We needed our basement renovated after a mild remediation was completed. Carlos and his team did an amazing job. Very easy to work with, and accommodated all of our needs. When things needed to be changed due to material delays from our suppliers, they quickly adapted and offered solutions to our problems. Jimmy and Hectors attention to detail and care about our home was reassuring after having bad experiences with other contractors; this is what working with experts and craftsmen should be like. Every day we could see the pride they took in their work on display. We love our new basement - its better than it was before the remediation - and plan on working with Perfect Touch again on our next project.

Carlos and his crew are nothing but professional and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right without ignoring a budget conscious customer. We had a neighbors tree take out much of our fence and his team was out to fix the mess right away. As for quality, now over a year after installation the fence is still in perfect alignment and the posts are standing straight and tall. I am highly satisfied with the service I received as well as the price. Great business to have in this neighborhood and a great contributor. Highly recommend

Perfect Touch did a wonderful job on my bathroom, replacing my old tub with a walk in shower and installing tile in the shower and floor. The workers arrived early and stayed late, my neighbors all commented on the long hours they were at the house. Their work was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves every day. Plus, when the job was finished, they brought in a woman who cleaned my whole house, making sure there was not a speck of dust or a single spot on the floors. After they finished, and I was admiring my wonderful new bathroom, I noticed one small problem. Before I could even call, Carlos was on the phone telling me he was aware of the problem and they came back to fix it the next day.2 years have passed and I am still thrilled with the appearance and workmanship done by Perfect Touch. Before I had knee surgery I realized I needed one more grab bar for support. Carlos made sure they installed it immediately and didn’t even charge any extra.I would use them again without hesitation and several neighbors have asked me for their cards as they admired the work as well as the work ethic of the Perfect Touch team. I never hesitate to recommend them as highly skilled, conscientious , and reasonably priced.

My son called Carlos and his responds was fast. Carlos and his crew did an excellent job on installing new base kitchen cabinets, new doors on wall cabinets and a new kitchen floor. He gave me a detailed estimate of all work to be done. His crew Ricardo came out and took measurements twice, to make sure everything lined up perfect. Carlo and his crew are very professional, good communication, does quality and detail work. They are friendly, easy to work with and on time. Good clean up. After my kitchen cabinets and floor were installed, I asked Carlos to install a six foot chain fence in my drive way. He sent his crew Ricardo. Ricardo took measurements and installed the fence the same day. Very happy with the cabinets, floor and fence. I highly recommend Carlos and his crew.

We had a catstophic water leak the day after Christmas..came back from visiting family to Niagar a Falls flowing from our roof Carlos and his team Ricardo and all the guys were awesome friendly and peompt..Carlos promised us 10 days and he was right on time. Team was out promptly at 830 in the morning even Saturdays. Seams to the drywall were seamless. All the wok was done as we wanted the guys all went above and beyond and Carlos was reachable all the time..even at night. The team was respectful of our home. Very happy with the end result. Thanks to Carlos Ricardo and his team for giving us our home back better than before.

Carlos Rodas was recommended to us by a construction company who had done very satisfactory work for us. The name of his business is Perfect Touch and we found that when Carlos accepts your job..Perfect Touch describes him and his many workers to a tee.We were seriously affected by Hurricane Ida. Water in our large finished basement. It seemed overwhelming: dry walls and baseboards needed to be replaced and painted …they look like new..wet things by the multiple pounds had to be collected and hauled away…we were freed from messy clutter and debris…large pieces of furniture had to be handled and now after only two weeks tomorrow Carlos and his crew are installing new padding and carpeting and they will put the furniture back.All of this has been ably orchestrated and handled by a competent business man who is also a gentleman.

They power-washed, sanded, repainted my deck, to include replacing rotted pieces and stabilizing the center mount....it looks brand new. They also repaired a rotten, water damaged window frame, recaulked in the bathroom, replaced kitchen sink fixtures, and an outdoor electrical outlet.
