Water was leaking, causing a huge puddle in my neighbor’s driveway (We are in a small townhouse community). Chally came on Saturday for a diagnosis and found that a leaking part of our underground water pipe system was underneath my neighbor’s driveway. So it was not possible to fix it without affecting my neighbor’s property. Chally came up with an innovative water line installation – a non-invasive method under the concrete pavement and a new pipe hung up in our garage to the indoor shut-off valve.He used two types of copper pipes and insisted on underground copper pipes to be type K (the thickest) even though it took two days to get supplied. (The delay was not his fault though.)Chally is a man with integrity who did not compromise the quality for his benefit and delivered the solution in the customer’s best interest. He is very knowledgeable. Great quote, very professional, excellent teamwork. He even replanted the greenery after the replacement. I am delighted with his final output and would definitely recommend. Simply outstanding!

I just had my residential water heater repaired and I’m so happy I went with All advance services! The technician came on time, was professional and so nice 😭 He initially came over for an evaluation but was able to do the repair work on the same day! While he was working he noticed that our heater was installed with the wrong adaptors which could start a fire! He even noticed that one of our appliance’s circuit breaker was down and said the heater could be the reason for that. Anyhow, I highly recommend this company 👍🏻 they are prompt, rate is great and do a thorough job!

Fantastic team! We had an issue that needed a plumber immediately. Charles came immediately with his team and not only did they fix the sewage blockage, they even went above and beyond to clean and bleach the place up. Highly recommended!!!!

We were in the middle of selling our house, and all of a sudden noticed a leak. We frantically looked around for a plumber — the big companies that came up first wanted to charge a fee just to see if they could figure it out.Thankfully we found Chally (the owner) who was able to tell us what he thought it was over the phone. He said that he would personally come in a couple of hours to check it out, and he did just what he said. Once he arrived, he easily diagnosed the faulty water pressure valve on our water heater and had it replaced in less than an hour, charging a fair price. Not only that, but he took the time to educate us on what was going on and even how to do maintenance on the water heater to extend its life.After dealing with so many incorrect diagnoses and supposed fixes over the years — including the techs who always want to tell you to throw your stuff out & get a new one just because its a certain age or they dont know how to fix it — Chally was a breath of fresh air with his 35 years of experience and great attitude.We will *only* be calling Chally for our plumbing needs from now on.

The water heater at our house needed to be replaced. After calling no less than 8 companies, we decided on All Advance Plumbing & Energy because the quote Chally gave us was as least $150 less than the next cheapest quote and around $400 cheaper than the average quote we received. His lower price does not equal lower quality of service, though. On the contrary, Chally performed the replacement in a very timely-manner and his work seemed very professionally done. He explained to us everything that needed to be done and never once tried to upsell us anything we did not need. Overall, we are more than pleased with the service he provided us as well as the price in which we were charged. In the future, we will be seeking out Chally and All Advance Plumbing & Energy for all our plumbing needs!

Our shower would not turn off on a Sunday and Charlie came in and helped so the shower is turned off temporarily until the proper fix is in place. Before calling All Advance Services, I tried 7 different plumbing companies but no one had the capability to come in on a Sunday. I would highly recommend this place especially for their weekend services because plumbing issues don’t wait for the weekday.

Excellent in every way! Got a great quote all-in, recommended the right equipment sight unseen and could have done it same day but I elected to have it taken care of the next day. Showed up on time and went well beyond what I paid for as I had some challenges in my setup but he honored the same price (I still paid him for the extra effort). Would definitely recommend and will use again personally.

Chally Birchwood went above and beyond! He came to my house for a gas water heater installation on very short notice. Even though there was an inventory snafu at the store where I purchased the water heater during the pickup, Chally assured me he would be here on the day of the appointment. He was, and did an excellent job.The stores inventory error caused him to get here later than anticipated, but he was very informative during and after the installation. He had to stay past business hours to complete the job but was friendly and positive throughout. If I ever need a plumber again, I wont hesitate to contact Chally.
