Recently had a sliding glass door installed to replace the windows in my dining room with a porch leading to the outside. The work MAK did was beautiful! They arrived at my house promptly on time each day. At the end of each work day, they cleaned up as if they were never there! Updated review: We needed our large front window replaced and chose MAK after a great experience with our roof. The cost for the removal of the old window, replacement of rotten studs, and installation of the new window with new trim was very affordable. The job was completed in one day and it looks great!_____Our roof was damaged from high winds during a storm. Initially we were only going to repair the damaged section, but due to the age and condition of our roof we decided it would be better to do a full replacement. MAK gave us a very reasonable quote, and we had a brand new roof within a few days of signing the contract. They were fast, professional, and great to work with!

They replaced all the windows in my home (nearly 40) and they did a great job! Not only did they do a very nice job installing the windows quickly and at a good price, they cleaned up after themselves too! Its so nice when you dont have to ask a contractor to do the job correctly. MAK does the job correctly so you dont have to ask or nag them to fix a mistake as is the case with so many other contractors. I will definitely be using them again and Im already setting up a time for them to give me a roof repair estimate.

I just had two OKNA 600 series double hung replacement windows installed by MAK. These are great affordable windows. They are well made and the windows slide open and close perfectly. The installer was was very professional, hardworking and most importantly clean and neat. They cleaned up everything. After the install, the siding was replaced on the exterior and the interior wall was neatly caulked with new trim.... I may need to put a light coat of paint but thats just me. Highly recommend these guys. Dziekuje!

My porch was deteriorating needed replaced and I hired MAK. From start to finish my experience with Marcin and his crew was fantastic. I requested an estimate and Marcin came right out and measured and emailed me the estimate the next day. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies I contacted. Marcin said 5 days of work and they started as soon as weather permitted . Weather delayed during work but five days of work and my porch was done and better than I had ever imagined. Quality work! Professional, courteous and the crew cleaned up everything completely each day.I already have another project in mind and will continue to use Marcin and MAK!

Had a positive experience . They were very honest and straightforward. I checked a couple of quotes and theirs seemed reasonable. There was no pressure involved. The size of homes differ but they sent a very large crew and was able to replace my roof in one day. I know this may not be possible for all homes but I was impressed that the roof replacement was completed in one day. The staff who worked on the roof all seemed professional and on point. The owner and other managers I met were also very courteous. Would highly recommend.

Roofing: MAK provided me a written estimate, explanation, and scheduling information when I needed it. There was a delay in the job getting done, due to needing to have solar panels removed first. Tesla made a sudden date change, and MAK was able to to the reroof the next day. The job came out beautifully. I totally trusted the work they did. The men were professional, and cleaned up everything. They worked from 7 am-9 pm and then came back the next morning to make sure they had not missed anything. My neighbor had his reroof done in less than 6 hours, something that makes me wonder how many nails were used, or was any plywood replaced.....I would absolutely reccommend MAK.

I hired M.A.K. for a roof replacement on a home I had just purchased, and I am so happy I did! Everyone I interacted with throughout the process from Slawek, the project manager, to the office staff to each and every one of the roof installers was an utmost professional and very respectful and courteous! I was in a hurry since my old roof was actively leaking in multiple places, and M.A.K. did their best to expedite scheduling my roof replacement. Slawek was also very responsive in returning my calls and emails and answered every question I had along the way.On the day of the installation, I had a couple of furniture deliveries scheduled, which I had informed Slawek of when we scheduled the roof replacement. The roof installers were prepared to accommodate the furniture delivery and were gracious about maintaining a clean, clear path from the street to my front door and pausing their work momentarily to allow the furniture deliveries to occur safely.My new roof looks great and is performing well so far. I highly recommend M.A.K.!

We wanted to hire someone to do a small remodeling job in October (removing a couple feet of a wall, moving the ac duct, a couple electrical outlets and the thermostat and replacing a window in the kitchen). Other companies told us it would take at least a week to do the job and they can start as soon as February.Then I found M.A.K Construction and talked with Marcin. He was very nice and he said they can start the work next week. The whole work took only 1.5 day and they did a really fast and really good job, I can only recommend them.

Slawek was on time, fully explained what was going on, and was able to schedule us right away due to the dangerous nature of the problem and he accommodated my familys schedule. Very professional crew, neat and clean, and the whole job was done in two days, and the dumpster was gone the following day. Highly recommended, we would definitely hire them again for another job.

We just replaced our roof and contracted MAK to do the project. I had requested quotes from multiple companies before I picked MAK. Paul from MAK presented me a very professional, detailed quote along with GAF shingle samples to choose from. The project took around 2 days to complete and the crew arrived punctually between 6.30 - 7 am on both days. Kudos to Paul and crew; they did a fantastic job with the roof replacement and I couldnt be happier with the end result. We had an unfortunate issue with our new AC system line which was accidentally punctured during the installation of the roof. I spoke with Ms. Aga Strawinski at the MAK office who was very responsive and promptly resolved the issue.Overall, MAK came across as an honest, professional company with high standards and integrity. Based on my experience, I wouldnt hesitate to pick MAK for all my future home upgrade needs and would highly recommend MAK to anyone looking for a contractor for their home upgrades and construction needs.

