I called for an estimate and had a quick response and received a good estimate for a tough job.They gave me a call a few days ahead of the work date to let me know the special box I needed was slow to arrive and I appreciated the call. We set a new date and they did the install quickly and professionally.Now I have a new 50 Amp service for my RV and I would definitely recommend ShockWave.

We had an issue with our new Generac home stand-by generator. It had previously been diagnosed by Generac as likely a bad battery charger and/or voltage regulator. When Tegan from Shockwave arrived, he was skeptical. When he checked it out, he found a wire missing that was supposed to run the battery charging system. He added the wire, ran the generator through its paces, and had it up and running correctly in just under an hour. We were very pleased with his knowledge and how quickly he had the issue resolved. I should also mention he was working in the rain and still maintained his pleasant personality. I would definitely call Shockwave again!

I needed an electrician last minute due to a light switch being hot to touch. We were scared it was going to catch fire. I called as I was heading out to work. They were booked, but he said he would look at the schedule and get back with us. They were able to work us in. Work was excellent and pricing was fair. It was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely use Shockwave for our future electrical needs.

We always call Shockwave when we need any electrical work done. Doesnt matter if the job is big or small, they always get it done! They have been able to help us when we needed work done ASAP... The employees have always been nice and curteous, too! Great company!

We worked with Greg Coulter at Shockwave Electric to get work completed for the sale of our home. He was very responsive and proficient, knowing we were working under strict deadlines with quite a bit of work needed. Not only was he professional, he was friendly and accommodating. Weve used them only once before, but will use them from this point forward for all of our electric needs. Google is only allowing 4.7 stars, but I give Greg, FIVE STARS! Just had these guys out to a new house we just bought,upgraded our panel to a 200 amp and ran a 100 amp line to the garage and a line for a hot tub,was very affordable and cost about half of what i was expecting to pay and did great work. they are a bit hard to reach at their main number and tend to not return calls,just keep calling every few hours til you catch someone,its the days we live in i guess.

I was having trouble with power being out in half if my house. I did everything I could to get it to work but everywhere I read said call an electrician. I called them, they came that same day. Lee assessed what was going on, and in less than an hour my electricity was working in the whole place. He was knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Will definitely recommend them to everyone!
