Tim was very professional and friendly, and he explained all aspects of the problem before, during, and after the work. The Roto Rooter scheduling staff were very helpful and professional as well.

We had a late night emergency causing flooding in our bathrooms. But we called their 24hr number and Keith showed up within an hour and had it fixed within 20 min. He worked fast and efficiently. Great service, we will definitely use them again.
