Andy was great. He showed up 2 hrs before the estimated start time. We was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He had to attempt a couple of different approaches to solve our blockage problem. He discussed all options he may need to take before starting the job so there were no surprises. He stayed as long as he needed to in order to get the job done. He cleaned up the work area and discussed ways of to prevent issues in the future. He also coordinated with their remediation team who showed up within 1 hr of his arrival. Overall, the experience was very positive.

Exceptional service from Roto-Rooter and our water treatment specialist, Damien. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his services and provided beneficial information when coming out to assess our water. Speaking for most female out there who may not understand the lingo, he was able to explain to me in simply terms what the issue was and recommendations for what’s next. After multiple tests, it was clear that we need a water softener (thingy), my only wish was that there was a water softener kit for him to be able to demonstrate how the system works. Overall it was a great experience and highly recommend their services.

The technician worked very hard to fix the problem and completed the job quickly, even though the parts were so outdated and difficult to remove. He also gave very good advice for when I change the sink & faucets soon, and was knowledgeable about the plumbing and what should be changed in the future. Franklin went above and beyond the task and would work with him again in the future.

We were told by another plumber that our kitchen faucet could not be replaced because the pipes were too old and in disrepair. We half-heartedly called Roto Rooter. Steven arrived in a timely manner, although he had to travel 25 miles through construction and rush hour traffic. He knew all the details of the various models of kitchen faucets by name. His professionalism caught me off guard, as he performed the job in scarcely any time. Mind you, our faucet and pipes were over 50 years old. He had to saw off part of the plumbing because it had fused with the screw. He welded the new pipe back. After he left we noticed that the pipe was still leaking. He promptly sealed all the joints and explained the leak was because the pipes were so old. He told us not to interfere with any pipes underneath the sink because they would leak. He explained that we need to change our pipes because in addition to being old they were incorrectly installed initially.
