He arrived in about an hour, and he was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the problem. He had the necessary parts on hand and had the system up and running in no time.I was so impressed with how calm, knowledgeable, and friendly Eddie was. Eddie helped us when our home furnace stopped working, recently...on one of the coldest nights, I might add! We called him VERY early in the morning, TOO EARLY and after a few funny comments between my husband and Eddie, he assisted us and offered to come to our house the next day to check on my husbands work and help us with another heating related issue. We will be forever grateful and will be calling Hands On Heating for our heating related work in the future.

We woke up on Thanksgiving morning to no heat in the house. Hands On Heating was one of the few open heating specialists in the area and he answered right away despite being a holiday. He had us video chat so he could help us diagnose the problem before sending someone out and we were able to troubleshoot the problem with his assistance and patience. He also recommended a product to avoid this problem in the future. Eddie was great and we highly recommend!

I had been without AC service for 4 days and tried to resolve the problem with my landlord. He found a company, but my appointment for service wasnt until July which is totally unreasonable since the weather is getting hotter by the day; I needed to do something, so I started making phone calls in the morning on Sunday, May 23rd. I called 4 companies that advertised 24 hr service in and around my area; Hands on Heating Inc picked up and I spoke with Eddie. He was very professional on the phone. and attempted to help me by asking me to do some basic things before he came out to the house, which I appreciated. The things we tried didnt work, so he came out to my home that same day. Once he was here, he encountered all types of problems with my AC system, he was at my home for hours trying to figure it all out, explaining what he was doing and what was going on to me as he worked. After assessing all of the problems and viable solutions; he was finally able to fix the problem, I felt air coming from my vents, and couldt have been more grateful for his service. Eddie did a great job. He is very passionate about what he does, he was knowledgeable and had a great work ethic. I didnt have any other challenges or problems with him or his company. I would call him again if I need service, and would recommend you give him a call too.Thank you Eddie for all of your hard work today. I am most definitely a pleased new customer. :)

I was looking for a plumber in the Bronx area because my boiler broke and my previous plumber was MIA. I ran into hands on heating in the yellow pages it was the best call I could make. Not only was Eddie the owner very knowledgeable he was down to earth and knew exactly what I needed with just one phone call. I love my new boiler and the assembly of everything was so neat and organized. I definitely recommend Eddie and his assistant for any of your plumbing needs .

Just want to say what a reliable company on time service is great but most of all Honest!!! Had my boiler serviced for the winter great job!! Then I had an emergency where I ran out of oil and boiler wouldn’t start I called they came in 20 min fixed my boiler. On a very cold day which If I had to wait till the next day my pipes would have froze. Thank you for saving me 1000 of dollars !! My prefered company for all my hvac needs!!

Good company, my furnace shut down in the middle of the night the house was very cold. I Started researching emergency heating service on google with no luck couldn’t find no one on short notice I stumble into hands On Heating I called them up and Eddey the owner answer the phone and right away he say I’m going to FaceTime you to see what’s happening with the boiler I went down to the boiler I got some tools he told me what to check and we figure out what was the problem instruct me how to take the part off and I took it to him I got a new part and I installed it and it worked the house was nice and warm thanks to Eddie appreciate you nobody else would do what he did take his time on a Sunday to FaceTime me and help me and my family out eddie he’s a good dude so I recommend anybody to use Hands On heating good company good people.

I found Hands on Heating via a Google search when SCGC told me I could call a private company vs. waiting up to 48 hours for a service call when my heat when out.Eddie answered my call and surprised me by offering to trouble shoot the issue over the phone. Amazing! He quickly realized my boiler needed some help and was at my house in short order. He and his son had the part needed on their truck (a new pump for the boiler), made sure to explain what went wrong and did it in a patient and swift manner. They had the heat back up and running in no time. These guys are excellent and are up on the latest technology!!! I highly recommend Hands on Heating for anything related to fire & ice.
