This company is great. I picked them out of a Google search. They called me at 7 AM in the morning and had somebody at my house a little after 8 AM. Diagnose my Issue immediately. I purchased a nest. They installed it quickly and even programmed my phone. They sold me their Proflo plus plan. I had a plumbing issue and they had a plumber at my house within an hour.. I highly recommend them especially when it takes so long to have somebody come out and do a service call. You have to wait. A week. This was immediate. I was completely satisfied.. Their Plumber saved me $2500.

ProFlo replacing our decades old A/C system with a far more efficient heat pump system was a 3 week journey that began with quotes from 4 installers.One installer quoted a 4-day job, another never responded to a follow-up question about rebates, and another would have been hired if not for a slightly higher quote amount ( huge shout-out to Robert at Kinetic Air ).Bryan and his office staff ( specifically Victoria ) answered every question, he showed up twice to address concerns, included the rebate without being asked, and upgraded the thermostat without an additional cost. A week after I approved the quote, two employees arrived at 810 and were done by 5. They worked straight through, not even a proper lunch break.How different the HVAC industry would be if this ProFlo process was a template other contractors used.

Ive got to tell you about this incredible experience I had recently. So, my water heater was causing a major headache by leaking through the emergency valve. After contacting three different companies for help, I was feeling pretty hopeless. Two of them were pushing for a full water heater replacement, which would have been a major hassle and expense. But then I spoke to Jose from Proflo, and let me tell you, he was a game-changer! Instead of jumping to conclusions, Jose took the time to pinpoint the real issue: it wasnt the water heater at all, but the pressure regulation valve. The water pressure was way too high, causing all the trouble. Thanks to Joses expert diagnosis, I saved a ton of time and cash. I cant thank him enough for coming to the rescue!

We thought our A/C was at the end of its life. We called ProFlo to schedule a diagnostic and an estimate for a new system, just in case it was the end. Rico Jacobo came out to do the diagnostic and the estimate. He was polite, friendly and diligent in his work. Rico discovered that the recently replaced capacitor was wired incorrectly. He corrected the wiring and the A/C runs and sounds 100% better. It saved us the cost of a new system now, but his honesty and diligence has earned a ProFlo customer in the future. Rico also gave us a couple of estimates for a new system which were reasonable and well explained. We will certainly be reaching out to Rico at ProFlo in the future.

We first met Brian with pro flow through our very good friend who works for the company, who only spoke highly of Brian and the company. I trusted our friends input and contacted them to come out and repair a mini split unit that we had put in our home, by another installer, who did a very poor installation. The port installation was done, and that Contractor did not come out to fix it and he would not standby his unit that he installed and we purchased this unit from him.We were at the mercy of finding another plumber to help us out with this terrible situation we were left with. Brian junior came out, and handled our air conditioning unit, very professionally, great service, and good pricing. He was able to fix the problem that the other Plumber left us.Brian just came out to look at our mini split for a different reason, and most plumbers would charge $150 just to come out and look he didn’t charge anything, and is not a nickel and dime or he’s an honest man with an honest, reputable great company. I can’t recommend them more highly. You will not be dissatisfied, 100%.I’m thankful we found them through our good friend;)

My experience with Pro Flo was great. From the beginning, they were prompt, courteous and professional throughout my service, consult and installation. I dealt with Jamie on the consultation, and he was fantastic- he took pictures, and took the time to go through my attic (in 105+ degrees) and see what all the issues were with my non-working AC in Temecula. He explained everything thoroughly to me, and provide me lots of options that might best suit me and my family- most importantly, I could tell he had our best interest in mind and I felt no pressure or sales push. He was awesome. On install day, the technicians were great- punctual, respectful and they did a high quality install while making sure my 2 year old wasn’t underfoot or running out the door! Our A/C was dripping water from an outside roof pipe. Enrique was amazing. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I called today about my heater not working and they came out the same day. They were very professional and helpful. They called when the technician was on his other job still and made sure we were OK with them showing up a little late. He still made it within the original time frame. Javier Gonzalez was very helpful and knowledgeable on what he was doing. He didnt have the part but another technician had the part and brought it to him so they could fix our heater. He even went the extra steps and checked out my filters and vents to make sure they were all in working order. I have to say my heater works way better than it did before. ProFlo has been amazing. We had to replace two air conditioning coils and condensers. Other companies wanted to force significantly higher cost solutions on us and ProFlo found the best solution for our system, especially since we hardly use our heater. Everyone else seemed to want to mandate heater and blower replacements which seemed foolish to me.More important, all of the follow up service has been amazing! They have been prompt, professional and proactive to make sure everything is working amazing. Best AC/heating service in Temecula!!!

