    Had a good experience with American Roofing Co. and in particular with Zach Swinney.Zach offered a free roof inspection, determined there was damage from hail and wind and helped me file my claim. His style is no pressure, clear explanations, patience, no stress. He was in contact throughout. New roof was installed in one day and looks good. I would recommend talking to Zach for a no-cost, no-pressure consultation.Satisfied homeowner.

    From the first meeting with Chase to have him look at my roof then write up the contract, him dealing with the insurance company (so I didnt have to), Cole the Production Manager, then Jason the Project Manager who came to do the roof, it was a very good experience. Jason sent me pictures as the roof was being replaced which was exciting to see. Explaining to me what was going on so I would understand. These guys did a great job and cleaned up everything after they finished. The office staff Emily and Brittney were always willing to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this company.

    I had a great experience with American Roofing. Chris Davis did an excellent job handling the communication with my insurance company. He, not only got me a new roof installed and paid for by my insurance, he also took pictures of other wind related damage I had, and the insurance company took care of them as well. He went above and beyond! The roof install went great as well. Im very please with my American Roofing Company roof. 5 stars all the way!

    I had my roof done by American Roofing and to say things went smoothly was an understatement! Chase made it his mission to walk through every step for me! He met with my insurance adjustor on top of my roof to insure I understood everything with and from them too. As my husband works and I was handling the house business trying to relay things, he wanted to make sure the decisions being made were from an informed place and took a lot of my worries away. All work was completed in a day, with most cleanup being done too. The fact that the company provided their warranty for their work is a plus as well! Professional and courteous, will use again and spread the info!

    6/21/23… I just wanted to add. 2 years after American Roofing Company come out and put a new roof on my house. I reached out to them yesterday about some fascia. Even though that’s not some thing they do they were willing to go above and beyond to help me out because my house is currently in contract. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Everyone that I have been in contact with has been nothing but kind, courteous and respectful, even my original contact person, who is no longer there went above and beyond to get in touch with the company to let them know my situation. I recommend American Roofing Company in Summerville Georgia 10,000%5/2021…Ilive out of town and currently have my home leased out. American roofing left a note on my door noticing damage done to my roof while installing a roof at my neighbors home.I called Chris Davis right away. Chris was kind and professional. He walked me through the whole process. The crew came out on day that was scheduled and did an outstanding job and finished in one day.

    R&R our hail-damaged roof on a fairly large house in one day. Good workers. Careful to take precautions to avoid damage to structure and landscaping during removal of old shingles. Good communication from Rafael, the on-site foreman. Communication on scheduling and the billing process (Rachel) was complete and timely.
