Renovating your home can be stressful. But with Flansburg, we were in good hands. They have a logical and ordered process, that gives you time to be thoughtful. They provided guidance wherever it was needed and were both transparent and very communicative. They work to ensure that they deliver excellence. Every person I dealt with from beginning to end was both professional and patient, always taking the time to explain choices. The project came in on time and because they focused on details throughout there were no surprises. The craftspeople they work with are talented and reliable. I would definitely recommend Flansburg Certainly call them again for my next project.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Flansburg Construction. Every member of the team is expert at what they do, helpful, communicative, and professional. The entire process was explained clearly from the outset and our project, which included interior and exterior work, went exactly as explained.The design team listened, provided consult, and kept me on track so that I could make all the necessary decisions. Once our work got underway, our project manager coordinated everything. Every contractor was respectful of our home and our time. Any renovation is going to be disruptive, but working with the Flansburg team made it minimally so.Our project ended a little ahead schedule (!) and we couldnt be happier with the results. Our home is more beautiful reflecting the high quality workmanship that went into every part of the project.

We had a very positive experience with Flansburg for a complete kitchen remodel (including new floor plan and removal of a supporting wall) earlier this year. Were so happy we went with them. Everything from the design phase to the actual project, start to finish, was well communicated, organized, and timely. They impressively stayed on schedule, even despite a plumbing snag that was beyond anyones control. The whole project was completed in 3 months. Its been 4 months since completion and we have no complaints! Were very happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend, and use them again for future home updates.

We used Flansburg Construction for a large addition project and they were everything we hoped for. Dan Flansburg was great from the start. He was patient and attentive with any questions we had on the process, and showed the ability to respond quickly without trying to rush us into signing anything.Designing the project was also great. Dan walked us through the process and had an extremely helpful designer, Bernadette, who helped guide us through picking out various items to build out our bathroom.During construction, we had Dave as the onsite foreman and Chad as the production manager. Both were incredible to work with and were always willing to go the extra mile. Even with answering questions or helping with something post construction. We were able to live in our house during construction and they made it easy with a ton of communication and planning, as well as keeping the areas clean outside of the construction zone. If anything went unplanned or unexpected, the team was able to remediate any issues effectively and timely.Ultimately, the team construction team demonstrated the willfulness to provide quality. If you have a construction project, you can trust Flansburg Construction will do it right.

Dan and his team helped us with a large renovation project earlier this year and it was a wonderful experience. This was our first ever project of this size and they did a great job of walking us through what to expect and were available to answer our questions every step of the way. I also LOVED the app they used to share pictures, updates and when work was scheduled to be done which made it so easy to know when electrical, drywall, etc. was coming. We had a great experience and loved working with everyone on their team.

Flansburg Construction just renovated our second floor hall bathroom and we could not be happier with the results! When setting out on this journey, we received three contractor estimates. Although they were all comparable in price, Dans group was by far the most responsive and the most helpful.What set Flansburg Construction apart from the others initially was the fact they provide a designer. Bernadette was invaluable in the process. Once she had an idea of our style, she made product selection easy by narrowing down options for us and all the while maintaining our budget. Also, where other contractors required that we order and be responsible for all materials, Flansburg took responsibility for all, which was such a relief!Once construction was underway, everything went more smoothly than we could have expected. The workmanship exceeded our expectations and our project manager provided progress updates daily, in addition to letting us know what to expect the following day(s). He was also very responsive to us and was patient when explaining the work.Everyone associated with the project was kind, courteous and extremely neat. We highly recommend Flansburg Construction for any renovation needs and will call upon them again ourselves with any additional projects we may have in future.

Flansburg Construction was consistently excellent from the pre-planning stages to design to demolition to construction and installation and finally through inspections and finishing. For us, they did a full kitchen remodel that involved removing a weight-bearing wall and (at the same time) a bathroom remodel which involved moving a closet and building a shower. All of this work was done extremely well. What I appreciated most was the people who worked for the company, who were not only personable but they all paid careful attention to us and our home. Our project manager, every subcontractor, and every part of the Flansburg team worked diligently to get things done very well and in a timely fashion, but they did not cut corners nor try to up-sell any part of the project. I would absolutely recommend them and would rehire them again without reservation.

Flansburg Construction recently completed a full kitchen remodel in our 1950s home. The scope of the work included, but was not limited to; relocation of plumbing, new cabinetry, flooring, electrical, and a small bump out addition. Upon meeting with Dan, my wife and I came away confident that Flansburg construction would meet our expectations and make our vision a reality. To that end, Dan and his team did not disappoint. The design team and tradesmen who worked on our project were competent and professional throughout, and their skill is evident in their work. We feel that the cost of the project was fair and commensurate with the scope of the work, and with the quality of work that was produced. Our goals were to improve functionality, storage, materials, and layout in our kitchen and Hiring Flansburg Construction enabled us to accomplish all of these goals. Based on our experience, I recommend Flansburg Construction to others without reservation and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

My experience with Flansburg Construction on the remodeling work they did on my house was truly excellent! The professionalism of their design and construction team is beyond comparison; they were always pleasant, prompt and responsive. I loved working with lead designer, Bernadette - her redesign of my master bathroom was perfect. She was skilled in helping me visualize my old space in a new way, along with assisting me in selecting just the right tiling and fixtures. The project manager, Brett, was a gem. His oversight of the project from beginning to end was of the highest quality; the tiling he did for the backsplash of my kitchen was at a master class level - impeccable attention to detail and very clean work! My old house (112 years old) is quite uneven and due to Bretts extensive experience, he was able to make the necessary corrections so the finished job looked amazing. I highly recommend Flansburg Construction!

