Eddie came and immediately put on the little booties over his shoes just to give a quote. Thankfully my repair was a simple one but honestly a waste of any technician’s time because it can be done by anyone. So sorry!Even though the fix was simple, Eddie took the time to show me what to do in the future should it happen again. As a first time home owner, I really appreciate when I’m taught how to repair something. He also showed me a cost breakdown should I want to replace the disposal now or in the future; no pressure at all to do it right away which was refreshing. I can say, when it’s time to replace the disposal I will be calling them back!

I had a plumbing crisis on a Wed at noon. Eddie came that afternoon, did an estimate. Then worked Fri, Sat, and Sun until it was done. He was awesome! On time, explained the situation, cleaned up after the work, really professional. Strong recommendation.A couple months later, I had an underground gas leak and had the gas shut off until it could be repaired. Eddie engineered a fix for me very quickly, got the permit, made arrangements for the inspection, and took care of the problem very professionally. Again, I strongly recommend this company.

He arrived on time, inspected, gave me a quote, went to the store to get parts, and then came back and took care of all the work in the same day. He was professional, friendly, and communicated well.I have feedback about one thing. Not negative though. He had to replace two faucets and I think he shouldve checked with me to find out which ones I wanted. Not a big deal for me though, because I would have went with cheap ones. But maybe another customer would be more picky than I am. I think the easiest way to get that done would be to open a webpage or app for the store that he plans on going to and let the customer see which ones are available.

Eddie Castillo of Authentic Plumbing is awesome! Hes the only plumber Ill call while living in Sun City. Ive called twice and both times he came out the same day. First time he did several hours of work repairing leaky pipes. Second time I thought I had a slab leak in this old house but he quickly diagnosed it was the A/C drain pipe leaking and he didnt charge me a penny for the diagnosis. On top of that, he took the time to answer some other questions about my plumbing and also to recommend some other companies to fix my A/C and flooring issues. Its really nice to find someone you can trust. I really admire Eddie and his work ethics.

My handyman at that time tightened something and it was ok until a few weeks ago.. i have a handyman now who is not a plumber.He came out and was able to stop the drip but not fix the issue. He recommmended I call a plumber. Authentic Plumbing came highly recomended. Eddy, came and was able to fix the issue within a few minutes. They dont charge for diagnostic visit and if there is any further issue he told me what would need to be replaced and the cost. He also wore covers over his shoes which I greatly appreciated! Eddie (owner/operator) came out promptly and was through with the options for replacement and presented me with a quote on the spot.
