I really like this place, the price on putting a 200 amp service and some interior electrical gremlin work was an affordable price, the thing I really wanted to come and make a review for is the electrician they sent out, he was kind, curtious, funny and a very personable guy,. Im going to say thank you very much derrick( I hope I spelt it your name right). great work guys!

This was my first time needing an electrician and I panicked since it was Sunday. I wasnt sure if I could get service, and if I did I assumed it would take all day. However, DL Smith Electric was great! The lady that answered my call was very polite and the electrician (I dont remember his name, but he is the one that looks like Guy Fieri) was kind, fast, understandable, and explained everything we needed to know. We had melted wire issues connecting our breaker box to the meter reader and after a few short hours, the power was back on! Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Jason was very pleasant and courteous. He immediately identified the issue and promptly resolved it. Also added an electric car charging outlet in the garage. The end product was professionally done. Will definitely use them for anything else needed in the future.

I needed three security lights replaced on my house. It was last minute. I called four other places no availability. The fourth place I called recommended DL Smith. Which I was surprised by that. So, I did and they had had an electrician available during the time frame I had available. He was 15 min early and done with all three lights in about 45 minutes. Excellent service and friendly electrician. Unsure of pricing they bill you. So, I will do an update when I get my bill. That was surprising also. I did not think any business did that anymore.Update pricing was excellent a good deal way better than the other services i have used. I am very pleased with their service.

I was looking for professional advice and quote for a unique light switch panel on equipment new to my business. When I called I was directed to Shane in the service department. I did not expect to get same day service; however, Shane was able to meet me at my business within 45 minutes. Shane was professional and exceptional at explaining what I was dealing with (rats nest of wires) and what I could do to improve parts, layout and wiring. He provided a detailed outline and instructions of what I can do to prep for the technicians so I can save time and money in some areas in order to spend more on what I am actually wanting to do with the panel. I am thoroughly impressed and looking forward to this project completion and a few more for the new business. Thank you Shane!

Electrical issue in our bathroom this morning--scary. Called DL and Chris here this afternoon. Problem fixed. Best of all, next to a new switch, was the reassurance of a job well done by Chris. Told him DL Smith is now on our speed dial!! Definitely 5 STAR service.