Hired Dan and his crew to do a structural repair on an 1850s house. Basically new beams, columns and footings. Like another review said, Im not one to trust just anyone to do work on my house. From the minute I met Dan I felt he was on the ball professionally and I felt at ease that the work would be done right. Well Flansburg Construction didnt disappoint. From communication, to quality of work, cleanliness and flexibility, the whole crew was great. Basically he did what he said, when he said he was going to do it and it was done correctly and on time. Cant ask for more. Even the price was fair. Could I have gone cheaper? Yea, but why risk it. Not worth the aggravation, hire Dan and his crew and dont look back.

Flansburg construction recently completed a bathroom renovation for us. We had not planned to do this, but because we had a leak in our bathroom which caused a multitude of other issues, we were forced to do a major redo. It could have been a very stressful time for me, but Bernadette made it easier for me with her design ideas and helping me to pick everything out and answering all of my questions. My husband and i appreciated how responsive Dan and Dave were as well. When we were told a subcontractor would be coming on a certain day and time, they did. Because of past experiences with other contractors, we were pleasantly surprised by this. The subcontractors were clean and quiet and respectful of us and our home. The project was completed in a timely fashion. Dan had stated that we would be done by December 27th and except for a few loose ends on the punch list, it was done by that date, right on time. The end result is one we are very happy with. We love our beautiful new bathroom, and our family room and kitchen floor and the repairs that were done to walls damaged by the leak. I would definitely recommend Flansburg Construction if you need to have work done on your home.

After having a sewer back up flood in our basement in February 2018, we set out on a search to find a contractor. This is not an easy task. Dan not only returned our call quickly but showed up when he said and provided an estimate within 24 hours. (We called many contractors and only 3 walked through the house. Many others did not return calls.)Dan’s estimate was fair and he was willing to work with us keep the cost reasonable.Dan and his team were wonderful to work with. They were extremely professional, listened to our desires and we’re honest with us. Dan’s team was clean, respectful, courteous, friendly and part of the family for a few weeks.The quality of craftsmanship was undeniably top notch. The end result was exactly what we envisioned and more. I have hired them for several jobs: vinyl replacement windows, finishing my basement, installing a bathroom vanity & mirror, and repairing a water-damaged stairwell in a rental property after it was gutted by a mitigation company. I work in real estate, and recommend Flansburg Construction to my real estate clients as well as my family and friends.In my dealings with Flansburg Construction, I have found their quality of work to be excellent. Dan operates with good open communication, fair pricing, and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy his customers. Dans team remodeled our Master Bath and our downstairs powder room. Both rooms are transformed! It was so easy to work with his team, who were patient, professional and kind. From Bernadette who assisted us with the designs to Chad who project managed the remodel, all our questions were patiently answered and our requests accepted. The craftsmen were all neat and tidy and conscientious about their work. The bathrooms are so beautiful! Would definitely recommend Dans team for any home remodeling projects!

Wonderful work! We had architect drawings when we brought Dan on to finish our basement. He took care of the project management and all the people he brought in were professional and did great work. We had a tiny basement with low ceilings and very old electrical - it was a challenging project but they did a great job! I had a a modern industrial vision which Dan completely understood. He did some amazing woodwork - closets, accent walls and they made the ceilings as high as they could. We are getting so many rave reviews about the new space. We managed to get a laundry room, media room, craft space, reading nook and under stair desk. We never thought our basement would be such a significant area of our home! Highly recommend!

Dan, Jim, Issac and the entire Flansburg team did a fantastic job on a bathroom remodel and kitchen bench construction. From the start, they were responsive and diligent. They were professional and accommodating. For example, I asked them to install a towel rack and hook and afterwards realized the placement obstructed access to the sink and tub. They quickly moved them and patched up the wall without complaining. Our bathroom looks great and is much more functional than it was before.Most importantly they were considerate of my small children who were home during some of the renovations. The construction guys were careful with using an air filter, vacuuming all the dust and using plastic sheeting to contain the mess.They completed the work on schedule and on budget. My family will absolutely use them for the next renovation. Thanks Flansburg Construction!

Flansburg Construction just completed a full renovation of our historic (1790s) homes kitchen. It involved having to rebuild the foundation beneath the kitchen as well as level the new floor, and add in all the fixtures, cabinets, new heating system, windows, door, etc., as well as design features. We absolutely love it! It is such a thrill to walk into our beautiful kitchen now! Id like to especially mention the foreman, Dave, and designer, Bernadette, in their expert work. We had three bathrooms renovated all together.Dan quietly pushed things along to make it run smoothly. He had everything in writing. There was no surprises with any of the rooms. His men were all professional, punctual and courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day. We had three quotes and Dans was in the middle. We liked that he was organized and had his act together, professional as well and he provided us with referrals. Considering that my husband is particular when it comes to workmanship, the quality of work was fantastic.Both my husband and I were very pleased working with Dan and all his men, they were great. Flansburg Construction did a full kitchen remodel for us in the fall / winter of 2018 including (but not limited to) removal of a load-bearing wall, hardwood flooring, new cabinets/counters, and a new gas fireplace. The work was impeccable and they were very professional to work with. They had to work with a tight schedule for us and were able to get it completed in time. Although they were not the lowest price contractor we received quotes from, the quality of work and professionalism paid off. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have this type of work completed.

Dan and his team did a fantastic job installing a laundry room in an area of our home that was a room with just a rough concrete floor off of the garage. We thought it was an impossible job since we had numerous contractors come in, take measurements and never hear from them again. We now have a beautiful laundry with cabinets, a countertop, and sink. The entire team was always on time and addressed any concerns we had very quickly. They were all a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them
