Dimitri called me back right away. After I described the problem, he patiently walked me through how to fix it over the phone. It turned out to be a loose gasket, and I was able to solve the issue myself thanks to his guidance!Dimitri didn’t charge me a dime for the call, which shows the level of integrity and customer care that sets this company apart. Alliance Plumbing & Drain replaced our main water line. Dimitry, his co-owner, and employees were fantastic to work with.We first discovered the leak right around the time we were leaving the country for the holidays. When I initially contacted the office, in the early morning hours on December 20, I had to leave a message. However, within 15 minutes or less, Dimitry returned my call and discussed his company’s repair and replacement processes.We agreed he would do his initial inspection upon our return. He texted and emailed me a video, which provided instructions for turning off the meter valve while we were away, a professional courtesy I appreciated.When we returned, Dimitry and his employees came out, performed the inspection, and discovered that our leak was quite substantial. Full water main replacement was recommended. The next day, they completed the replacement. Not only was the work very neat, they treated our property with the upmost respect, meticulously cleaning up the work area. Their pricing, while not the lowest bid we received, was competitive relative to the market.Without reservation, we recommend this company.

We discovered water coming through our basement wall near the entry of the main water line. I knew we needed to find a skilled plumber to fix this issue because it was so close to the main water line. I called Alliance and Dimitry answered immediately and scheduled us for next-day service. Alex and Daniel arrived on time and began to diagnose the problem. They took the time to explain the issue, which turned out to be a leak in the main water line outside of the exterior basement wall. As a homeowner, this made me nervous because I knew this would involve some major work. Alex and Daniel did an excellent job of explaining what they needed to do and were very transparent and up-front about the repair cost, which was reasonable. They went to work and fixed the exterior water line. In summary, this required a huge amount of work from the guys, and they got it all done within in a couple of hours. I was impressed with how quickly they excavated and found the water line, and showed me exactly where it was leaking. Finally, they replaced our ancient pressure valve inside and left us with brand new shiny pipes. Overall they made what could have been a stressful home service repair into a good one. I recommend them overall for three reasons. First, the prompt scheduling we received, second the skill and workmanship of the techs, and finally the reasonable prices they quoted us.

Our basement ejector pump went out unexpectedly and needed to be replaced. After calling a few companies and being frustrated that they would not even give a ballpark price over the phone (and wanting to sell me other services), I found the Alliance team. Dimitri was very accommodating with answering my questions and concerns, and able to talk me through their process, as well as competitive pricing over the phone. When I booked my appointment, the team was able to get me in earlier than I expected, and the job took just over an hour. Very nice gentlemen, and also helped with explaining to me what they were doing and answering my questions along the way. We could not be more pleased with Alliance Plumbing. It’s been really hard finding a good plumbing company in our area. So glad we found Alliance. Our water heater suddenly stopped heating. We had to order a couple parts from the manufacturer. After receiving the parts 2 business days later we reached out to Alliance on Wednesday to have them replaced. They sent Micheal out the same day and we had hot water in less than an hour. Micheal was knowledgeable, very professional and the price was also very reasonable. Call Alliance for your plumbing needs…you will not be disappointed.

I used Alliance Plumbing multiple times before since 2020. I initially got a recommendation from a member of our new HOA and was very happy with the entire experience. I again used them recently and was so impressed with their quick responses and professional work. I did not have to supervise their work and when I checked after they finished, they not only did a great job, they also cleaned up everywhere they worked - that is rare for most contractors.I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs - they are not cheap, but they provide excellent value for money and a pleasure the work with.

I am a DIYer and I was replacing my master bedroom supply line when I noticed the valve was leaking(above my skill set). I called Alliance the day after and they came out in about an hour (faster than estimated). They were professional and tidy. Unfortunately I wasnt home to see them but it was a father and son who took care of the job while my girlfriend opened the door for them. They were very kind and respectful. They even took off their shoes before entering the home! The quote given over the phone was exactly as promised and got the job done quick and easy. I had an exceptional experience with Alliance Plumbing and Drain. I called them out of the blue after my expansion tank ruptured and water started leaking. Dimitri was extremely professional over the phone, patiently walking me through all my concerns. He even asked me to send pictures of the issue, as well as the serial numbers of the water heater and expansion tank, to help expedite the process.I was quoted what I believe was a fair price for an emergency situation, which included replacing the water heater, expansion tank, and shut-off valve. Impressively, Dimitri managed to send three technicians—Vitaliy, Igor, and Dorel—to my house within 30 minutes, and they already had everything they needed in their van.When they arrived, the team quickly assessed the problem and immediately got to work. We have used Dimitri and his team a few times in the past from shower cartridge to water expansion tank, and water regulator to main water line replacement. We found our water leak on the driveway on Tuesday. Dimitri and his team patiently tested the leak between my irrigation and the main water line on the same day, and eased my concerns at next day with another test. They came back on Friday, worked with a boring company, and reran my water line under driveway to the garage. We are so grateful to have their reliable service. Thanks to the Alliance team!

