    Rex and his crew are great! Words alone cannot articulate how great their service is! I was having strange problems with my power outlets and lights after having just recently moved into my new apartment. If I had gotten the property manager to handle it, it would have taken forever and been lacklustre in fixing the problem, I called Mission and Rex answered, and he got the issue resolved the same day despite the complexity of the problem!If you need ANY kind of electrical work, Mission is your go-to for all of your needs, theyre knowledgable, professional, punctual, and affordable! they definitely deserve 5 out of 5 stars in my book!Thanks again Rex and crew, you are true life-savers.

    Rex came to my mother’s aid after the June 2023 storm and set up generator power. He was prompt, courteous, and patient. He answered all of our questions in a manner we could understand. Once power was restored Rex returned and put everything back on line. We were very pleased with Rex and the work he did. We will not hesitate to contact Mission Electric for future work.

    If you value hiring the right people for the job, give this review a read regardless of its length.I have recently acquired a property which was vandalized after starting the project. The electrical wirings were cut in so many places, I was afraid to find someone that could not only do the work but not treat it as some form of burden they did not want to take on.As a business owner in 6 states I already knew google is pay to play and has no correlation with with the company’s competence, ability, or overall business conduct.I purposely scrolled down the electrician list - was impressed by the reviews for Rex and Mission Electric and was further affirmed by my first conversation with Rex and his promptness to give my project the attention it needs. Let alone that my first interaction was not a desk assistant that knew nothing about their company and told me the people with any answers would get back to me in a few days.Even though Rex was not able to give a definitive price for the mutualization of the project house wiring, I canceled all my other electrical contractor appointments because I could tell I could Rex was a man of his word, without prior knowledge of him, or his company by friends. I feel I have really found a diamond in the rough getting to have Rex on my project now considering the other companies I have worked with and spoken to on prior projects.Last night, I met with Rex after the first day and he’s been laser focused on getting my project back on track. He even got an inspection set for the next day on the electrical service.Rex displayed genuine concern with me as I proposed security lighting measures for the house while it is still under construction. He seemed to really listen and to take my request seriously and said he would complete that request today before Memorial weekend starts. Again, the promptness is surprisingly seldom found in these fields.I will keep you updated on Mission Electric on how they progresses with this project.So far, nothing but 5 ⭐️, stellar work ethic. Mission Electric is now helping my partner and I on our first investment project. He also seems quite knowledgeable about the other trades, and what needs to be done in order for this project to move along smoothly and efficiently to completion. He even told my partner what to request the plumber do for the dishwasher.As of now, Rex operates in the exact fashion I do with business: customer first mindset, reasonable, sense of urgency, transparent and immediate communication, and most of all passion. It has blown my mind more electric companies do not so.

    The Mission team was excellent. Where other electricians couldn’t solve my problem Mission analyzed my problem and fixed it. Prices more than reasonable, they return calls and show up on time! My outdoor lights are amazing.

    I have had mission electric service multiple home and business needs. I have found the attention to detail and the professional appearance and work ethic was excellent.     Rex called and took info. He had Brent out within 20 mins..... He was very professional and checked other outlets to make sure they worked. He even went in my attic to make sure my wires were good. Thank goodness they are. I highly recommend this team! Awesome customer service. Rex even called afterward to make sure I was satisfied.
