All Affordable was fantastic. I made several requests on Sunday afternoon and they were the first to respond. They were very accommodating when an emergency came up in the morning and showed up when they were supposed to. Effi was very professional and replaced my broken pipe quickly and efficiently. Cactus plumbing, nick & Greg probably saved me from a big mess! Called to help with a water softener hook up show up within 2 hours notice my water heater is over twice the age of average heater…a ticking time bomb for sure as we are part timers. Last thing I need to walk in on a blown up water heater. Within 3 hours have both softener and new heater in place. Very knowledgeable, clean and efficient! So happy to be able to solve 2 problems quickly and a shout out to wisco Greg a fellow transplanted cheesehead sealed the deal! Go pack go!

Kyle was prompt, professional and quickly fixed our issue. We had a real plumbing emergency after a DIY project went sideways. I called Cactus Plumbing after hours and the receptionist was kind and empathetic. She assured me that a plumber would be contacted immediately and that they’d do whatever they can to help fix the problem that evening. Kyle contacted me almost immediately to learn what was going on. He arrived within the designated time and promptly fixed the issue. He was kind, professional and respectful of my home. He even said that I almost fixed it on my own! I will definitely contact Cactus Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

Nick had shown, and proven that he is an above and beyond, care about the person individual who put me in contact with the right people to help move the insurance process in a seemingly fluid, no hassle, no worry transition.The 5 star comes from the knowledge, honesty and level of concern and care that Nick has shown.Despite the price of the water heater, I know I will save the number and continue to use this company should the need arise.I do RECOMMEND Cactus Plumbing and Air

Well, I have my go to plumbers no more hunting for me ! I am so very pleased I with Cactus Plumbing! They are prompt, reasonably priced and thoroughly capable I was delighted with the communication that let me know what time they were arriving at my home for my scheduled appointment! I had my water heater worked on and I also had some pipes flushed in my kitchen. I was having problem with my dishwasher and thought that I needed a Maytag maintenance person to come over also-but- after they flushed my drain lines my dishwasher started working perfectly I was constantly having inches of water buildup at the bottom of my dishwasher they solved that problem for me wonderful to have things up and running again at first try !
