I recently had the pleasure of working with a team of HVAC technicians, Tim, Alfonso, and Riley from Air Temperature who truly exceeded my expectations with their outstanding communication and customer service. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, they kept me informed about their arrival time and the services they would provide. The technicians arrived punctually and took the time to explain the issues with my system in clear, understandable terms. They answered all my questions patiently and offered practical solutions without any pressure to upsell. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience stress-free. Its rare to find such a dedicated team that prioritizes customer satisfaction, and I couldnt be more grateful for their exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Our office building has been out of air for months and for the last several weeks we have had numerous vendors out to provide a proposal for repairs and replacements. We have received all different responses on potential solutions but none that resulted in an immediate solution. Tim came out and was provided the scope of work in advance but took it upon himself to investigate further to provide an accurate proposal. During that investigation he found that the problem was a transformer swap that got our air going again within minutes. Our team was so happy to finally have air again especially going into the warmer days ahead. Out of all the vendors we had come out, Tim went the extra mile to really examine, conduct tests and find a solution that truly made all the difference while also building that trust with Air Temperature Specialists. He had the unit up and running within 20 minutes and his customer service was unbeatable. We will definitely be using Air Temperature Specialist again. Thanks again Lawrence!11/19/2021 UPDATE: My apartment complex needed assistance with a water heater and since we had such an amazing experience using Air Temperature Specialist in the past, we reached out again for some assistance again. Anthony and Tim were sent over to assist us and they were so incredibly amazing. They got the hot water restored within a short time. They had the most amazing customer service. I cannot recommend Anthony and Tim enough. My apartment complex will not use anyone else. We are now a loyal customer to Air Temperature Specialist!

Air Temperature Specialists were amazing! Laurence walked me through every step and got me set up with a brand new AC unit and furnace. There was no high pressure sales. He was honest and knowledgeable. A week later, Josh, Jacob and Jillian showed up to install the new equipment. Josh explained exactly what was going on and how it was going to happen. His team was super professional, trustworthy and cleaned up after themselves after a long 10 hour day. Highly recommend!!

Great company with excellent customer service, from the girls in the office to Jeff the skilled, friendly, and considerate technician who repaired our AC.I would highly recommend Air Temp Specialists, and will use them again anytime in the future if needed.We had our AC system damaged by a hack warranty company trying to shake us down for unneeded costs. We called Air Temp Specialists for a second opinion, and Jeff came in to the rescue! He had us back online in a few hours, and months later the system is still running perfectly.

I needed to replace my 16 year old AC unit which tanked on the hottest day of the year. Air Temperature Specialists came out the next morning, assessed my situation and recommended a phenomenal energy efficient unit as a replacement. The very next day Anthony and Jeff were at my house installing the new unit. Installation only took 2 hours and things were getting back to normal. They were extremely professional and courteous. Explained the details of my new unit and the various benefits Id be receiving because my new unit is many times more efficient than my old one. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. When I called on Monday that our AC unit was not working, I was thinking they were going to schedule someone within the week (like other companies), but I was very pleased to hear that they were going to send someone the next day. Lawrence H. was able to fix it the first day. However, the following day, the AC didnt turn on, so our technician returned. Considering that we have an older unit, there were more complications where parts had to be replaced. He was able to change the parts with no extra charge saving us hundreds of dollars. Lawrence H. did a great job to resolve our problem and fix the AC unit...His customer service was impeccable...Kind, respectful, hardworking, and trustworthy. I manage commercial shopping centers in Orange County and LA County, and Ive used Air Temperature Specialists to service, repair, and replace my (26) 3, 4, and 5 ton combo heat pump / ac units for over 5 years. They are consistently competitive with their pricing. When I check them against other companies, as I do once every three or four jobs, they are always at or below other estimates. Plus, they are reliable, fast, and consistent. I have replaced 8 large commercial AC units through Air Temperature Specialists, and they always do it well, and on time. Their techs and their dispatchers are kind, respectful, and knowledgeable, with great attitudes. I highly recommend them for residential or commercial use.

We had another air conditioning service come out to just do a seasonal maintenance special and they told us our entire unit needed to be replaced along with the ducting...for thousands! They actually caused damage! I called and asked for Brandon to come out again because he had helped us earlier in the season with a small problem. He was able to fix the problem quite easily and saved us a fortune. When it truly is time to replace we will definitely use Air Temperature Specialists. You can trust them and they are very professional. I highly recommend them.

Josh and Ryan showed up on time and put protective coverings on our hard wood floors to prevent damage. They worked all day to install our replacement unit and installed the outside and attic equipment and new thermostat. It worked perfectly! But the big thing was the hideous temperature that day 108 degrees so you know in the attic area it was much much worse. Thank you for a job well done.

Wow, no one likes to hear you need a new HVAC system BUT everyone we dealt with at Air Temperature Specialists made the entire process actually enjoyable. From the office staff promptly setting up the initial service call and the inspection where Brandon showed me where gas was leaking, to the immediate price quote and installation (by Chris, Mike and Brandon), we were delighted. What we were most impressed with is it was a 3-day process (we did the water heater as well) and we were always called (or briefed while the men were here), on the processes and time lines. I say that because these days were at the mercy of many contractors who are late and or fail to return calls. We also liked the way they kept the job site (our home) neat and orderly at the end of each day. In a word....outstanding!

Anthony and David came to our house today. We’ve been having AC issues since last year and didn’t want to go through another summer sweating with an underperforming AC system. They quickly replaced our HVAC unit inside and determined that our Main unit outside was overcharged and was causing some major issues. They resolved everything and also replaced our wall thermostat unit. Now I feel completely confident that we’ll be nice and cool this summer. Bravo Zulu to both of them!!

Christina and Joel were extremely pleasant at our household, and furthermore they were miraculously available during the heat wave (everybody else was booked out 2 weeks out or worse). Our first contact with air temp specialist was with Christina, who was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed our AC issues accurately and precisely.We’re very happy with the work and we’re happy to be in a cool home again.

Air Temp to the rescue! I purchased a new dryer and the original installers could not hook up the vent. Brandon Norman from Air Temp came to my house and identified the problem. He hooked up the dryer, also repaired the pipe within wall under difficult conditions and finally reinstalled the vent cover on the exterior wall.
