Cannot say enough good things about this company. The work was excellent, the schedules ran like clock work, everyone was polite and hardworking and Mike, the manager, was communicating with me throughout the project. I could have had better service , nicer co tractors or a better project manage. They are a 12 on a 1 to 10 scale. Have already passed their card to 3 friends. Within 3 weeks I was happily cooking I. My gorgeous kitchen.

I would like to say that we just had the nicest technician here to install two new faucets in my home. Mike was prompt, courteous, efficient and very friendly. Mike did the job neatly, and even was nice enough to replace a drain in my bathroom sink that needed it without my having to ask him to do so.I couldnt be happier with the service.

I have been very happy with a small room renovation Fix R Us did for me several years ago. The job involved removing old paneling and a damaged ceiling, replacing and repairing damaged sheetrock, installing molding, priming and painting. The workers were professional and removed all debris, and the price was reasonable. I especially appreciate care and professionalism of Mike who coordinated the project and checked out everything. I highly recommend this company!

The company set up an appointment for the next day, which was great. Will was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and careful. He replaced the faucet, drain, and pipe for a pedestal sink. He gave me prices and advice on a few other repairs that I need done. I feel confident that I will use this company for all my household repairs. Great job!

After waiting all day for Lowes first contractors that did not show up, Fix-R-Us came to my home at 6p to install a new water heater. Fix-R-Us went beyond my expectations from start to finish. Two employees came and and installed the water heater. They were courteous and pleasant. They left the work area cleaner and safer than they found it and we had hot water by 9:30p. They will be my first call for any plumbing project in the future.

I had a broken water heater. Called Fix R Us, they came out on time and quickly assessed the issue. Charlie was very professional and easy to deal with. He provided me with the root issue and what my options were. After choosing to fix the broken water heater (vs replacing), he came the next day with the parts and had the repair done in under an hour like he said he would. Highly recommended.

We had several electrical/plumbing issues during our kitchen remodel (which was done through another company, not Fix R Us). The company we had contracted the work through called Fix R Us to complete and fix all of the electrical and plumbing issues. Mike Patel with Fix R Us is outstanding; prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the work. We relied on him to get the job done, and we are so glad we had him in our corner. We had plumbing work to be done outside of the kitchen remodel, and without hesitation, called Mike Patel and had him and Fix R Us do the work for us. We will call upon them in the future whenever we need work done around the house!

When we moved to Georgia in 2012 and purchased a foreclosure, Fix-R-Us gave us the best quote for our home remodeling and were very candid about the work that could and could not be done. They fixed the plumbing issue in our front yard, due to overgrown roots cutting into the water line, with minimal damage to the lawn. They replaced the front entry doors from single to double doors, installed 2 skylights, hardwood floors in our master bedroom, tiles on the bathroom floors and shower walls, new sinks, and painted the entire house. Walls were removed in the living, dining and kitchen area to get an open floor plan and hardwood had to be matched up to the existing ones. New island, dishwasher. microwave and back splash were installed in the kitchen. We wanted to move the basement entry but were told that it would not pass the code and he was correct, others had given us estimate on that work without knowing the city code. They completed the work in a timely manner and we were able to stick to our move in date. Its been 2 years and we love all the work that was done and have had no issues from it. We get a lot of compliments on the house exterior and interior. The best ones are from our neighbors who live in the same subdivision who are shocked at the transition from the previous floor plan to this new one! Im looking forward to getting new tankless water heater and solar panels installed in our house by Fix-R-Us!

The water heater in our home discharged about a gallon of water daily; and the water pressure fluctuated daily from 40psi to upwards of 120psi. The FIX-R-US technician, Louis, identified the problem within minutes afterarrival. He immediately replaced the faulty valve; and then cost was really reasonable. Louis is very knowledgeable and is definitely a professional. His personality immediately placed me at ease; and helped me trust his word. He even provided information on how to maintain my water heater and plumbing systems.

We have the pleasure of having our house renovated in Marietta, GA through Fix-R-US. They came out and did complete measurements of our bathrooms, kitchen, and hallway prior to begining the renovation project. It was an extensive project since we had to completely re-do our kitchen including taking down the walls. Also, one of our bathroom was completely renovated. They coordinated everything from materials, electrician, flooring, and installation our new kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. They even created a personalized closet for us which completely blended in our room like it has been there always. It was truly a great choice and their work was exceptional.

Mike Mathews is the technician that responded to a plumbing issue that I recently had with a need to replace a sink fixture. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and after an inspection of the fixture,, he provided a full explanation of the problem and what was needed for the repair. He installed a faucet and made sure it worked perfectly, before indicating the job was complete. Mike did a great job and I would like to commend him for completing the job in a prompt and expeditious manner. I will always use Fix R US for any repairs or installations. We were getting granite installed and needed our new faucet put in and garbage disposal hooked up. I called around to many plumbers and they wanted a crazy fee because two trips were needed to be made. When I called Mike, he was knowledgeable and professional over the phone. He let us know what to tell the granite installers so they didnt cost us more money having to modify the existing plumbing. Once at our house he did great work and was very courteous, he even helped us brainstorm other ways we could save money updating our house since we are looking to sell but have a major to-do list. I highly recommend Mike and the team at Fix R Us!
