    My experience with Renovation Pros was excellent. My home needed extensive repairs and renovations due to water damage. Renovations Pros were quick, diligent, and did great work in quick timing without sacrificing quality. My POC, Mr. Austin Parr was a great person to work with. He was punctual, communicated very well, and coordinated all my repair needs and made my nerves at ease while navigating with the quick turn around time to get my home back in shape. I highly recommend their services.

    I learned a valuable lesson hiring a handyman instead of a professional. His mistake resulted in a massive leak from upstairs, damaging upstairs and downstairs. I have to admit Renovation Pros came in, not only professionally but also how the work was handled. All their workers were extremely competent. My house looks better than it did before. Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful and did extra work for me. Pam with the customer service went above and beyond. We could not be happier.

    Everyone was very helpful at Renovation Pros.     The first review is from 2020. The second one is 2021.I couldn’t be happier with the work that Renovation Pros did! I had damage to my drywall and molding from a flood, and it was repaired perfectly! You can’t tell anything ever happened, which is what they promised me before they started. They sent out Alex and Andrew who were professional, courteous and meticulous. I would highly recommend this company!2021: I had another water damage issue in my home and requested Renovation Pros through my insurance. I was so happy with them last year I wanted to make sure they did the repairs again. So glad I did! Awesome job! I highly recommend this company!

    I had an extensive slab leak and luckily AAA set me up with Renovation Pros. I was so glad I had Erwin running my project. I hope his company recognizes how valuable he truly is. I wouldn’t have been able to make it through this process without him. I added some upgrades along the way and my home turned out beautifully.Their subcontractor Paul, who did my custom cabinets, did a great job on my custom European style modern cabinets which are hard to find in our area.This is an amazing group of people.     Great service company that over managed the process. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling piping and after my plumber fixed the issue Renovation Pros came out to inspect and provide dryers.Once the site was stabilized, their adjusters and project folks got involved and totally managed the situation with my insurance company. They we detailed and very experienced, friendly with great followup.The actual repair team was the best and it took the 4 days drywall the ceiling and reshoot the ceiling and paint the ceiling and walls in the kitchen and den. Beautiful work. We have experience in repair isues and I would highly recommend this company which has a manging family at the core.

    We had a roof leak that caused some damage to the ceiling and dry wall in our loft and bedroom upstairs in our home. Renovation Pros was recommended by our insurance provider and we’re extremely happy with the repairs. The work was completed in the time frame given and it looked so good we decided to have Renovation Pros replace our downstairs flooring. I would like to give a special “Thank you to Linda, Athena and Alex for treating us like family.” Renovation Pro’s were always on time , very professional, and treated our home as if it was their own. Do you remember the first time you moved into your new house. Well that’s the feeling we have now because Renovation Pros have our home looking brand new again. In this case we had a water leak that damaged our walls and our flooring was removed in our kitchen, powder room, and pantry. Jorge and his team did the work expeditiously. When we noticed a gap between the wall and adjacent wall panel to encase the fridge and mismatch in paint color during restoration, the Renovation Pro team worked diligently to correct it.     Renovation Pros completed my kitchen restoration and it looks beautiful. My kitchen was flooded by a broken pipe in my upstairs neighbors kitchen. My kitchen was completed flooded and everything had to be removed down to the studs. Flavio did an amazing job reconstructing my kitchen, sink, cabinets, microwave, dishwasher...everything to the last detail. He was early or on time every morning and worked diligently throughout the day until the job was completed. Flavio would check in with me and explain what he was going to do for the day and at the end of the day, let me know what was completed. One thing that really impressed me, was at the end of each work day, his work area was completely cleaned...no dust, tools, trash...nothing was left out. I would highly recommend Renovation Pros and if need be, I would definitely use their services again. Thank you!

    I recently had a sewer line back up and needed restoration services. Renovation Pros handled the entire job which included drywalling, carpeting, floor tile installation, painting, vanity installation, plumbing re-hookups ,etc.Two teams of people worked on it steadily and did a great job. They were experienced professionals who did an excellent job and were courteous and neat workers.If I needed these services in the future for a normal renovation or for another emergency situation, I would use the company again and recommend them to others.

    I found Renovation Pros a great company to work with. They replaced drywall and repainted, in a small area of my house.4 stars instead of 5 because they had to return to our house - twice - to fix issues (the work wasnt simply right the first time). The fixes are looking good and the company immediately scheduled followup work to correct the issues, without hesitation. I felt like I was working with a very honest company and would hire them again.

