A+++ Great Company, Jayme was amazing, Jay and Jayme make a great team.They both came out to address a pool pump and pool light wiring issues. They tag teamed the problems and got it all fixed. Jays Pool And Spa Construction is the best. Everyone who works here is great. Great Prices and service. I had my pool totally renovated and reconstructed with excellent results. We are very happy with the weekly pool service and all the work done to get our pool finished. I will be recommending Jays Pool And Spa Construction to all my family and friends.Thank You, Jay and Jayme....

I cannot say enough in this review to express my gratefulness towards Jay and his wonderful team. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable, honest, hardworking service that puts customer care at the top of the list.We recently had our pool pump break on a Wednesday, which was very difficult as we had planned on family coming in town that weekend from Chicago who were excited (to say the least) to swim in our pool. I called Jay and he came out the very next morning. I was stressed to hear the cost to fix it due to it being a fairly new system. Because Jay has relationships with many different reps from various pool companies, he made a call and got clearance to fix my pump FREE of charge under warranty. Despite his busy schedule, he came over Friday morning and fixed everything just in time for my guests to arrive. Not only that, he had the pool services as well to make sure the pool was at its best. I cannot thank you enough Jay! We use him for weekly cleanings and service. He takes the time to teach us about pool care and how to make the best of it. I could not say more- You are the best!

I never leave reviews, but I felt the need to after reading some of the others on here. I have met with Jay twice now and each time I have felt more and more comfortable with his knowledge and his calm demeanor. After picking his brain with 40 plus questions you can just tell that he knows his pools and materials required to meet your expectations. Im the type that has to be VERY clear on what I will be receiving and Jay has responded to over 25 plus text messages outside of our in person meetings (not a penny out of pocket). I will be using him to build my pool as Im confident he is the right choice after interviewing seven (7) other pool companies. his price, responsiveness and knowledge are all contributing factors to why I chose them. I hope to be able to follow up with some pictures and progress in the near future.

Jay and Jayme were amazing through our whole pool-building process. They stayed on their timeline and were highly professional. They communicated as needed and gave us plenty of time to make decisions for the pool. They never pressured us into adding more items but always offered ideas if we wanted or needed them. We absolutely LOVE our pool and hot tub - the design is amazing, the tile work is superb, and the water color is gorgeous. We are so grateful for their work and we highly recommend this business!

I havent pulled the trigger yet but Jay was prompt and polite. His quote for the pool and landscaping I asked for was right in line with other quotes I received. He was quick to reply back and worked with me on changes I made throughout the process. Thanks Jay!

This Review is about POOL CONSTRUCTION, Jay’s Pool & Spa construction. Not about pool cleaning or pool appointments. The big companies are proud of building hundreds of pools a year. They mass produce and have HUGE overheads. If you want one of those big companies to build your pool, they will put you on their calendar because they turn away nobody and I hope your happy. But if you want Jay to build your pool, he really has to pick you. And you want him to pick your project. Jay builds pools essentially one at a time and he’s in demand meaning he has limited room on his calendar and he can choose who he builds pools for. You want Jay to build your pool.Jay is about 95% finished with building our pool, and we have been very happy with his progress, and workmanship. Soon they will put the finishing touches on our Resort style pool, covered swim up bar and kitchen plus seating/dining area. And I expect that I will be updating this review to 5 Stars. It’s a major project and Jay and Crew have done an outstanding job so far. I’m sorry if he didn’t return some peoples call, but I’m a happy customer and I can tell you he’s answered the phone or called right back every single time.
