    Standing ovation to Jason!. He came right away. Jason explained me everything. He presented me with a couple of options. After the job was done in our church kitchen he went through again about what he did. His communication skills are excellent. He cleaned the area where he was working at. I didnt expect that. As a pastor, I am very pleased of what he did, I will recommend Mr. Sparky to my churchs members and fellow pastors.

    An amazing company to do business with! Chase Stanford came out and added a new sub panel in my backyard for my hot tub! He did a fantastic job. He was on time, very professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. Will definitely be using them for all of my future electrical needs!

    Juan was excellent! I was informed when he would get here. He thoroughly walked me through his 70 point inspection and let me know the areas of concern. He then asked me through the pricing to have items fixed. He installed our whole home surge protector and a couple of switches on our breaker. Juan and Mister Sparky were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!

    Juan from Mr Sparky came out and conducted a very thorough inspection of the electrical systems in our house. The report was very detailed and Juan took his time going through it with us and answered all our questions. In addition we received a pretty detailed cost estimate for various levels of repairs. This was the third time we have used Mr Sparky and second time with Juan coming out. We are always very pleased with the services provided and the cost of those services. We definitely recommend Mr Sparky.

    They came out in just a couple hours, and he was so thorough and knowledgeable it really made us feel like we were in good hands. He stayed so late working, and was just the kindest guy ever. Clean, smart, so polite, explained everything so we could understand and they worked with us financially to make a plan that we all were happy with. He really did an amazing job, we couldnt be happier.

    Scottie and Lihai were so amazing. They was able to get in and out. They talked me through everything they done. They answered all the questions I had. I called the office rhid morning and they were out the same day. We were without power a few hours and back up in know time. They worked together very well and was a joy to have in the home.     Purchased a house this year and had a couple electrical questions after the inspection. The inspectors gave us some input but still left us with some questions. Chase Stanford from Mister Sparky came out and helped with all the issues and questions we had. Was able to give us details of the work he needs to do and even gave us helpful suggestions for future projects. Helped install a dimmer in all of our rooms. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

    So glad I chose Mr. Sparky! Lost my a/c on a Friday morning, the day before leaving on vacation. Couldn’t let the cats burn up while waiting for the cold front to roll in. It was 3:30 in the afternoon when the hvac guy gave me the unfortunate news that the unit wasn’t getting the power it should and I’d need an electrician to change the breaker box. On a Friday. The day before I was leaving on vacation.Desperately went to google and called Mr. Sparky. It was so late that I did, of course, have to pay the after hours rate to have someone check it out, but by 5, Chris was here to check everything out, make me a plan, and remove the old box. By 8, Kain and Isaac had arrived to install everything. And a little after 10, on a Friday night, right before leaving for vacation, I had power and a/c back on again.Very appreciative to everyone who got me up and running. I’m looking forward to working with them again to get some other things that came up in the safety report taken care of. And hopefully not have to deal with something like this (or worse!) happening at the most inopportune time. Again.

    October WorkBobby arrived today and replaced roughly 30 outlets in our house and got them up to date. Installed about 5 GFI outlets. Cleaned up after their work was complete. Once again they did a great job. Think I have a new electrical system in my entire house now, lol.March WorkNeeded three switches replaced in the house. Agreed to their inspection and suggestion program. Replaced a fair amount of equipment and installed new surge protectors. Very pleased and feel better about the work done. Our technician Kalob did a great job and explained each step. Signed up for the maintenance program too.

    My house was built in 1957 so when I had a breaker go out this past week I did some research to find out that the model I had was not the best of the time. So my technician Jesse went over my options explaining them in detail so I was able to make a decision on the spot. They had all of the equipment on the truck and completely replaced my panel and breakers that afternoon. I was very impressed with the workmanship and also how well they were prepared for Covid-19 with cleaning regiment of there tools and also wearing gloves and mask. see photos attached

    Honestly I was very stressed, high anxiety and worried I was going to be taking advantage of with me being a women. Upsells, warranties, and pushiness.Dakota made me feel at ease he allowed me to accompany him to where my main breaker box was located, he went into depth explaining the different components and how they work within each other. The 5 year warranty comes with the job they do. Dakota was very professional and knowledgeable. I was giving the option to either purchase the 50 amp hot tub disconnect box on my own or purchase theirs. Well lets just say it worked out betted for me to purchase on my own. Dakota even called a supply place for me to see if they had any instock and the price. Dakota was all about me and getting my hot tub up and running. I highly recommend this company, they are all about customer service over making money.

    Very professional and friendly. Due to having to get parts, I ended up with 2 different technicians. Jason did the diagnosis and Juan installed the breakers. Both were excellent.     We live in an older house from the late 60s. I called Mr Sparky and they sent Zac W to fix an outdoor light. He checked that and did a whole house inspection and found a number of out of code issues. I appreciated his explanations of each issue and we discussed options and costs. He is certified and I am comfortable with the repairs. I definitely recommend Zac and will request him again if the need arises.Oct 2024Mr. Sparkys office called to schedule a follow-up visit after our installation of a new panel, surge protector box and grounding posts. Dakota came and they tightened up a little bit on the new panel and they checked all around the house for potential issues and checked our alarms. And as a bonus, they cleaned all of our ceiling fans. I enjoyed Dakotas visit. He was very thorough and not pushy about making changes but making me understand what changes could help us with. I would still recommend Mr. Sparkys to you if you want to have a thorough analysis of your electricity

    Jason is an electrician that came to my house 2 weeks ago and did an excellent job with his assistant installing various fixes to my electrical system that had been recommended. He worked from early morning until after 7:00 in the evening without any long breaks. He explained all the changes and additions.Today he came back to my house to fix an issue that had nothing to do with his original work. He arrived about 8:00 in the evening and worked until about 10:00 on an outside issue that was a PSO/AEP issue and did a better job repairing than I am sure they would hav done.I would highly recommend Jason for any electrical problems that you may experience.
