What a great team of people! Kelly’s responded immediately when we suddenly had no water. They swiftly got us up and temporarily running with a new control box then returned first thing on the next work day to replace our fried pump with beautiful top quality US made components. Their pricing was reasonable. They arrived on time, worked quickly with care and expertise, tidied it all up and beat their time estimate to an ideal finish. Simply the best!

Responsive. Excellent communication. Got a new variable speed/constant pressure well pump and a softener installed within two days of calling. Then he followed up a week after the install to make sure everything was great. The new shower pressure is life-changing, and we no longer have any issues with hard water. Theres no residue after a boil anymore. Would definitely recommend!---Follow up:Have had these guys come out a few times since. Each and every time, they are so helpful and responsive. Again, would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

After 2 really disappointing experiences with well/pump giants in the fairfield area, I found Jon Kelly. He’s simply the best and a very straight shooter. Incredible experience! Absolute experts in the field! Best possible turn out when having to replace a well pump. From having no water to free flowing in hours… truly a one stop shop for all water, well, filtration needs!!!At one point Iron rushed through every one of our water joints nearly causing havoc but their team of experts swooped in like super heros to replace valves, piping, filtration systems.

Over Fathers Day our well pump decided to stop working. We were lucky enough to find John and his team at Kellys pump service and they literally saved the day for us. They explained everything, quoted us a fair price and replaced our well pump in a matter of hours. Their follow up was incredible too! Im in the process of purchasing my first home and Kellys Pump Service was recommended to me by several people to do a well inspection. When I called Jon to schedule the inspection, he walked me through everything it entails, including cost, amount of time the inspection takes, etc. He was also happy to schedule the inspection for 10am on a Saturday to align with the home inspectors schedule.Once he arrived, he explained all aspects of the inspection, including walking me through how the well equipment works and how to maintain it.Once the inspection was complete, he explained his findings and provided guidance on the results from the home inspectors water tests.All in all, a great experience, and Ill be using their services for any future issues that arise with my well!

Jon and his crew ( Bill, Austin & Mike) did a great job replacing & relocating our well water pipe into our house. Fair priced, courteous, neat and finished in one day. John and Bill are my new plumbers and well men. These guys were nothing short of great. My main from the well broke underground. I called John on a Sunday, he actually answered the phone instead of a recording. Told him what I had going on. By Monday at 9:30 Bill was already here checking equipment inside house and John showed up 10 minutes later with his excavator. He skilfully maneuvered his excavator in a very tight spot between my pool and the pool fence. Dug a hole exactly were the leak was and repaired my line. They were out the door by 12:30. The were professional, courteous and respectful of the property. Also, as a bonus really nice guys. Price was good, job was quick and successful. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. Call them you wont be sorry.

John and Bill came to my house to fix a disastrous sewage issue on my front lawn . They came out immediately, and after, cleaned up as if nothing was there . Since then , they have come a few other times for smaller jobs and have always been honest and super kind . They are very personable and always find the time to come immediately. I highly recommend them, there’s not too many guys out there that are reasonable, honest and do a great job, but these guys are the best!

John Kelly and his team - Bill & Austin - repaired my leaking well pipe efficiently and thoroughly. John looked it over Thursday evening, made an expert diagnosis of the problem on the spot, gave me a reasonable estimate of cost and time needed, and then offered to do the job the next day. It was not a simple repair; the leak was several feet beneath my gravel driveway and would require the use of an excavator. I figured it would take all day. Nonetheless, John said they could do it in just four hours (which was important as I had family guests coming early in the afternoon); in fact, they got it done in under two hours. The final cost was significantly under his estimated price. John communicated clearly before, during, and after the job, explaining what the problems were and how they would fix them. He was fair, honest, and a pleasure to work with. What more could you ask for?I highly recommend Kelly’s Well Service without hesitation.

I don’t even know where to begin. Kelly’s Pump is amazing. We’ve had issues with our water pressure and losing water irregularly for a while and Jon and Bill tested everything to figure out our issue. They answer at all hours of the day, come immediately, and check in on you. I’ve never had any company/service do that. They are honest and reliable and were able to figure out a solution to our odd / uncommon problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.