    We hired Renovation Pros to restore and update some of the inside of the house. My biggest fear from beginning to end was that the finished work would look different from the rest of the existing home and it wouldnt flow well. In the end, the baseboards are close enough that you wouldnt notice unless you were looking specifically for it, and they paint-matched perfectly for the finish. We updated about 800sqft of carpet because it was old and stained/burned from previous owners. Their team were in, moved all heavy furniture (beds, dressers, etc) removed old carpet and completed installing new in one day. No damage to any furniture and they even made the beds!The quality of work was awesome for the price and I would definitely hire them again in the future! In case you werent aware when researching them, they do subcontract out, but they assured me everyone they work with is professional and vetted. They even guarantee their work for 5 years!I communicated mainly with Irwin and even met Austin a few times. They were both very responsive when I had questions. At one point, I called and Irwin didnt answer, BUT, he immediately sent me a text that he was with another client and would call me back ASAP. It was nice to have that so I wasnt left wondering. If youre still on the fence at this point and read this far, its at least worth having them come out for a quote on whatever services you need so you can meet them and hopefully feel more confident!     It was tough trusting someone to complete the repairs on my home after a slab leak but Renovation pros was very informative even before I decided to go with them. The whole process was very professional. From the beginning with Richard and Corinne with the initial contact. To multiple contacts with the office staff. The whole team, Alex and his partner with drywall repairs, JJ and his partner with the flooring repairs, Irwin, Bree, and Crystal keeeping me informed of how the whole thing was going along.     We had to call out renovation pros for water damage that extended from upstairs through a downstairs ceiling. From the start renovation pros was awesome. Everyone who showed up at my house was courteous, friendly and professional. We had a couple of hiccups but what I appreciate the most is the were extremely pro-active in making sure that those hiccups were resolved right away! That was HUGE!We have used another restoration company for a similar issue in the past and they were horrible..... Renovation pros was a night and day difference and cannot recommend them enough.I hope to never need their services again but if I do I will use them in a heartbeat!

    Consider yourself very lucky and fortunate if you select RenPros to do the work.  I had a roof leak after the last heavy rains at the end of February.  18 high ceiling in the living room.  Greg and Pogo were absolutely GREAT with their communication and follow up.  I am very pleased with the work they did.  The personnel they sent worked very well together as a team, drywall personnel and their painter did an exceptional job.  I wouldnt hesitate having them come into my house to do work again (heaven forbid)  But if needed, they would be my choice.  THANK YOU Greg and Pogo!!

    The drywall installation, removal of wallpaper, plaster and paint was excellent. Some of the-travertine tiles needed replacing and the tilers were also perfect. The carpenter replaced baseboards that had to be removed secondary to the leak. He was asked by the company to also replace the toilet (it was removed secondary to a brake in the flange). That ended up requiring another plumber to come the next day to repair his attempt and reinstall the toilet. I was still happy that everything was repaired, all of your staff were courteous and were prompt.

    We had roof leak in our dining room after the last big storm. I contacted my insurance. They immediately sent Renovation Pros to stop the leak and control the water damage. They got everything under control in few hours. After the insurance paperwork got sorted out. We hired Renovation Pros to rebuild the damage wall and ceiling. Once again they exceeded my expectation. During the renovation we were stuck at home due to Covid-19. The renovation team wore mask during the two days of renovation. You cannot see there was any damage to my wall or ceiling. As if nothing had ever happen. Great work and glad to have my dining room back.

They helped make sure that everything that needed to be fixed repaired or replaced was covered by my insurance.     Erwin was fantastic helping me understand each step along the way. And making sure I knew when and who to expect at each step. Gary did an amazing job replacing the lighting and fixing the drywall and painting everything. Steve did the cabinets and they look so beautiful. Erwin let me know who was going to do the granite countertops which turned out beautiful. Once we had the flooring done Steve came back and finished the trim on the cabinets.     Our insurance company brought in Renovation Pros, all the way from California, to clean up water damage caused by burst pipes during the Texas Snowpocalypse of February 2021. You could tell they were spread thin working a bunch of jobs simultaneously, yet Tommy was always very quick to respond and the guys were friendly and careful in their work.     Renovation Pros was hired after an unfortunate flood incident that affected both our upstairs restroom and the downstairs restroom along with a hall way and the laundry room. I had the pleasure of working with Erwin and Austin. Erwin made sure everything was being repaired and looking its best; there was one small piece of the work that he did not approve of and had it re done and my husband and I greatly appreciated his attention to detail. I was told Austin was still in training but he always did an incredible job communicating with myself and my husband and if he ever did not know something he made sure to run it by Erwin and get him out here to look things over.During the repairs and renovations we had another emergent sewage issue and and Erwin made sure to have a trusted plumber come out and help us. Aside from the work that Renovation Pros was hired to do, which was, drywall, texture, flooring, painting, door frame and door installation, and cabinet installation, Erwin and Austin went above and beyond to help us out through out the renovation time.I would also like to add that my husband works long hours and I would have to meet with Erwin and Austin on my own with my kids and they were very professional and we always felt safe, something that I can not say for previous workers weve had in the home, whom were not from renovation pros.
