Great service! Xavier came early after calling to make sure it was a good time. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. He gave me a ton of good information to both keep my heater and AC running long term but also to keep my family safe and healthy through the bacteria and such running in the vents.

Great service, called on a Friday, Caleb came out the same day to fix it. They didnt have my part but ordered it and had my heat back up and running the following Tuesday. Caleb even put a new air filter in for me while he was at it. They also fixed my air conditioner the following summer the same day I called. Would definitely recommend again.

The boys came out and installed the air conditioner and the heating unit. Did an amazing job! Very pleased with results. The only downside was the miscommunication with the scheduling between the office and the crew. They were an hour and a half late, but one call to Caleb, the sales rep, and he got it straightened out. Then the guys worked really hard and made up some of that time, so I’m happy I would still use them in the future and recommend them to everyone.

Mr. Landers was awesome!! I had an issue with my new A/C unit, not only did he fix the issue he was also very informative!!! He went above and beyond to ensure that my unit was operating at peak efficiency in spite of a manufacturing defect that was causing the issue. He also preformed a full inspection and tune up on my unit making sure it was not using any access power. All in all Im very happy with the customer service, quick, efficient and very polite!! Our air conditioner was repaired by Keenan on an emergency call. He was professional, efficient, and he correctly diagnosed the issue. After fixing our overcharged unit the house feels much better. Thank you Keenan and ACS for the great service. Our repair was $280 which was in my opinion reasonable. Also they waived our $90 service fee because we made a donation to a sponsored charity, which was not only cheaper but also a good cause.

Mark my electrician was the absolute best and resolve my air conditioning problem today. He was in contact letting me know when he would arrive, the app allowing me to see location is great, and greeted me with a smile and complete professionalism. 2nd Review:Brian Phillips came out to the house at 7:30pm the day after Christmas. I’m sure he would have been happier staying in with his family. He was professional and friendly. But most importantly he fixed our furnace in no time. While we were the ones thankful to have our heat back on, Brian said he appreciated us multiple times. Thank you Brian and another 5-Star review for ACS. Thanks also for our salesperson Jarred Morton for always answering our call even after hours and arranging the service call. We couldn’t be more pleased with Air Comfort Solutions.We had a FOURTH visit from Air Comfort Solutions. Tech Bryan Hutchens dug even deeper to make sure all 3 of our new HVAC systems were working optimally to cool the entire 5,000+ sqft house. All this work tweaking the balancing of the air flow has been at no cost to us. Its part of their guaranteed satisfaction with the installation of a new system. Bryan was knowledgeable and very professional. I am still a fan and would recommend Air Comfort Solutions and Dales Manager Jarred Morton whose service after the sale has been great.

My 1 year old threw a toy in the toilet and someone flushed it without knowing so the toilet was clogged for awhile. I tried plunging to using my own drain auger and nothing worked. I saw a commercial for Air Comfort Solutions where it showed a boy flushing his toy soldiers down the toilet so I looked them up, schedule an appointment online, they showed up and in less than 2 min, maybe 1 min, they got the toy out! Yes the service tech was not only very friendly and on time and he showed me what was going on and he knew that I was knowledgeable also and went over all the options I had and thank God my air conditioners back on it went out in the middle of the night last night and they were able to fix it today it was just a solenoid and but the box had fried so we had to replace that that was the most expensive replacement he did say even though my air conditioning unit is 10 years old that it was still in good shape and all that good news I highly recommend this company and the service man they sent out was very nice and actually help me replace my vent filters and showed me a thing or two regarding them like how to make them fit better so that was really good today for me thank you again for coming out on such short notice and helping me navigate my way through my Home cooling issue love Michelle

Friday my A/C went out on my house and I was not aware I needed a whole complete system. I started with a handyman and then called Vince Jaramillo with Air Comfort Solutions. I told him my problem and he joined me on my backporch 30 minutes later and showed me that he could complete remove my whole system and put all brand new Trane system in the following day. Im writing this review in my air conditioned home on Saturday 12:42 pm. Jeremiah and Rusty Ashmore just left my house after literally showing up at 8am sharp and completed my tear out and new install. These guys literally installed a whole ac unit and had it going so fast that I didnt even take the window ac unit out of the box it came in. They were the best install crew I have ever seen. If I could give this team 10 stars 🌟 I would. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my family. I will always refer you!

John and his partner, I apologize for not remembering his name, were absolutely awesome. They were both very polite and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job replacing my hot water tank and making sure everything was hooked up correctly and up to code. They even had to go up to the attic and replaced my gas pipe to make sure everything was up to code. Before they left they explained about the alarm and the little blinking light to keep an on because the light can change colors and every color means something different. My 35 year old home has three 10 year old HVAC systems and three Nest thermostats also more than 10 years old. One of the Nest thermostats went offline and I couldnt get it going. At 83 years of age I quickly bought a new one. Oops, .....the wrong one. My problem quickly grew. Since my HVAC vendor said he did not work on Nest I searched online for help. I only found one vendor, but as it turns out it was a good one.Air Comfort Solutions secheduled a service call with two outstanding techs, Caleb McLaury and Chris Thomas. They quickly determined the new thermostat I had purchased would not work. The new thremostat wouldnt connect to my internet either. Ultimately Caleb and Chris determined the 24v thermostat lines had been cut completely off. That obviously had occurred during a repair service by my previous vendor. I witnessed this discovery as Caleb and Chris uncovered our issue.Caleb and Chris stayed focused on the job, added the missing 24v lines, stayed until they were assured everything was working correctly and cleaned up before leaving. Job done, everything working and I am happy. Air Comfort Solutions is now my new HVAC vendor.
