I have used Cool Ray for several years and have been pleased with their service. They have done routine maintenance for me, but also repairs to air conditioning and heating issues. Their prices are reasonable, and I haven’t had any problems after a repair. The technicians have been very professional and very helpful and kind. The customer line staff are also great. I had a repair need for air conditioning during a very hot time of summer and they came out very quickly. I’ve had the experience with previous companies where it took a long time to get service during busy times of the year.

We are so happy with Coolray. Excellent service every time with professional and polite people. We have been very happy with them ever since they installed our new air conditioning system 8 years ago for a fraction of what the other guys were going to charge us….their competitors kept insisting we had to buy two units. Coolray figured out how to use just one system keeping our overhead cost low. Would never use anyone else.

We’ve been customers for 27 years and always receive excellent service. Over these years whenever there was an issue (only 2 or 3) they were addressed and resolved quickly.The Cool Ray team goes above and beyond, during one inspection the technician smelled gas. He contacted the gas company and stayed at our home until the inspection and repair by the gas company was completed.That’s a 6 out of 5 in my book.

CoolRay installation of a new furnace and two water heaters at our home was extraordinary, performed on very short notice by 4 workers two days prior to Thanksgiving. Could not be more satisfied with the very competitive price and the installation. . The furnace works more efficiently and is much quieter. The new high-tech thermostat is also great. Take the time to read the information on their website, including the warranty, better than any warranty I have ever seen.

Joey Marlow, Coolray representative and consultant came out to my home to assess and provide me with an estimate for a complete Furnace System replacement, he was fabulous! He took time to check every area under my crawlspace regarding my existing Furnace and found things that were detrimental to my Health. Joey advised me of his findings and Coolray quickly assisted with resolving the issue. They provided easy financing so that I would be able to have my work done in the immediately and completed my installation within one day. The Coolray installation technicians that were sent out to me “Bryan and Josh”were professional, customer friendly and very knowledgeable. They walked me through step-by-step they assisted and make sure that I understood all that I needed with using my new installed thermostat and about my Furnace system that had been replaced. Coolray has been servicing my furnace for as long as I have had this furnace which is over 10 years! They are very professional and I’ve never had a problem with my furnace. They are very respectful of my property and home,,wearing shoe covers and cleaning up after they’re done. They call you 30-40 minutes before their arrival and are always on time. I called in just this morning and was able to get a technician out here this afternoon to repair a tear in the mainline going to the furnace.Vince promptly and patiently gave and explained my options and offered that he was willing to try the least expensive option of repairing though it would take some effort on his part.Fast forward 45 minutes and he was able to complete the repair saving me several hundred dollars. I am very appreciative of Vince and Coolray.

We purchased a new HVAC years ago, with lifetime warranty if the maintenance plan was purchased. Could not be happier- when we have had issues, they were promptly resolved at no cost. I’m almost embarrassed to say how old our system is, and they STILL repaired with a new part last July, next day, no cost. Would not consider using any other company.

Coolray wont be the cheapest option out there, but you cant beat their reliability. Every technician Ive worked with is also highly skilled; theyre usually perfectly happy to have me shadow them so I can ask questions and understand whats going on.There have been a couple of instances where it seemed like some shortcuts were taken, but these were always quickly addressed when I showed concern. If I didnt have to do that, Id give them five stars.

I have used Coolray (Mr. Plumber) for a number of years. They upgraded all of my AC equipment and lreplaced my Water Line. Great People, and consistant service. I was perplexed my the Thermostat installed with my up-stairs system. After two years of trying to use it, I asked Coolray to replace with some simple. Without any resistance, Coolray dispached a tech who replaced the thermostat. Over the years I have found Coolray to be competent, timely, professional and customer centric. They arent always the cheapest... but they are worth in minor uptick in pricing. You get what you pay for. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Ironically I was going to send you a text message regarding Jaime Lazojr. In my opinion Jaime did an excellent job and went beyond his responsibility to alert me to the fact that I may have a roof problem because he stopped water marks on the exhaust pipe. He also noted so droppings from a rodent. That is an employee who pays attention and as a consumer I appreciate it. A 5 star plus.

