    Ill never survive Armageddon without running water and indoor plumbing!!!!Ricky and his crew were fantastic! My water line busted underneath my concrete patio slab. They came out that Monday, assessed the situation and told me Id have running water Wed. These fellas didnt mess around. They found the leak right away, fixed it on Wed and had the concrete work done the next Monday! I love the fact I didnt have to get jerked around trying to find reliable plumbers who have the experience and business know how to get the job done right the first time.I highly recommend these guys!!!! You dont think about how important it is to have a quality plumber until you need one!Thank You Ricky!!!!

    This is Crystal McCormick. I can not say enough good things about Magic Rooter! They are a life saver and found the problem we were having and also found some of the problem was the city’s as well. Magic Rooter is very fair in price and all together awesome at what they do! They are very good people! If you’re having any type of plumbing issues they are the people to call! This is the second time we have had to call them for two separate problems and each time they fixed us right up!! Call them for all your plumbing needs!! They are our go to guys for now on!

    So many good things to say about Magic Rooter! After spending thousands of dollars with other companies, we continued to have the same issue where our septic sprinklers were not running and the system was backing up into our home. The Magic Rooter team came out and had us back up and running quickly! They went out of their way to explain and show us what the issue was. This is the only service I will be using from now on for any of my Rooter needs!

    Riki and Denice were on top of their game. I called them around 3:30 and they showed up in a few hours. When they came by Riki and Denice educated us about our system and told us everything from the clean water tank to the debris system. It was a very interesting experience, but also satisfying when they removed the impacted area and the drain started to flow. They went above and beyond our expectation. It was late, cold, and drizzling, but they still showed up with a smile and help us with our issues. Friendly and thoughtful people. Will definitely call them in a heartbeat. Thank you!

    I cannot recommend this company enough. I recently moved to the Tupelo area and needed a plumber fast for a septic alarm. Rickey answered the phone, and he and his wife, Denise, came the same day. When he discovered the system had been improperly installed and was not functioning, he pulled out all the stops to get us taken care of. They were out 3 days in a row, including a Saturday, to get this resolved. They are extremely knowledgeable, and they are so nice and fun. You won’t find better service than this company.

    Ricky and the crew from Magic Rooter are great to work with and very quick to responded to any issue you might have. From the moment you call them until when the job is complete they treat you like family. Over the past year I have had several repairs done by them on my 50+ year old home ranging from replacing broken water pipes, corroded shutoff values and even had to rerouting a collapse sewage pipe. Ricky always answers the phone when you call no matter what time of day it is and will discuss any issue you have before his crews come out. He will even walk you through any temporary repair that can be done while you wait for his crew. If you need any help with plumbing needs he is the one that you need to call.

    My main drain was stopped up and I found Magic Rooter on Google. They had a 5-Star rating and great reviews. They were responsive when I called and were able to get to my house within 2 hours or less. They called and let me know when they were headed my way (that meant a lot to me) They were very professional and had all the right equipment to handle the job. Their cost was very reasonable. I had root issues causing the problem and they recommended replacing the drainage pipe from the house to where the pipe was damaged. I will be using Magic Rooter to do that work as well.I would definitely recommend Magic Rooter!! Their communication and service were great!!

    Magic Rooter is far and away the best plumbing company that I’ve used in the Tupelo area. Ricky, Phyllis, Felipe, and crew truly care about the work they do, and go the extra mile to ensure it’s done to a high standard.They replaced our 100’ main sewer line to the street, and also from our cleanout into the house. Felipe noticed that a major sewer line in our house didn’t have enough drop, and went ahead and took care of that with the other repairs.They showed up on time, did fantastic work, and their cost was exactly what they quoted me before starting. I’ll be calling them for all plumbing work in the future.

    Thank you Magic Rooter for being very polite and taking care of my plumbing problems after 3-4 days with plumbing messed up and talking with plumbers locally that never showed up. I am very thankful I looked yall up and y’all got the job done. Got us back working now it’s time for showers and laundry to be washed and everything else and we don’t have to run somewhere and do it. .. they were so polite and gave me all kinds of good information to help with any other further problems.     I had a leak to my cold water valve on my washer hook and I called these guys see if they come out to look at it to fix it. They came out the very next day and was able to fix the leak. Some if the dry wall had to be removed to fully assess the leak and fix it. They did a great job of repairing my issue and reapplied the dry wall. They did an excellent job and were very professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again. They will be the first plumbers I call if needed.