I hired M.A.K. Roofing to do a lot of work on my house. Paul, the Superintendent was very knowledgeable, communicative and informative. The crew did a beautiful job on each and every aspect of the installation work that they performed. They put a new roof on my house, sunroom and garage in a couple of days work. Separately, they installed new gutters to match the color of the window frames that really made the house look great. After that, their siding expert did an awesome job installing new siding on one end of the sunroom that had previously been damaged by handymen. Finally, they put a new attic vent on one end of the house. The price for all of this expertly performed work was more than reasonable. After receiving other quotes for a new roof decided to go with M.A.K. The quote was in line with our budget and better than others. Once all the rainy days lessened, crew showed up and installed the roof in one day. The workmanship looks good. and no leaks that I am aware of since complete. We also had them replace all of the rotted rake boards and corner trim with composite and vinyl soffet. Also satisfied with that work. Finally, we had them install new gutters. As we still have more work - outside and in, we are looking to them for that work as well.

MAK replaced my roof, shingles and repaired my soffets. Firstly, they were very professional. They came when they said they would to give me my estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and clearly spelled out what was and was not included. Slavek helped me to pick out siding to match my house, and matched soffits as best as he could. He also dropped off the samples so I would have time to make my decision. On installation day, they came to install the roof when they said they would (within 2 weeks of my contract) arrived early in the morning and cleaned everything up perfectly. The roof is beautiful and doing well.

I have used Mak for different work over the years. The first time was for my roof in which they came highly recommended by a neighbor; I was so glad I listened to them! Paul was in charge of the crew for that job. I was very impressed by the way he greeted me at the start of the job-very professional yet in a personal way which made you feel confident and trusting about the work. They did an excellent job, cleaning up the debris well after they were finished and when they did the work they worked hard for a considerable length of time before they braked for lunch.The next time I used them was recently after my neighbors grill caught on fire and did damage to our siding and my fence. In addition I had them repair a window which was not sealed and installed properly, causing a leak on the top of my kitchen window frame. Again, they worked very hard and did an A1, top notch job.. Daniel was the foreman this time and right away, like Paul, he introduced himself and took the time to explain and show me what they were about to do. I had, probably, too many questions but Daniel always answered his phone or texted and was quite patient with me. He assured me it was important I was satisfied with the work. He had the forethought to order vent covers which would be flush to the siding so that the wasp nest that was brewing could no longer exist. The crew worked very hard and were accommodating to the questions and concerns a homeowner usually has. One of the team members rang my doorbell to deliver a package Amazon had left outside. He also cut down a diseased rosebush which was getting in the way at my request and took out the broken trellis. At the end, they put everything back to where it was and cleaned up the debris.I am sure I will have future jobs and when I do, I will not hesitate to use them. In fact, I am leaving a review on Nextdoor app. In fact, the request to leave a review was at my insistence!

Reasonably priced, and great job on my roof installation last year. They finished in one day, cleaned up well. the following year I ordered a siding installation Nicely done however I did not realize the upper gabel trim was not included on the contract, just the lower. When the work was completed I questioned that because at the time of signing the contract I had no idea what a gable was so i had not noticed, i just thought everything was included. The old gable trim had some visible blue paint on it from the previous owner so i was somewhat stumped as to why that was not added into the contract as i would have gladly paid extra for it. Also an odd shabbly looking wood white trim piece in the front of the house from the builder or the previous owner would have looked far better astetically if it had been removed altogether and sided instead but it was not. By the time i noticed it the job was finished, but i will match paint to the siding in the spring and paint it that color which should improve the look. Other than those two disappointing issues the work was nicely done and the price was considerably lower than another quote although i would have gladly paid extra to have the old visibly dirty gable trim and the shabby trim out front replaced.

I requested a quote for a bathroom remodel and the install of both an interior and exterior door. Marcin was quick to respond, came to our house within two days, and emailed me a quote the next day. Communicating with Marcin was easy and he responded quickly. The work started as soon as the doors arrived. The crew consisted of Roman and Igor. They were hardworking, professional, courteous, friendly, on time every day and did a superb job! I cannot say enough about their workmanship! The bathroom tile floor looks fabulous, and having an older home was challenging in installing the new solid-core, pine bathroom door but they did this to perfection. We also had a new kitchen interior and exterior door installed. Both doors look fabulous. Roman and Igor are both skilled at their profession and their work reflects this. You can tell that they take pride in their work and it shows. The pricing for this job was very competitive and I plan to use them for future interior remodeling.When you think of M.A.K., do not just think roofing and siding. Bought an old house, needed a fair amount of renovation. First job, porch roof sagging. Second, leaking roof. This was my approach to selecting a contractor. Online reviews, asking friends, driving around and counting contractor lawn signs; you would be surprised how many there are when you start looking for them!! MAK was the clear winner!I called MAK, and had an immediate response from Marcin. Quoted the jobs right away and the price was really good. Once I said OK, it was game on! I came home from work and the porch was half done!! Then it was all done! The roof obviously needed some good weather to replace. Marcin always communicated on status and schedule. If I had a question, always a fast response!! He even had a few suggestions that I immediately agreed to, because once the problem was pointed out it was obvious it needed to be addressed.I am considering removing a load bearing wall to open the kitchen to the dining room. Guess who will get the job if I go through with it?? MAK!

Daniel was on time to the initial appointment, he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to us.It was a big job tearing of cedar shingles, he had a crew of 2 guys working at our house. They were diligent, thorough, very pleasant and left the job site very clean after a days work. Daniel stopped by every day to make sure all is going to our requirement. He even proposed the idea of re-doing our staircase and entrance way to match the house. We recently hired MAK to replace the siding and windows on our home. Of all the businesses we met with MAKs estimate was by far the most reasonable we received. It took approximately 3 weeks to complete the renovations on our home. It would have been shorter but we had to wait for a custom bay window to arrive which was outside of MAKs control. The crew that came to our home was respectful, on time, and even funny. They kept the area around our house clean and free of debris. Honestly, I didnt see the 3 workers even take lunch breaks because they worked nonstop. Overall, I was happy with my experience with MAK and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home.