I had an issue with a pipe outside that resulted in significant flooding in my house. Roto-rooter came and quoted me $13000.00 for the job- Alliance plumbing came to run the camera at no charge and were HONEST enough to have me call the City first. I did and the city flushed my pipe and will resolve the issue with my pipe (roots ) at a much lower cost than 13k.Integrity is hard and rare to come by and that is how I can describe my experience with Alliance plumbing- they operate with integrity. 15 out of 10 recommend.

They answered the phone promptly, scheduled me in for a same day visit to diagnose the problem, and fixed the problem all within the first visit!! Love the communication! The service was also just as great. The 2 guys that came , Nick and can’t remember the other. My waterline, between my meter and my house, began leaking. I needed immediate help. Called Alliance Wednesday afternoon. They came out Thursday morning and found the problem. Unfortunately, my waterline broke under my driveway and required a new line from the meter to my house. By that afternoon, all utilities were marked and Alliance had a directional driller come to the house and install a casing pipe. On Friday morning, Alliance came and pulled a new pipe all the way from the meter into my basement. They finished the work, had my water back on Friday. When they left, you couldn’t tell that there was any work done. My front yard was perfect, my 16 year old bush was replanted.I can’t overstate how happy I am that I called these guys. No question, these guys and the directional driller were outstanding. OUTSTANDING! PROFESSIONAL! QUALITY! Thank you Alliance!!!

Scheduled an appointment with them within an hour of initial contact and they actually showed up for scheduled appointment and within the time frame promised. Work was reasonably priced and service team was cordial and diligent. They also did not completely destroy dry wall and area around the pipes. Could not have hoped for better services. Update from my original posting: The owner, Dimitriy was sincerely apologetic about the price situation and misunderstanding, so we were offered a $50 refund and they already gave it to us. At this point, they redeemed themselves and have earned their five star review!Original review: These guys know what they are doing and do it right the first time. They came twice for two different plumbing needs and both times they resolved the problem and left it all neat and clean. I dont give them five stars because the first guy who came gave us one price for installing a faucet, then when I called to actually install the faucet the second guy gauged the price quite high and charged us $250 to install a Kitchen faucet, which I had already done half the work on... I didnt appreciate the extremely high price, nor the huge difference in price between the one owner and the second. This aside, they came the same day I called, installed the faucet very well and did a fantastic job. They are good at what they do.

THANK YOU. My husband of 36 yrs gifted me with diamond earrings, that we were never able to afford in the past. Always careful, at the end of a long day, one of them stumbled out of my hands and down the drain. I was crushed. I looked up who my neighbors trusted on Nextdoor and I contacted Alliance from their website. I got a call that night, only one hour later. It was one of the owners. He said he would move their schedule around a little so they could get here before their first call of the day. That morning I received another call from a different owner telling me their names and that they were on their way They were clean, polite, and caring gentlemen. Within minutes they had my earring. No mess, no clutter and they wiped everything down before they left. The bill was very reasonable. We have a few things to do in our 12 yr old home, and now we know who to call. I HIGHLY recommend.

I newer thought I would call plumbing services at 11pm, but unfortunately my main sewer line was clogged and the water started coming out from shwer drain. I could not fix it myself and I called Alliance for help. Dmitry picked the phone and scheduled appointment next morning. His team has arrived as scheduled and did pretty good job not only cleaning the pope but also diagnosed the problem. The sewer line pipe had to be replaced, it was damaged and bent, so it created standing water preventing free water flow. We agreed to replace it and next day team of 4 has dag out and replaced the pipe. All was done on one day, leaving job site almost with no mess. Great job Alliance! I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing jobs.

