I was very pleased with Desert Diamond from the initial contact. Their office person, Kaitlyn, was courteous and efficient and set up a service call for within 2 hours that fit into my schedule. The technician, Daniel Mendoza, contacted me to let me know when he was on his way and when he arrived, he was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. Daniel used pictures and took the time to explain the details of my systems problem and an estimate to fix it. He did a check for any additional problems and explained all my available options. Keep up the good work, Desert Diamond, providing intelligent, courteous and well-trained technicians. Your customers appreciate it!

We are very pleased with Desert Diamond and our favorite technician Phillip Lopez, he is so knowledgeable, expresses the process so thoroughly and is very nice and respectful. We were having major problems with our AC unit and Desert Diamond, Joseph the service manager and Phillip completely fought on our behalf with the manufacturer and got us a whole new unit!!! I honestly dont know of many companies and its employees that work together so strongly and advocate for their customers like this company, we are costumers for life and are so very very grateful!!! Our heat pump was putting out lukewarm heat. I called Desert Diamond Air as they were recommended by a friend. We had a technician out the next day...our old unit had a small refrigerant leak. Luis gave us a number of options from fixing it ($2500) with no guarantee that there may be more issues in the near future as it was already 10 years old to a new multi-level output smart unit with lots of bells and whistles ($14000+change). We opted for a middle option (new heat pump/compressor) with 10 year warranty with wifi compatible smart thermostat. Orlando did the installation 2 days later. Ossiel and David helped later in the afternoon. All employees were WONDERFUL. The unit is working great, and quickly and quietly adjusts the temperature as programmed and manually if needed.We highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with Desert Diamind Air. Phillip was our tech and several other companies had been out and didnt fix the issue. Phillip spent a lot of time diagnosing and ended up fixing the issue. Phillip was very courteous and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him!

We had Tyler come out today to give us a quote for a new update AC unit. He was absolutely amazing. We bought our home i2020 and did not even realize that our house needed additional resturns and duct work due to the previous owners adding on additions. He came in did his inspection he was straight forward with everything that our house needed to help cool it down. He was extremely helpful to my husband and I. We’ve been using Desert Diamond Air since we chose them to replace our old system 4 years ago, and we have not regretted that decision at all. The office personnel are always professional and courteous when I call, and the service technicians have all been first rate. Today I had the pleasure to meet Dakota, the service technician sent to service our system. He was awesome - a nice young man who was very thorough doing his job. He communicated everything he found as well as all the adjustments he found necessary to keep the system working at its optimum performance, knowing that the hot weather will be upon us soon. While I have always been happy being a customer of Desert Diamond Air...finding all the techs to be polite, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable, however, other than seasonal check-ups until now there have been no tests of how much I could count on being taken care of if I needed help. Well, that certainly happened when the compressor in my air conditioner that another company had installed went out in this 100+ degree heat...and a replacement compressor could not be located in the whole Southwest region to fix the problem.Joseph, when I talked to you and heard your determination to resolve the problem instead of the usual, Oh, well, sorry, but what can I do...attitudes I have experienced from businesses in the past, I had hoped...but I must admit with reservation based on how little people have really cared in the past. But on the second day I talked to you...I sensed you were different...especially when you explained what you were trying to accomplish...and what the effort to do so involved. The next call from you was to tell me that since they could not provide a compressor as my warranty warranted...I would be getting a new AC...the same upscale model...and it would installed at the same cost as the compressor would have been...and it would be installed the next day. While it is difficult to explain all the feelingsI felt at that moment...I was definitely relieved, pleasantly surprised, and very grateful...and immediately realized the effort you must have put in to accomplish that in our corporate world. When I told my son the news that night, his exact response was, Im glad someone finally did what they said they were going to do. Translated: You are a caring, compassionate person, a man of your word, willing to put in the effort to do what you think is fair...and, unfortunately...rare. Many thanks, Marjorie Camelet
