Danny and his crew were great. I had a very clogged drain in my patio and it was backing up into be house during the rain. We thought it was clear because the hose water was flowing but after an hour or two it was backed up again. Danny came right back out got his camera equipment out and found the issue. Excellent service, very responsive and professional.We had a leak in the copper in the ceiling. We had all the water shutoff.Danny and Cari took great care of us. I highly recommend Temecula Drain Service & Plumbing! These guys are awesome! We sent pics prior to their arrival and explained that the shower handle was turning but no water was coming from either shower head. These guys ( Tony and Dino) were very communicative. There were text, and phone calls to schedule time and to notify me of their arrival. Once on site they confirmed the problem ( a bad posi-temp cartridge). They were in and out in 20 minutes. Thanks guys!

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. These guys are amazing. I was in a bad pinch late yesterday and needed the water on for a customer. When I called and explained my situation, the owner got someone out to me fast, and they stayed late to get the job done. If you need a plumber, definitely use Temecula Drain Service & Plumbing. Scheduling was made easy with Cari. She is both professional and friendly. My tech, Daniel, arrived on time and was polite and courteous. He fixed everything super fast and had alot of knowledge. When he was done he even took out my trash!!!! Weve used services before, our go-to professional plumbing needs! Phillip was very efficient in installing a new toilet & with a thicker wax ring-both provided, took only 45mins! Ensured that the toilet was level & secure. Several flush tests for water tank adjustments and checked for leaks. Even added white caulk around the base of the toilet. He saved us $ with recommending that the removal/replacement of the existing toilet flange was not needed & only replaced with new mounting bolts. We received great service.

Danny and Phil were wonderful. I had a whole house back up issue on a Monday at 3:30. I called Danny and Phil was dispatched within 30 minutes! When I explained the situation to Phil he wanted to be sure that I did not incur a charge if it was septic related. I authorized their house call and it was determined to be septic, not main line related. When I called Danny to rectify my charges, they declined to bill me! Both gentlemen were respectful, communicative, and so honest and PROFESSIONAL. I would recommend Temecula Drain and would use their services in the future!! Thank you!

Danny is awesome. After his visit to find holes in pipe with his camera, he and his crew came in and dug up shower floor, replaced yuky portion + of pipe, repositioned drain, closed it all up and was done all in 1 day. So impressed. So relieved. He didnt try to gouge us with price like a cpl other Plumbing Cos did and we will definitely use them in future if needed.

Great team at Temecula Drain. Had an emergency water leak and they responded within an hour. Phil, 1st tech was amazing and was able to find the source, broken pipe in a wall and a slab leak too. Superb service. New homeowner in Vintage Hills; one week here and toilets backed up; they came out on emergency basis Sunday; had to get 200 ft snake going from back of house inlet/outlet to clear roots; did camera found main pipe to curb rooted and cracked. They did outstanding job replacing pipe, locating the buried callout/outlet in front, had to dig 7 feet down. Really surprised they took the time to cut squares of the lawn so they could put that back on top when done. Very impressed. They are my go-to- now for this kind of thing. New water heater coming up next, and I would not call anybody else. Phil did amazing job with his team.Update...Phil also installed new toilet and new water heater in December. Great job again!

They were prompt and fixed the problem but when they cut into the ceiling where it was wet, instead of lifting the piece down, they just let it fall onto my floor so moldy drywall pulp splattered on my wall and all over the floor for me to clean up.

Our toilet was not functioning correctly and we needed service ASAP. No other plumbers were available, but Temecula Drain Service & Plumbing called us back and said they would try to send a plumber, depending on how long the previous service would take. Tony, the plumber, called and said hed be here if the job he was on was not too time consuming. Tony called a short time later and said he was on his way! He and Daniel were extremely professional, friendly and communicative. Tony spotted the problem in the tank instantly and repaired it. He also answered a couple other questions we had about our plumbing and he gave us excellent answers. Other plumbers might have tried to sell parts we didnt need so it was a pleasure to deal with a plumber of extensive experience, integrity and honesty. We previously used a different plumbing business that is very highly rated, but we would not have them back again. Tony and Daniels professionalism made Temecula Drain our go-to plumber for all our future plumbing needs and the the price charged was extremely reasonable. Ignore those other reviews for plumbers, we tried them and found Temecula Drain to be the best!

I was able to purchase a multi-tenant industrial building in Temecula back in 2011. I am based over an hour away and self manage so I had to find a reputable company that I could trust for dealing with day to day issues. We had a several sewer line line backups and a Backflow valve repair over the years. I can tell you from dealing with others that Temecula Drain is my go to company for getting things done right at a fair price I dont post much but I decided to this time since I highly recommend them.Steve

They do a great job at the least cost to the customer even if it means a harder, time-consuming job for them. No shortcuts at the customers expense. I can honestly rave about the service, quality and pricing I just recently received from Danny and his crew. I had a two stage project that I needed some flexibility on. First I needed to have my upstairs bathroom drain and water inlets moved to accomodate a larger vanity going in. This had to be accomodate prior to new tile flooring bring installed. Once the flooring was in, they were to install the vanity, attach the sink and faucet and then plumb it all in. Their flexibility was outstanding and made it seamless for me to have the bare minimum downtime. The work was perfect - and I say this from recently dealing with similar work from plumbers who did NOT provide the quality of hardware and service that they did. In addition, I had them replace some water valves on my toilets and replace my shower trim. When they took off my existing trim and saw that the valve already there was in really rough shape and was leaking, I was really comfortable with their honesty and with Sharing all of the available options I had to have it replaced. They replaced it that same visit and I was thankful that it was caught early and replaced right away and inexpensively.With other plumbers, just this year, I had catastrophic flood damage from a downstairs vanity not being connected properly and a gas leak from a plumber incorrectly connecting my gas line. I needed a company to come through for me, and this company absolutely did - right from my initial call into Danny.