We were getting a huge water bill for this month, and it turned out that there’s a water leak somewhere in our property. I called Alliance Plumbing and Drain, talked to Dmitriy, and he helped me to troubleshoot it over the phone. After that, he sent his crews the next day to come to my house to check on that. After trying to find the leak, we knew theres a leak somewhere outside my house. So, they recommended contacting National Leak Detection to find the right location of the leak. I called National Leak Detection and they marked the spot. Right after that, I called Dmitriy again, and he was able to get Nick and Matt to come to my house to fix the leak the next day. Nick and Matt did a very good job fixing it, and after fixing it, they also cleaned it up like nothing happened on that spot. I was so worried but I was so glad that I contacted Alliance Plumbing and Drain. I asked for an approximate quote (which was hundreds cheaper than the other plumbers I called). His team arrived the next day on Monday at 9am to install the new sewage pump. His team was professional, courteous (took off shoes inside), and efficient. They finished within 3 hours and gave me an electronic invoice. After brief consideration I called back to schedule an appointment; they were at my house in about an hour. After 2 1/2 hours they had fixed the problem and cleaned up. They also said to call them if I have any problems getting a refund from the county on my water bill.I was impressed by their knowledge, quick response, professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. Best plumber Ive ever used, and I cant recommend him more strongly or enough. Alliance is what everyone wants when they need a plumber: highly skilled, honest, responsive, and reasonable pricing. Alliance checks all those boxes. They are also punctual and professional across all three people Ive had the pleasure to work with. They have been to my home twice and referred me to a jetted tub specialist on another occasion. The second time they came for what we both suspected was a main line back up. Demetri told me to stop using the water in the house, and despite his full schedule, he sent someone out within an hour, which I never expected then nor would I expect that kind of same-day speed ongoing but he was incredibly responsive because he told me not to use the water. Alex and David arrived and turns out it was a large clog in the drain in one bathroom that they were able to unclog with a heavy duty plunger. They checked the other bathroom toilets, made sure the problem wasnt systemic, and went on their way. Fixed in 30 minutes. The first time, they repaired the toilet quickly, efficiently and for a very fair price. Grateful to have found a plumber I can rely on moving forward.

Once they had they gave me s fair estimate and completed the job. 2/25/22. I tried to fix a leaky faucet on my shower. I ended up twisting and breaking the fitting. The technicians that came out were both named Nick and were polite and professional. From the time I called them until the time they left was only 2 hours. I couldnt be happier with this company. Repairs are never fun, but dealing with good people certainly takes away some of the sting.

Wow!!! I didn’t know guys like this still existed. I had them come once before for another job. This time they came out to diagnose and fix a shower leak. They did have to cut a small piece of drywall but they found the problem quickly.. and it turns out that the fix is a little caulking. They cleaned up and vacuumed their mess. They gave me advice about my water heater and also found my main shut off valve for my info. They spent a good 45 mins total in the house. I went to get a check and they told me I didn’t owe them anything since they didn’t really fix anything. I was willing to pay them for their time but they refused. I was shocked!!! These guys are awesome! I had an outdoor spigot that got stuck in the open position on a Sunday, was able to get the water shut off to that line, but during attempting to remove the spigot to replace myself the water line was damaged. I called Alliance on Sunday morning, and since it was not an emergency, since I had water to the rest of the house, I was able to schedule them to come out between 8-10 the next morning. I received a call at 8:15 Monday morning letting me know that the crew was arriving soon, and they showed up and were working by 8:30 am. They were able to tell me up front how much it would be, and approximately how long it would take them. These guys were true professionals and were in and out in about half an hour. Smaller family run business, so I was really happy to give them my business, and will definitely use them again in the future if I need a plumbing service. This is a family owned, local company that I found on Google when our toilet got clogged beyond our ability to unclog. They were able to come out the next day and were on time for the time window scheduled. Dmitriy was very professional from the start and gave me his card and announced who he was before entering my home. This was especially impressive and courteous since my husband wasn’t home at the time and it put me at ease. He removed his shoes before entering as well. (More points for Dmitriy as we do not wear shoes in the house.) From there he got right to work, assessed the toilet and told me the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. The price was the same as quoted over the phone and he had it done in less than 10 minutes. He took the time to advise me on the brand of toilet we have (we just bought this home a few months ago) and quirks that may make this issue occur again and how to avoid it. He then took a look at leak we had in our master bath sink and fixed it without charge in 5 minutes tops. I’m very pleased with my experience with Alliance and will definitely call them again for any and every plumbing concern!

