    Overall excellent service from a variety of workers from Rooter Ranger. Several workers helped with underground sewer main line pipe replacement. Teyon replaced my shutoff lever that was corroded and seized up as well as the shutoff valve to toilet (before and after pics attached). He was great, pleasant, and efficient. Workmanship is also great. Exceptional service all the way around. Very responsive even on a weekend. I highly recommend.

    My water heater unexpectedly conked out, and we were without hot water for several days. Brandon was able to get out early this morning, and unfortunately the unit needed replacement, but he was able to get me a new one same day! My new unit is much more reliable, safer and up to code. I will never use a different plumbing service, this one is the best!

    Frank and Luke are Professional and HONEST. Construction plumbers did not install sewer line for house to street correctly over 6 years ago. Frank came on a holiday. He told me what the issue was, how much it would cost and how long it would take. They finished early. Work guaranteed for 15 years. Both very personable. Will use again, although we hope we dont have to.

    Alex called and said he’d be here at 1 and he sure was! Very professional and polite. I showed him my issues and every time he had to go inside and outside he told us what he was doing. There was an unexpected snag in our plumbing and he called Robert for camera assistance. We saw an unimaginable video of what’s wrong. They both were so professional and worked so well together they were amazing. By the end of the day Alex was here for 6 hours. Adding the time Robert was here for 4 hours, we feel so bad that we couldn’t pay more. If we could we’d have paid the bill and tipped each a million dollars. They are wonderful men and so patient with us.I’m sure all your representatives are wonderful that being said we (My husband & I) feel and appreciate that we were blessed with Alex and Robert.

    Niko was professional, personable and quickly and efficiently cleared our drain AND did so with an extremely competitive price!     Really top-notch service. Very pleased with the work. Nobody likes to have to pay for this type of work, but Rooter Ranger at least made the experience painless. Had to make a sewer line repair under the slab of my home. Talk about back-breaking work. Greg and Jay did an excellent job. They showed up when they said they would, the worked hard throughout the day and solved our drain issue quickly. They’re also really nice people and respectful of the property. I would definitely use them again for future plumbing work.

    I cant say enough how pleased we were with the service and professionalism of all the people we worked with. They promptly found the problem and Roger started within an hour to replace the sewer line from bathroom to alley. Everyone worked very hard to get things done in a timely fashion. When I called about a couple random problems my calls were answered promptly and quickly taken care of. Thank you all so much.

    Kitchen sink was plugged. They came and checked everything out did their best to clear the drain. Three different people tried to clear the drain for us. They finally decided that we would have to replace our drain pipe. How do you tear up our concrete and our sidewalk dig a hole and do everything that would be necessary to replace the pipe. These people did not stop. They went go go go. Everything they did was fantastic.

    We had a slab leak which required a complete rerouting of our plumbing system. Rooter Ranger & Andrew Knapp, the plumber & his assistant who worked on this for us, were absolutely incredible!!     While they did a quality job, I was told a team of workers would do the work in 3 or 4 days. Instead 1 man worked alone for the majority of the project taking 13 days including 2 weekends. Hence the 4 stars. The work was well done and I would still recommend Rooter Ranger. Kudos to Mason for a job well done mostly alone.

Unfortunately the owner wouldnt approve the price quoted for a gas water heater change-out so we had to go with another vendor.We are a property management company that has multiple vendors so if you want our business you need to evaluate your commercial pricing.For drain snaking we usually use your company and Andre is a real asset.JD

    First, the personnel that responded to a serious plumbing issue, Andre’, and a field supervisor, and the steps they took to diagnose the issues. Second, these gentleman were very polite and professional, and Andre’ kept me in the loop every step of the diagnosis and then their recommendations. Quite frankly, I have dealt with over 5 different plumbing companies over the years with this property due to its age, and by far, Rooter Ranger is the most professional of all. So I followed there recommendations and the next day Kaden worked on the issues spending several hours and again, keeping me in the loop the entire time. Kaden also pointed out to me an issue on the roof that I did not know existed and took a picture for me so I could reach out to a roofing contractor for that. In the end, the issues were fixed, Rooter Ranger stuck to their estimate and provided a military discount. I seriously could not be more impressed with this company and the employees from start to finish.

    Although no one wants to go through a complete rework of their home’s plumbing, sometimes we have to. Rooter Ranger was at our house within hours of our call for a clogged drain. The attentiveness of all the teams was incredible. By the end of the next day, the job was in full motion.     Sewage was backing up under my new trailer - it was a stinky mess. John came promptly after my call to the office, looked it over and explained what needed to be done. Jay came and gave me an estimate for the repair work and the job was done the same day. It sure smells better now and I am very satisfied with the service I received!

    The Rooter Ranger staff was super helpful from the moment I called them. They listened to my plumbing issue and were able to have someone scheduled to come out to diagnose the situation within a few hours of me calling. Deven was the first to arrive at our home, and he did a great job of explaining exactly what he was doing every step of the way. We had a backup in his kitchen sink which is on the 3rd floor of our home. Once Deven exhausted all of the troubleshooting steps he could, Paul ended up coming out too so he could snake further down the drain with a camera. Basically, 15 years of buildup in our pipes ended up showing that we needed a hydrojetting service to clear everything and make it flow properly again. They came back as a team of 3 first thing the next morning and worked diligently with the interesting plumbing of our 3-story build until they got all blockages cleared and running smoothly. They were kind, patient, and professional the entire time and were sure to clean everything up when they left. I would highly recommend Rooter Ranger and will use them again for any future needs.

    This company came out late on a Sunday night and again the next day to finish the septic issues. I couldn’t have asked for amore professional and responsive company.     Jay was a nice guy. The drain rooter wouldnt go down my toilet drain. Blocked by something. Wasnt able to fix it. Said I would need to make another appointment for them to run a camera snake down to see what is going on. It would be $190 to see. I am thinking about it. Seems pretty expensive for that. At least he didnt charge me for what he did. Steve

    Jose was amazing he finally found out why I have the problem that I do and had his supervisor come out that was amazing as well and i thank both of them for doing what should have been done the last 3 times i had people come and unclog my main line.
