Very happy with our experience with Darren and Grand Canyon Home Service. Darren came out and evaluated our old gas fireplace to make sure it was still functioning properly. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Grand Canyon Home Service. Crystal was an absolute gem. She really emphasized that personal, local company feel which is rare among AC companies. Making an appointment was quick and easy and the price was unbeatable. Todd came by to complete the inspection our property managers required and he was clean, quick, and precise. He answered all of our questions and outlined the details of his work. At completion, we were emailed our invoice which was extremely convenient for us to forward to the property managers as well as save neatly for our records. Already recommended to a couple of our friends and look forward to continuing to be serviced by them. Thank you!

Had Michael over for a freon recharge last week and received this in the mail today. We were offered an amazing deal on a recharge as well as a leak sealant additive and I couldnt have felt better about the service. The few times I called techs out, it felt more like they were trying to sell me a new unit rather than actually help fix it.Thank you Michael and the GCHS team and ownership.

The company was very professional, scheduled service, showed up on time and provided requested service. Kyle was very professional and thorough! Asked questions to ascertain the problem, confirmed the cause and provided options and costs for resolution. We were stepped through the options with the choice ours to make with no up selling done. After our selected option Kyle completed the service quickly and proficiently. Will definitely use company again and would not hesitate to ask for Kyle to be the technician.

So my a/c blower wasnt working and I Googled a/c repair and Grand Canyon was the closest to the house. All their reviews were high, so I called. Rachel(?) was very nice on the phone and was able to dispatch Todd almost immediately. Todd showed up promptly and within a short time he diagnosed the problem. The only downside was that they didnt have the part in stock(not their fault). They ordered the part and within 36 hours we were fully cooled. Highly recommend. Very professional and they kept in constant communication while I was waiting.

Today, we had Matt Hatfield from Grand Canyon Home Services, clean out our AC ducts, and service our AC unit. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and passionate about the company he works for. In addition, he ask great questions about the health of our indoor breathing air. I have very bad allergies and he showed great concern, and offered great solutions to help with my breathing problems. The duct cleaning has already improved my allergy problems, and the AC unit is running more efficiently! Matt Hatfield went way beyond our expectations! He’s a 5 star employee!

Grand Canyon Home Service saved the day when we had an electrical breaker suddenly go bad and leave half our home without power. We called and they sent Todd, one of their service experts, out right away. He solved the problem quickly, replaced some parts and inspected the rest of the panel for any other potential problems. Super professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Its pretty obvious to us why they have a 5 star rating.

I have used Grand Canyon Home Services a few years ago for installation of new AC/Heat Unit and was 100% satisfied. This week I used the services of same for installation of a new tankless hot water heater. Plumbing technician, Todd Pipitone was right on time and the time blocked for the job was almost spot on!He was also knowledgeable and efficient as there were no problems in the installation. He was very courteous, professional and extremely neat in tidying up the work area. Todd also, took the extra time to explain what I needed to know for operation and then went above and beyond in services. I couldn’t understand why I only got hot water to my washer and thought the cold wasn’t hooked up. He quickly checked the appliance and told me that my hot and cold water hookups were reversed. In my opinion, the service was outstanding and I recommend Grand Canyon without reservatio. Linda, who handles the phone and schedules the appointments is also excellent. She is friendly and efficient and really cares about the customer and plays a big role in the success of this outstanding business!

My unit quit at 2 am June 11th. I called Grandcanyon at around 9am Kyle showed up at 11:30. He did an awesome job, I was leaning towards my compressor being bad but thankfully it was just the start cap. Its 12:45 and my units cooling. This was on a Saturday also. Do yourself a big favor and call these guys first. Thanks KYLE! Communication was good also.

Grand Canyon is the best at what they do! There employees are trustworthy and friendly, they wear booties when they come in so they do not make a mess on your floors.The best thing you can do is get on their maintenance plan, because once they have been out you wont have to worry about having them return until its time for a check up. The best way to make sure you stay cool all year around. We have waited in the past until something breaks and then costs lots of money, NOT anymore their service plan saves the day!

Made an appointment with Grand canyon home services on Friday for Monday between 8 and 12. Todd showed up at 8 ready to go, took a look at things went up in the attic got it all figured out it was done by 9 30, everything works great. Going to have them look at the hvac system next. Very happy with their service.

Grand Canyon Home Services can be proud of their knowledgeable, courteous and outstanding staff. From Linda, my first phone contact, Nick who called to schedule the crew of four who installed my Lennox unit, to Jason, my first face contact. Jason did a thorough inspection, explained the need for certain repairs, and without any high pressure sales, gave me an estimate. He wore shoe covers and had his own mat. Downloaded the new thermostat instructions on my PC. Came back in a day after he said the thermostat wasnt working properly. I have recommended GCHS to my friends, should they have any ac/heating needs.

This company is so professional. Our a/c went out and after spending the night without it, I thought I’d call at 6:30am and leave a message for someone to call me back when they were in the office. A live person answered the phone and took all my information. I had a return call and scheduled an appt by 7:30. The tech was professional and quick to analyze and fix our issue. This company came on a recommendation and I will definitely put their number in my phone for future personal needs and to recommend to friends and family

Todd performed a new AC system service check. He was very thorough and took the time to check the attic air handler, all connections and the refrigerant levels. He topped off the refrigerant levels. The new AC system, installed in January has been working flawlessly. Todd confirmed everything was running per the manufacturer’s specifications.

Thought Id be able to install a WiFi Thermostat myself at a winter condo we bought. Had no problem doing it at home, but the condo had an old Trane unit and unlike furnace at home, due to its age, had no terminal marked where a C common wire was required (even with wire readily available).The service men knew what they were doing. Only took them half an hour to locate and connect the terminal and test operation. Plus, they also knew how to set the thermostat for use with a heat pump. Otherwise, no instructions accompanied the thermostat for a lay person like myself to even have a clue concerning the need to do that. Within time spent, the service men took the effort to ensure everything worked efficiently for both heat and cool.Very impressed with advance notice indicating they were on their way, promptness upon arrival, expertise, and thoroughness. They also advised how to best to remotely run our air conditioner when away in the summer (thus, the reason for Wi-Fi) to make sure wood within the condo would not dry out.Plus, I believe the cost was very reasonable!Would definitely call Grand Canyon Home Services again!