I called up these guys the day after thanksgiving to help me out with a break in my water line that was flooding my below-grade bedroom. Considering the urgency of my predicament and the date on which it fell, they were very accommodating and resourceful. I spoke to Dimitri over the phone right around 8:30am, and had Vasilyi (sp?) and two of his co-workers show up at 1pm on the same day. They assessed the situation, told me in good, professional detail their assessment, the work that needed to be done, the costs, and the alternatives. They also assured me that theyd have everything fixed and the water turned on before they would leave for the day.Sure enough, after we agreed on a price, it took them no more than 2 hours to get the job done. They correctly determined that the break was located against the front wall of my home. They dug to the pipe in less than 5 minutes, confirmed the location of the leak, and replaced what was needed in no time flat. Also, Vitaliy told me that though their parts and labor carry a 1-year warranty, should anything happen after that date, to give them a call anyway. Theyre a small company and they want to do right by their customers.Summary: Theyre a decent bunch of guys who do good work. They got my business initially because they were the first to get back to me and were able to take care of me the same day. When Vitaliy and Michael showed up, they were very knowledgeable and made very fair recommendations to mitigate future risk in my home.The icing on this cake is that theyre a local Suwanee family-owned business. I got the recommendation from the Next Door app, which led me to Google to scan reviews. Alliance was the 1st (and only) company I called. I am SO glad that I did.

When you call a plumber it’s generally not to strike a good conversation. I spent the past few days in the hospital and the first thing I wanted to do when I got home was take a hot shower. When I turned the faucet on I immediately knew something was wrong. I started calling every plumber I could find. Almost no one answered or they couldn’t get someone out until the next day. Not only did Alliance answer the call, they were here within the hour. They arrived as a team and replaced my water heater in no time. Alliance Plumbing and Drain went above and beyond the call of duty and performed exemplary service from start to finish. In the future, if I ever have a plumbing issue they will be the first call. I highly recommend Alliance Plumbing and Drain.

May 2020 had a leak in the slab of our home and Alliance was very easy to contact and made an appointment for the repair that worked with our schedule. They were responsive and professional and fixed the leak by going into the slab, repairing the pipe, replacing the dirt and putting new concrete over it all. I recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Very pleased! Noticed water leaking in my garage called first thing in the morning and they had someone out there in about an hour. One of the guys that came out was one of the owners, he was very nice and fixed the leak in the wall and cleaned everything up quite quickly. Good pricing and no hidden fees. Would use again.

Very impressed and happy with Alliance! We called at about 7 pm on a Friday. Not only did someone answer, but they were able to come out that evening. After finishing up at another emergency job, Dmitriy and his team arrived at our house well after 10 pm (calling first to let us know they were en route), and quickly resolved our leak issue. They even came back the next day when we asked them to double check something. Great, quick work and extremely professional! Can’t say enough great things about this company!!

I had a semi emergency with a clog causing water stains on 1st floor ceiling. Nobody would come out on a Saturday night. After calling most of the local plumbers, I am lucky to find these guys. There is no one better! Im almost 100% certain of that. For a week we called all the big names and none of them would answer the phone, return our message or even show up after scheduling. We were without water for a week because of a service line leak in our front yard. Alliance Plumbing and Drain steps in to save the day (the month, the year)!!!From the very first call with Dimitri, he made us feel like we were his only customer and that our job was his top priority. He was able to get Alex and Daniel out to our property with half a days notice and the hole that would have taken me a day to dig was done in 10-15 minutes. These guys were in BEAST Mode and had spotted the leak, which happened to be a pinhole leak in some sub-quality line installed by the original builder.These guys werent even on our property for 2 hours and had dug a 2-3 deep hole at the front of our house in the shrub bed and you couldnt even tell they were ever there. They were so professional and consulted with us on a prior line patch and fix that I was going to try to do myself. Im so glad I called these guys.I couldnt be more happy about the fix, the service, professionalism and commitment that they showed from start to finish. I was even extremely astonished with the price of the job. I was having nightmares about that part and they came in at about 25% of the cost I thought it would be. I can really appreciate a business like this. Fast, knowledgeable, and caring. When my shower was on I heard a leak in the wall, then I started seeing water spots on the ceiling. I was expecting the worst. Called Alliance in the morning and they came about an hour later. Immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired the spout in my shower which caused the leak in the wall. No walls torn open and it didnt break the bank either. Definitely stored their number in my phone. They even followed up the next day to make sure the leak didnt come back.

I called today about a leaky toilet caused by a failed intake valve, and shortly after speaking with Dmitri, he called back and said he and two others would be here in 20 minutes. They were in and out in about a half hour after replacing the valve, supply connecter hose and the internal toilet parts. Excellent service, reasonably priced and completed much sooner than I imagined possible right before a holiday weekend!
