I met Watts Right Electric at the local Home & Garden Show and made an appointment to meet at my house. Lucas listened to my needs and put a plan together with pricing. Scheduled an appointment for the work to be done at a later date.Eugene added and replaced several items just as originally discussed with Lucas. Everything looks great and Eugene explained in detail everything he did and how to operate. Also, clean up was superb! Fantastic job by Eugene! I would highly recommend Watts Right Electric.

They were not pushy with any sales but showed me all the options with pricing included which was extremely beneficial. 6 months ago we purchased a new to us home that was built in 1975. After two home inspections, we were confident that all was well. Two days ago we had the misfortune of experiencing an electrical fire, due to breaker system failures. The Watts Right representative came out to give us a quote on the repairs and it was clear that we were in good hands. The job was complete the next day and the their team was precise and handled everything with care and a high level of professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure that we knew our home would be safe and up to code and didn’t over look any details. They left the job when once we were educated and confident in the safety of our home. I would highly recommend their services.

They were fantastic from start to finish. They were transparent on their pricing options. They were upfront about the work needed vs the work they recommended. Both of the technicians were friendly and polite. They replaced multiple outlets for me and installed a new panel. The work looks wonderful and he even went above and beyond and fixed an issue with my disposal that was not on the list and took the time to check in with me on some bathroom vent issues he noticed. We will be hiring them again for our upcoming projects. 10/10 recommendation.

We had only 1 overhead light in a large room of our older house. Watts spent hours assessing our electrical issues, helped us create a plan to address the lighting need, and educated us regarding safety concerns with our old electrical panel. We chose to have them replace the old panel, added 2 canless, wafer lights, a new fan mount, and install 2 new ceiling fans.The estimator listened carefully and guided us knowledgeably. The installers worked hard the entire day and took care to leave our home clean.

We met Allen at the local Home & Garden show and discussed the project of replacing our circuit breaker. He offered to send someone out to give us an estimate so a couple of days later, Lucas came out and went through the process of what they do for this type of job. He said they would bring a generator so if we needed the TV hooked up or the internet, then he could accommodate us. He gave us 3 cost options for different type of box and what could be included. We made our choice and the project was scheduled. After Lucas left, we got to talking and decided we wanted to upgrade to have the smart breakers installed, so I called and spoke to them and requested the upgrade. They kept in touch, let us know when Lucas would be on his way out here and he arrived on the scheduled day and a little early so we were ready. He got right to work, and didnt mind Sammy watching or asking questions. When he was almost done, Eugene showed up to finish the project and between the 2 of them, they got all the breakers labeled and verified all the power was working. Eugene did a load test, a walk through, cleanup, explanation of the warranty and made sure we were satisfied and would answer any questions we had.We are extremely satisfied with their work, their friendliness, the work ethic of the company and the knowledge that if we have any questions or any issues, we can call them at any time.Thank you Watts Right Electric!

He explained everything to us and created a plan to keep our family safe and get us what we needed. He even gave us many different options to see what fit our price range best. The whole Watt’s Right team was at our house the next day getting everything done. They spent their whole entire day making sure our house was up to code and safe for us and our children. They installed a beautiful new breaker for us, changed outlets for us, and they hid loose wires outside of our house that were a hazard for our young children.We’re so thankful we found such an amazing, trustworthy, and hard working team. I had the good fortune to have Lucas, an electrician from Watt’s Right Electric, come to the house today for an issue we were having with outlets not resetting. Lucas listened to my concerns, and then he started testing outlets and eventually went out to the electrical panel in the garage. He took apart the panel and tested every single connection and inspected each wire coming into the box for safety. Lucas then took a few minutes outside to prepare estimates of various service levels to offer. I chose the service I wanted and he went, picked up parts, promptly returned, and 20 minutes later the parts were installed and checked over again. Great service! Called before arriving, and he arrived at the beginning of the two hour window. Very courteous.

They arrived, took one look at my ancient alarm system—practically an artifact from the Stone Age—and fearlessly removed it like it was just another day. Then, they installed wireless smoke detectors that make my house feel straight out of the future, and they even gave my breaker box a glow-up with a copper interior that honestly deserves its own spot in a museum. They even left my place tidier than before!Great attention to detail from these two coupled with expertise made the whole process a breeze. I had to have my old out-of-date circuit board completely replaced and Watts did a fabulous job. The technician was efficient, friendly, and very thorough. He also took special care to keep his shoes clean when coming into the house. He also brought a generator so that my refrigerator, freezer and Wi-Fi could continue to operate while he installed the new circuit board. Excellent service.