My AC broke latebon a Saturday night. I reached out that night and I n Sunday morning I had a response and a scheduled appointment for Monday morning. The tech did everything he could to get it working but no good ( spend 3 hours with us.) Decided on Thursday to have a new hvac system installed. They were there Tuesday morning (Monday was a holiday) and got it done. There have been some issues with the components but they have come next day for any call Ive made or responded to emails within 20 minutes. Good honest company. Only thing I didnt like was they left my front door wide open for some weird reason (everything was already inside and installed/removed) otherwise this would be a 5 star rating. Ive been dealing with the Flys from that decision for a week now.

He and his professional 8 man crew came to my house on the scheduled day. I thought they would cancel due to inclement weather...it was raining.. But instead of rescheduling, they set up a tent overtop my old AC units and went to work. It was pretty amazing. I had both AC units replaced as well as both furnaces in my attic. The crew worked hard to complete the job in one day. Jamie is a true professional with a good ole boy personality and he is also a veteran, which is important to me. He truly knows his line of work and placed great emphasis on the importance of proper installation. Along with fair pricing, that is where this company shines above others. Jamie took great time to ensure I understood every detail of the job to be done and that all my questions were answered. He worked with me until I was satisfied and gave me an amazing new system at an extremely reasonable price. He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, even did a follow-up call. I now have TWO BIG BEAUTIFUL top of the line Carrier brand AC units in my back yard that I can barely hear when they’re running full blast. More importantly, I felt confident when the crew was leaving that I had just received an honest, highly professional service and that my hard earned money was well spent. We had these guys do a ton of work at our home, we have 4 AC units on our property! They replaced AC units that were not working, moved our FAU into the attic, did some work at our rental property, replaced a heat pump...they do it all!They are friendly, professional, obviously know what they are doing, all at a reasonable price.We opted to sign up for their maintenance contract because it was the most reasonable priced than the contractor that we had worked with prior to these guys, actually a third of the cost of the other guys!!While they were doing some of the work, a piece of glass got broken accidentally and they deducted the cost to replace it from my bill, no problem. To me, thats the sign of a good company...how they handle it when things go wrong, as they will occasionally, even with the best of them.We own a service related company ourselves so we truly understand and recognize what good customer service is.These guys are the best!!!

I am very happy with their service and level of integrity and honesty.Last night our AC fan blower was making squeaking noise, so I called ProFlo at 8am today and they gave me an appointment between 10am and 12pm. Bryant Sr. showed up at 9:45am and went right to work. In less than 10 minutes he diagnosed what was wrong with our AC blower. I was expecting him to say I need a new AC motor or worse (Im pretty sure if I called a different company they would find other problems that requires a lot of money to fix), but he said it just slipped and that was causing the squeaking noise. It took him no more than 20minutes to fix the problem.

I called Pro Flo after hearing a screeching sound coming form my AC compressor and shutting it off to prevent further damage, just before the April heatwave. Bryan Todd the owner came out to assess the damage and discuss my options. He was very professional and knowledgeable and promptly sent me an estimate the following day. I had also contacted another large company and a separate contractor, one of which could not beat Bryans quoted price and the other who left me hanging for 15 days then called asking for more details so they could send me a quote. Needless to say I ended up going with Pro Flo and getting the install on schedule for two weeks out.Bryan provided me a date of the install and the time window between 8 and 9 AM when his team would show up and told me the install would take 2 days. Two weeks later, on the date of the install, his team showed up right on time, fully prepared. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They all gave me the impression that they truly love what they do and they really know their craft. I specifically remember Marcus and Josh by name, as I spoke with them the most, but rest of the team was great as well. The whole install went very smooth, they explained my system and the details of all the extra steps they were taking to ensure my system was optimal. They finished the job in 1 1/2 days and I had AC by the afternoon on the second day.Between the pricing, the professionalism, the follow through Im grateful that I found this company and plan to use them solely for all my HVAC needs in the future.
