    Extremely happy with my experience with Stashluk. The office was very responsive to my questions and the estimate was very reasonable as compared to the other 4 estimates I received.Tom, Alexander and Raymond were awesome! Tom reviewed the job with me when they arrived and patiently updated me on their progress throughout the day.     I had a leaking bathtub pipe dripping into my kitchen, I called 2 plumbers and left voicemails, called Stashluk who answered immediately and had Gregory working on it within an hour. He was amazingly competent, explained what he was doing and answered every question. Repaired the pipe, worked with the restoration company and cleaned up when he was finished. I was completely satisfied amd highly recommend Stashluk.

    Great experience. I found Stahluk when I was searching for a new Rheem water heater and they were one of the certified contractors who does the installation.They gave me a next day appointment and Tom was the technician who came to help me assess the project.     Great service. They came in the appointed day, and they got everything done. Removed old boiler and water tank and installed a new combi-boiler. Running well for 2 years now. Very reliable and trustworthy company. They communicate well what their plan of action is, no surprises or extra fees.     We had a great experience with Stashluk in replacing our gas tank water heater with a new heat pump water heater. Many other plumbers in the area didn’t know anything about heat pump water heaters, but Stashluk was familiar with installing them and able to quickly and easily get us a quote and do the full project (including electrical) within a week for a really affordable price. Everyone we worked with was super nice, professional and responsive.

    Junior did a great job in servicing my Generator. It is 12 years old and the red warning light came on. After inspecting everything Junior determined I needed a new battery. It didnt take long to be up and running again. Stashluk installed the unit and has been servicing it ever since. I highly recommend this company and their technicians who are always well trained and knowledgeable about their products.

    My 3 year old Furnace decided not to work the other day. I called Stashluk who originally installed it, and they sent over Technician Humberto Parra Jr. He was very thorough and methodical, figured out the problem, replaced the part that was malfunctioning and everything is back to normal and working. I’m extremely happy that Stashluk stands by their work.When my wife and I moved into our Townhouse 13 years ago, I took note of the HVAC system and how neat and professional the work that was done to install the system. Stashluk HVAC was the sticker on the Furnace.I needed a new complete HVAC system since mine was over 16 years old. It took 1-1/2 days to install. Humberto (aka-Junior), Louis, Terrell and Steve showed up on the first day with drop cloths to spread upon entering and wherever they had to walk and really attacked the job. They were very friendly, professional and very neat about the installation. Junior was a great leader and delegated the work to keep everyone busy. Junior and Steve needed a few hours on day 2 to complete the work. I highly recommend Stashluk for any HVAC needs. They explain everything if you care to know and they left my basement cleaner than when they started.I might add that any time you call the office the response is friendly and enthusiastic.     I have a nat. gas hot water baseboard system that was leaking water at the furnace. Stashluk got their techs to me the day after I called them. Junior and Luis they were great.     We had a ductless system installed about 10 years ago for our main office and its been a great unit, of which we run all year long. This spring we noticed there was a odor coming from the unit. We did the usual cleaning and air filter cleaning, it help a little but we were still not satisfied. We contacted Stashluk and they suggested we get the evaporative coil cleaned as well as the condenser. Not only is the odor completely removed, the unit feels like its 10 degrees colder than before. In our business maintenance is key to longevity and efficiency, and that holds true with heating and A/C as well. We would have been happy to just smell fresh air, but the unit running even better is a nice surprise!

    Used Stasluk Plumbing for the first time months ago to install a whole house generator. The communication with owner Jim and the installation was outstanding. Since then I have used them for numerous other jobs and was extremely satisfied with the work performed. I love the fact that you call and get a date and time for service, get a reminder the day before and get a text when they are on the way.

    Courteous and professional service. Sebastian, the technician, took the time to answer all questions and took obvious pride in his work. I even received a call prior to the appointment to inform me that the technician I had requested would not be available, and I was asked if it was acceptable to send someone in his place; this is great customer service and not particularly common in companies these days. This is our second very positive experience with Stashluk, and based on their performance thus far, we definitely plan to use them for our future heating and air conditioning service. Thank you.

    My thermostat was not working. I called Stashluck because I have been using them for about 20 years and they are always reliable and professional. My technician arrived and was polite, professional and punctual. He did various things to test the functionality of my thermostat, determined it needed to be replaced and did so. Less than an hour later I have a warm house again. If you want you work done right, call Stadhluck.

    Our very old AC unit broke when we came home with our newborn baby from the hospital. It was hot and we needed someone quickly. Stashluk was incredibly professional and efficient when fixing our very old AC unit. They got someone here right away. The tech was on time and very informative. He gave my husband some extra tips on caring for our unit as well. The price was affordable. We would highly recommend them and use them again!

    Heres an update to my review below. If I could give Stashluk ten stars I would do so without hesitation. We recently had them come to our home to repair components of our very old furnace. Also, with the last snow storm that we had in our area a power surge fried circuit boards in the separate HVAC system that we have for my studio in the basement. Jim Huettenmoser and his team of technicians went through a painstaking process of diagnosing the problem and what needed to be replaced. Clear communication, professionalism, and technical excellence were the orders of the days at every step of the process. I trust Stashluk to diagnose, repair, and make right any problem that may arise. My hats off to them!Stashluk is a wonderful company with professional service and prices that are very competitive.     I can not say enough good things about Stashluk. My boiler failed during thanksgiving week. The techs spent three full days to get it working but it would not budge. With the holidays and none of the parts suppliers open to ship parts, the president of the company Jim himself showed up at my house the evening before thanksgiving and toiled on his hands and knees for three hours and managed to get the boiler to work on a temporary basis. He did not when I bothered him on his cell phone when the boilers stopped and started a few times on thanksgiving day.The company raised my level of priority, ordered anew boiler and sent an army of techs to get the new boiler installed right after the thanksgiving day break.     Needed to upgrade our 2nd floor AC unit. Stashluk has been our regular contractor/service provider for heat and AC for several years. (They installed my standby house generator right after Sandy) Jim and his team provided a wide variety of recommendations at different price levels and answered all my questions quickly.     Can’t say enough good things! A few weeks ago my air conditioner stopped working on a 90 degree Saturday and these guys came out same day to diagnose and fix the problem. It didn’t make financial sense to do a full repair, so they credited me the cost of the weekend visit towards a new AC, which they got installed just 5 days later. They left the house spotless despite a tough attic install, and when I discovered a wiring issue, they came back out to make things right.     Junior of Stashluk Plumbing did an excellent job of fixing my upstairs ductless AC. He found it had a clogged drain, had frozen up, and was also low on Freon. He fixed all of that, and cleaned up afterwards. It now works like a new unit. I would recommend him and this company.
