    Sean and his crew repainted our 2,700 sq get home from top to bottom, not an easy feat! The crew was so sweet, respectful and their work/craftsmanship is nothing short of amazing. Sean, super easy to work with, great with communication and tended to our requests with professionalism and enthusiasm…especially with my bold color selection. Can’t wait for them to start our next project of redoing the deck!

    Professional, reliable company that does great work. Sean and his team have completed three projects at our house and we couldn’t be happier. They have added outdoor steps, painted the backstop and rails of our indoor stairs, and painted the full interior. Highly recommend!

    Sean and his team went above and beyond to renovate our condo! From scraping popcorn ceilings to light electrical, and meticulously painting, they made our old out-of date space feel brand new! This was an extensive project on a very tight timeline, and Sean managed it all, took every curve ball in stride, kept to his budget estimate AND got it done in time!     Sean and his crew hand-painted our house in three days, including the trim, front door, back porch and foundation! They did a spectacular job, even cleaning up after themselves every day.     Couldnt be more happier! There is no one else now! We had a lot of wood and hardy board needing replaced on a 3400 square-foot home and an overall paint job with primary color, trim, and foundation color. This was our first time ever investing this much into our home and we’re extremely nervous of how it would all go in the end. So many of our neighbors had work done by GCS and so many wonderful things to say, that we went for it!!! We were NOT disappointed !! Sean was patient with all of our questions along the way( and I had alot lol) , he answered consistently right away or promptly got back within minutes!! He always came by to check on things with his crew and even came by if I asked him to come, take a look at something! Always reliable and very communicative! Took time to explain things thoroughly which meant so much and calmed the nerves and if we wanted something else done he said no problem and got it done! His crew was extremely professional and very kind, I thanked them all at the end with pizzas and sodas, just a great bunch of guys! Our home really looks like a completely new house, it is absolutely GORGEOUS! And I feel all of the repairs that needed to be done will hold up for years to come. So many of our neighbors have stopped by to compliment their work on our home and how beautiful it turned out!! THANK YOU Sean and you will be called on for other future projects without a doubt!

    Sean and his team are amazing! From our first meeting, Sean was upfront and honest about what needed to be done on my house to get it ready for sell. They completed the project under estimated time and stuck to the estimated cost. I am looking for a new home, not in Charleston, and I will be contacting Sean to paint my new home.

    I highly recommend Sean Goodrich and his company! They painted the exterior of our house. From my initial contact with him to set up getting an estimate, he was very responsive, and showed up on time. Throughout the entire process, anytime I messaged Sean with questions, he was very quick to respond. Something almost unheard of these days. The crew did a great job, and they were always there when they said they would be there. Sean came by every day to make sure things were going well. When there was a small problem with one of our railings, Sean came and took care of it himself. The quality of work was outstanding and the house looks beautiful. We are so happy we chose GCS and Painting!

    We had our front, side, and back porches refinished with fresh paint and stain by GCS Construction. They didn’t just top coat everything - paint was scraped and nails were re-set. They did some ceiling work for us too. All quality workmanship. I can highly recommend Sean for any construction services you may need, interior or exterior. He’s very professional to work with, listens to your concerns, and comes through with exactly what you discussed. The price was very reasonable, and his team finished much earlier than we anticipated. We couldn’t be happier!

    GCS Construction has done amazing work for me at numerous locations. I managed Multi-Family Apartment communities (Elderly/Disabled and Conventional) and chose this company out of hundreds of others. This group is upstanding, honest and dependable.My elderly/disabled community had to have 96 units (give or take) gutted and rebuilt within a really short time frame, while residents and their belongings were still residing in the apartments. The team was compassionate towards them and went above and beyond to make sure the transitions in-between work were smooth. For this we were very appreciative. That was 3 years ago. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them to anyone.
