Guardian Plumber will be my go to company for any project that involves plumbing. They act on your requests right away and send technicians that know what they are doing and complete a job professionally. One such technician is Matthew. He promptly sent me text messages as to what time he will be at the house. Once he arrived, he explained what needs to be done to replace my leaking water heater. He advised me how long it would take and for how much. The price was reasonable given that the new water heater was a Brandon White model that is built to be the best. I like the new one because it has a drain pan at the bottom and a safety device on the top. When he completed the installation, Matthew made sure the work area was wipe down clean and dry. Appreciate the job well done by Matthew. Highly recommended for his expertise and professional conduct.

I needed a service as an emergency at night time. I called guardian plumbers so they can fix my problem. Right away they gave me good customer service and I loved how fast my plumber got done. He made sure to listen to what we needed fixed, he was very understanding and he went right away and got all the parts he needed for us and he sure fixed the problem really fast within less than 4 hours and i no longer have the problem. If ur looking into a 24 hour plumbing service give them a call! Highly recommend them! They are really nice!

After a week and a half of trying to get my leaking water heater replaced through my warranty company, I knew I had to find a more reliable alternative. I found Guardian through online reviews and gave them a call. Jose helped me make informed decisions throughout the process. In terms of money, it cost a lot more than going through my warranty company, but in terms of getting the job done in a timely manner, and done right, life quickly got back to normal and I can sleep at night knowing everything was done correctly. To Jose, Regina, and John, thank you for making the final outcome of this experience a lot better than it began. Highly recommended!

Camden arrived asked what the problem was. I showed him and told him what I knew about the plumbing. He quickly determined what needed to be done with a backup plan if it didnt work. 12/10 recommend Guardian Plumbers. It was so simple to schedule a consultation through their website and very thorough. We sent them photos of our shower that needed to be fixed and the pesky leak. We received correspondence almost immediately. Within a few hours, our plumber, Chris, was at our home and taking a look and giving us extremely reasonable pricing. How did I know it was Chris? They sent an intro text so we could feel more comfortable and know the name of the person that was being sent to our home and little fun facts about them! We got to talking for a few minutes and expected to have to wait to get it scheduled, maybe a few more weeks of waiting and then getting it done. Nope! Chris was able to get it done right then and there. After grabbing the part, he got to work and was finished way before the day was done! Everyone was so kind during the whole process, extremely thorough and up front! Nothing was hidden at all. Again, 5 stars! Did I mention they personally reached out to make sure everything was done to our standards? And sent a written card thanking us? Amazing business!

Excellent job. I had a clogged drain. Gave them a call the receptionist was very polite. Told me she could get someone out within 90 minutes. Manny the tech showed up. Very friendly. We talked baseball and family. He was respectful of the house. He asked should he remove his shoes. I told him there was no need for that. He assessed my issue gave me a very fair estimate He did the work then cleaned up. We talked more baseball. I thanked him then he was off to the next job. Definitely will call again when I need a plumber.

He was friendly and punctual. Manny spent good part of the day digging up my front yard to find the leak and repairing it once it was found. I was amazed at the level of customer service this company provided from my initial phone call to job completion. Every employee was polite and professional. I called five companies that morning and only one was able to send out a repairman and was Guardian Plumbers.The installation technician Jimmy M was very skilled in installing the water heater. He answered all my questions and ran me through troubleshooting tips for the future.Jimmy M didnt waste any time, he stayed focused and diligently performed the installation.This company prides itself on installation perfection. While removing the ball valve to shut off the water supply, some of the walls paint was scuffed and burned from the torch. Jimmy M matched the white paint and touched up the walls. All brass piping was shined with Brasso to clean off any remaining flux and make all the pipes the same color and shine.I would recommend this company to anyone for their great customer service, technician skills and timely service support. And Jimmy M gave me a military discount after noticing I had a Marine Corps flag on my flag pole. Truly a reliable company, worth every penny.

Miguel was awesome and did a fantastic job. I had been working with a contracted installer from Lowe’s-Pacific Express for several days would not answer phone or return messages. A complete nightmare was ready to cancel the order return dishwasher and go to another store. I called Guardian Plumbing and within 20 minutes they had Miguel here. He looked over job gave an estimate before starting. He finished the job in 3 hours. I wished I had called them earlier. Very happy with the response time and service. I will work with them again.

Our experience with Guardian was easily the best experience we have ever had with a plumber. The scheduling was excellent and they kept us updated as to the process via email, text, and phone calls. The main reason for our great experience was our plumber Angel Fonseca. He was pleasant to interact with and gave clear and intelligent explanations of the process, costs, and best paths to tackle the core problem. He also tried his best to make a lower cost snake option work first, then moved to the more expensive hydro-jetting process for clearing our backed-up kitchen sink. Guardians adaptive pricing meant that we only ended up paying for the hydro-jetting work when it was done. Angel was on time, respectful of our property, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.We will for sure use Guardian again and we will recommend them if any friends and family ask.

Wee had a very funky piping situation in our bathroom from the previous owners of our home that we needed rerouted before starting a tile installation. Estimate for the valve in the garage coming from the main, was $1300!!! Also offered to have one of their people come out to provide “preventive” estimate, which I declined. George came and figured out why there was a leak every time we flushed the toilet. They replaced the part at the base and corrected the problem. I would have given them a 5 star but, theyre a little pricey. I am pleased with their work though. They were able to diagnosed the problem, correct it, and do the installation. We have been using Guardian now for over a year. I first contacted them to do some repairs to a leaking shower cartridge at my daughters house when I was house-sitting. The technician came out same day and repaired the cartridge and was very honest not trying to up-sell me anything.I was very impressed with their promptness and professionalism, so I saved their number in my cell phone.The following year my daughter and son-in-law had a horrible smell coming from the kitchen sink and just wouldnt go away. It was horrid, every time you ran any water down the garbage disposal it stunk.I called them again to repair a leaking kitchen faucet and look into what was causing the order. We discovered the sink was never plumbed right and there wasnt enough fall-off and flush food down the drain completely. The repairs were costly, but the work was amazing. Not only is the order gone for good, but we had them detect a leak in the garage that had been there since they moved in. We also had them repair the outdoor water spigot in the back yard. Outstanding service, and we know the work is done right so I didnt mind paying a little more for peace of mind.This company stands behind their work and have been in business for years; theyre not going anywhere should I need them.I called them today in a panic when I discovered water pouring from underneath our hot water heater. Within an hour George (the tech) was at our home and was able to install a new unit.Every service call has been a pleasant experience and were so happy with their service. Their technicians are top notch!We wont call anyone else!

He was patient and waited for me to explain what we were looking for help with. Guardian provides excellent service and has an outstanding response time. During my latest service call they repaired my water heater by installing a burner and gas assembly which I provided. I was initially quoted at $600 for the installation which took the technician approximately one hour to complete. After speaking with the sales rep and asking more about how the hourly rate which I thought was a bit excessive they dropped the price to $450 which I thought more reasonable considering I provided the parts. I appreciate the prompt services that Guardian provided and thank you to technician Jose Rodriguez for professional customer service.