Amazing experience! Eugene was very helpful, friendly, and professional. We had an EV charger plug installed in the garage, and in order to accommodate that we had to change both the inside and outside panels. Eugene walked us through the entire process from quoting different options, different budgets, and timelines of the project. We were quoted, and the work was done a few days later. It took about 6 hours. Afterwards they walked the entire house and labeled all the new breakers, and then walked us through all the new equipment. Everything was cleaned up and back to normal before they left. Eugene hit the ball out of the park, and the company will definitely be getting our future business!

The 2 young men from Watts Right Electric were friendly and communicated the whole time about everything they were doing and what might need to be done to help get our electric back up to working status. Blake was the one that came and was at our home for 2 pretty long days. He was in the attic on a couple of hot days and still was so pleasant and such a hard worker. The other young man that was here a couple hours the first day was equally as pleasant. This company obvious cares about customer service because these 2 guys were meticulous about everything they did. And even though Blake was hot and tired even came in with a vacuum both days and cleaned up in the house and didn’t leave wiring or any debris even in the garage. The truth is we have never been so happy with any electrican’s or company that has done work for us previously. We are in our late 60’s so we have had plenty of electrical work over our adult lifetime! These guys were able to completely overhaul everything that was done with the cheapest of materials, and transformers that were inadequate for the lighting we had done with an addition in 2020-2021. So it was obvious what they were saying was true. Some things quit working over a year ago. So a 2 yr lifespan on electrical supplies is ridiculous. Watts Right Electric will be the only company we use ever again. Thank you again for being an ethical, trustworthy company.

There were also a few minor issues that came up as they were working, and so they had to replace a few things that werent discussed before and they still kept their word and my grandmother didnt pay anything over there quoted price. Eugene and his apprentice at Watt’s Right Electric did a great job moving our electric socket up a wall to accommodate a peninsula I was adding to the kitchen. They also added a light switch at the entrance of the kitchen. Previously the light switch was in the middle of the kitchen…what the heck!! They were able to come within 2 days of me calling to make the appointment, and they were fast and efficient when here.

They where fantastic. They said it would take a couple of hours so they plugged in our refrigerator to a generator. We had a really positive experience working with WRE to have new flush mount lighting and a new electrical panel with surge protection installed. While they were here, they also replaced a gfci outlet outside by our pool pump and installed a switch for our pantry. Hooray, no more cord in our face every time we open the door.Everyone that worked at our house was extremely thorough and efficient, and cleaned up so well it was like they were never here. Apart from the great overall experience, we are especially happy about the meticulously labeled panel and the perfectly placed lights.Everything was planned and executed in about 1 1/2 days, including coordinating with PSOK to get us up to date outside. The heat was oppressive in the attic and garage but they labored on. Some worked through the lunch hour. We received a new and larger electric panel box and they installed 4 fans with programmed remotes, 2 dimmers, identified switches to operate the outside security lights, repaired an outdoor electrical outlet, and most important, moved the electric box from the attic to the garage! Of course this can all change pending any issues in which Im not anticipating any at this time.We noticed a strange smell from our breaker box. Note that our box was original with the house from 69 so it was way out of date and is probably a fire waiting to happen.We spoke with Allen on a Tuesday afternoon and he was able to start the work the next morning after speaking with a couple other electricians that same day. We decided to go with Allens team for a few reason.1. Although K&Ks quote wasnt the cheapest, it was the best value. With the biggest one of them all being upgrading us from a 100 amp feed to a 200 amp feed in preparation for the inevitable EV future. The other companies quoted me both higher and lower without the upgrade.2. The other companies tried to upsell me on a lot of things I know I didnt need. Allen didnt push me on these things and got right to the point.3. The third thing may not seem that important, but it is important to us.Allen and team are personable and this connection is important because although the relationship is business, having a strong human factor makes communication a lot easier and it keeps the trust in check.Overall, I would recommend K&K to do your electrical work. They are courteous, on time, and is respectful of our environment. They even brought a generator so that the wife can continue working from home while the power was off for the day in order give us the much needed upgrade.A+!

Thank you Watt’s Right Electric for the excellent service! Eugene came out and did our estimate and after we selected a package, he came back and did our back porch fan install. Prices were upfront and gave a variety of levels with different options and add-ons. We picked the one that best suit us for the service we needed (installing a new fan and removing some old cords). He hauled off the old fan and trash as well. He was kind and we are so happy to have a working fan with light on our back porch!

Guys showed up early, communicated with me the entire time, they kept a clean work space, cleaned up after the work was completed, and wore shoe coverings when in the house. The work was completed on time and with great quality. 10/10 would recommend.UPDATE: had these guys out again. Another excellent job! Watts Right installed a generator transfer switch and all of the accessories that go with it, including showed me how to operate the generator itself. These guys are professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. They also took care to keep everything clean and damage free!Highly recommend!Update:Had these guys out again to service the generator.
