Although it’s been about 4 years since we had special additions turn our screened porch into a 4-seasons room, they still stand behind their products and service. They came right out and fixed our panels damaged by the recent hail storm for the price of this review. How can you not love a company that puts customer service first? Highly recommend these folks for any screened or 4-season work.

Special Additions built an EZE Breeze back porch for us seven years ago and did a great job. It is still in good condition but when I cleaned the panels recently I damaged a vinyl panel and broke several pins, latches, etc. during the cleanup. They fixed the panel and supplied me with the various hardware items that I needed to finish the job. Their office manager, Dori, was very helpful and is a pleasure to work with.

Special Additions installed an aluminum patio cover (solid roof pergola) in 2017. The installation was done quickly and professionally and weve really enjoyed our covered deck ever since. Recently, we had a minor issue so completed the warranty request on their website. Within days, Trevor contacted us and scheduled an appointment. He came out the next day, assessed the issue, made a temporary repair and ordered materials to complete the job. Within a few days, the necessary repair was made, and he even adjusted the rain gutter!The point of this review is to say that Special Additions stood behind their work, did what they said they would do when they said they were going to do it. Their communication and professionalism were refreshing in todays contractor environment. I highly recommend Special Additions.

My screened in porch has the easy breeze system, which was installed 4 1/2 years ago. Some of the panels Had scratches so I needed the vinyl replaced. I contacted Eric, brought the panels over on Monday morning The next day I was contacted that the vinyl was replaced and they would be able to reinstall my windows and also repair one screen that was torn. Special Additions gives prompt and courtesy service. Easy to work with. I would Highly recommend Special Additions

Special editions screened in my porch and did a GREAT job. Customer service is top tier. Communication is 10/10, fair pricing, and request was filled in a timely manner! Definitely this is who you’re looking for, for all your needs. Eric the owner is the nicest down to earth person. 10/10 do recommend.

I have seen a negative review about Special Additions. I would like to share a positive review. We have had the vinyl windows/screenroom for almost a year and have been enjoying our room year round now that we have the windows installed. Recently I called to ask them to check on our windows, because I felt they were not closing as easily as they should. I got a call immediately (within an hour of submitting my ticket), and the next day they were at my home. They diligently checked everything and made some alterations - and the windows are now closing easily. Not only did they quickly fix the issue, they also spent time showing me what they did, and they patiently answered all of my questions.