I set up appointment with Mr. Plumber to unclog my kitchen sink drain. Your tech came to the house last Friday and using a power snake worked on the clogged sink. Unfortunately after he departed house, the sink was still clogged up and unusable. The service fee was $515. I called again today and explained to your customer service person. He resent the same tech back out to my home today. The tech power snaked again today. No charge for the return trip. I am hoping the clogged sink will be usable after today’s visit. Thank you for the follow up.

I’ve been using Coolray for 30 years now and the first time ever that I had a technician, not know what I had before he came to service my equipment. Y’all put this system in many years ago and so you know what I have and you know what filters I use or don’t use or what filtration system I have so I don’t know if it’s because your training is not to know what you have before you come in, but I thought that was different than I ever experienced. The second thing is, I have a filtration system that has always been washed since I’ve had it and this is the first time he said he blew it with air. I did ask him to go back and clean it, but I see that as a failure on your technicians part as to his training most likely and not to him specifically. He did do a good job otherwise and I was very thankful for that, but I think going forward for the service to be as good as it always has been I think that needs to be addressed. Quality and trusting your company is something I value and I hope going forward that will be a priority.

Jorge called to let me know when he’d be on his way. It was a little early compared to when we expected - it helped us do our other afternoon plans on time. He was very professional and helped us learn our water pipes. The main problem was a clogged drain. He unclogged it with soap and cleaning agents down the AC unit pipes and a pump to pump out the gunk and liquid from the end of the pipe (where the pipe emptied into the backyard). He even replaced our air filter (the leak had soaked ours!). As a 25yo female, and our first home, I was thankful to have him answer my questions about the entire process and what we needed to do to maintain the AC unit. He was not impatient and maintained a very open conversation. Very friendly and worked hard in the 90deg heat. I think it’s helpful to watch someone do this first before attempting yourself. Great value for the service (~$270). Recommended for first time home owners.

I had already signed an agreement with a different company when I received a call from Shawn. After a VERY detailed discussion it was obvious that he had the knowledge that the other company didnt, (and I really like the sales people in the other company). After an in-person meeting with Shawn and Paul and a walkthrough of the work to be done I decided to cancel with the first company and sign with Coolray. I did not regret my decision!!! If anything, I will make sure that anyone looking for a referral hears about my experience.Communication was and is timely and very human. I received a notice that installers will be at the house between 8:30 and 9:30 one day after signing my contract. At 8:30am 2 installer trucks, Paul and later Shawn came on the day of the install. We went through everything again and they worked their b**** off until 12 (midnight) to get it all done. It was a ton of work in very cramped quarters or 40 up in the air.I dont have words to describe how impressed I am with Chris, Andrew, Connell and Eric. It felt like a superhuman effort to get it all done but they did without cutting any corners (trust me I was over their shoulder the entire time asking questions). With everything going on they always responded to my questions immediately and courteously as if it was the first and only asked.Owners of Coolray should be VERY proud of these individuals!Coolray services department is helping me deal with some mini-split issues - hopefully my positive experience continues. So far 11/10!!! Ill make sure I follow up with a review after everything is done and beyond into the lifetime warranty and maintenance service we signed up for.A.K.

Nok was dispatched to our home to determine the cause if a leak from one of our HVAC units. He arrived promptly and went to work. We have three systems, two which we discovered needed the air filter changed. Nok was kind enough to do that for me.. The source and cause for the leak was identified and explained to us. He explained our options including pros and cons of each so that we could make an informed decision that would best meet our needs. After he answered all of our questions he made arrangements for someone to come the next day to discuss pricing. A/C was down after returning home from a short trip. Technician Long M. arrived near the end of the window but was on the day after we called so happy with the quick response. I would recommend Coolray to anyone! My air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday evening. A Coolray tech came out that night to fix my unit, but had to order the part. Although I am not a Member with the company, they did approve a portable air conditioner that Coolray bought back from me, so that my health issues were not exacerbated by the 98°-100° heat wave. Both techs that I dealt with were very nice, got right to work, and explained exactly what they were doing and why. The whole company worked very well with me and was so easy to work with! Hasan gave us the best service we could ask for. He was very polite and got straight to work. When he found the issue with my AC unit he showed me a picture of the ice frozen over the coils and interior of the unit. We then gave him the go to fix it and we also need a leak check cause the coolant was low. He did the leak check and notice a leak as well and showing proof of the issue as well. I would highly recommend this company with employees like this. Hasan was a very trustworthy, funny, and hard worker!
