    Great experience. Quick response to inquiry. John was great at helping me with the information he needed to schedule the appointment. Bruce did a fabulous job on getting the old hot water heater out and putting in the new. Was very helpful with providing instruction on what we need to do to keep the water heater running for many years.     We had an excellent experience with Water Heaters Now from start to finish. Our first contact was Jon, and he was so friendly, responsive and really went above and beyond to help us figure out what to do with replacing our broken, unrepairable water heater.Jon and I went back and forth a lot, as I needed information from him to submit to my home warranty company. Even though it was a pain in the butt and required a lot of his time, Jon never complained once and was always eager to help.They were able to come to our home the next day to do the install, too.For the actual water heater install we had Bruce. Bruce was friendly, communicative and efficient.We are so happy to have hot water again! We cant recommend Water Heaters Now highly enough.

    Had an amazing experience with Water Heaters Now from scheduling the appointment, to having our new water heater installed, to the aftercare. Nate, Jake and Angie - thank you for your quick responses, transparency with cost, and being so knowledgeable about making sure our water heater was up to code when it was installed. Plus, its nice to see someone take pride in their work. The water heater installation looks beautiful - cords are organized and you can see the workmanship was done well. Highly recommend them.

    The whole process was so smooth and worry free. Everyone I talked to were helpful, friendly and professional. I hadn’t planned on getting a new heat pump water heater right now, but the old gas water heater made the decision for me. As a result I was calling with an immediate need. Jon took me through the process of making sure I had the proper space for an heat pump and then explained everything over the phone. When Jake showed up to install, he told me what he was going to do. After the install he went over how to maintain and run the heat pump water heater. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Now to anyone needing a water heater! They take care of everything from disposal of old, electrician, if needed, to installing with permits and rebates.

    I had a very positive experience with Water Heaters Now! Within 24 hours of my first call to them I had my old tankless water heater removed then replaced with a new unit.     We had been without hot water for going on 2 weeks. We had another company send out plumbers 3 different times and they told us they could not do the job. we called Water Heaters Now and they sent Bruce out the next day. He completed the job without a problem. Bruce was knowledgeable, caring, and left my home spotless. Bruce also tutored us in how to maintain our furnace. This company and Bruce were amazing I would reccomend them highly. We now have hot water again!! Praise the Lord!!

    Id love to say we had a great experience with our whole situation in needing a new hot water heater asap. Our technician Brooks, did a fanominal job!     Great service today from Water Heaters Now! Called them after my old water heater had sprung a leak and flooded the basement.. Nate was able to give an accurate quote right over the phone in minutes and their technician Bruce showed up the next morning with my new water heater. Install took just a couple hours and I have hot water again. Bruce showed me how to conduct annual maintenance and the workings of the heater. Really happy and impressed with this company. 5/5 would recommend.

    Wow!! Nobody wants to spend money on a water heater! BUT, if you do find yourself in need, what a great experience today! When I called them in the morning I was expecting that they might get around to me next week, but was I wrong! A technician was at my house within 1 hour and 3 hours later I had a new water heater installed and working! Everybody from the first phone call up to the time the technician had finished and walked out the door were just great and explained everything in detail. I knew upfront what my cost would be. I would highly recommend!

    Brooks was a fantastic service tech. He was efficient showed up when stated, he communicated clearly, he took care when dealing with a process that can be messy.The final invoice matched the bid price, no one wants a surprise when it comes to billing. I also appreciated that Water Heaters Now! explained that a check does not have a processing fee but a credit card would. Super helpful way to save a little money.Hopefully this will be my last water heater emergency, if I have another I will go to Water Heaters Now! as my first call for help.

    I will recommend this company to everyone!! Excellent service!!!! They did a very fast, professional and thorough job, even improving upon our original water heater set up. Their staff have been incredibly friendly & polite. They excel at answering questions and concerns in a very direct respectful manner. They make sure to offer help with advice on how to prolong the longevity of your water heater by giving tips to keep it properly maintained.When our water heater had a manufacturing defect, they gave us no hassles on using our warranty and immediately and promptly replaced the unit the same day. It was amazing to have a warranty work as advertised, instead of other companies that make people jump through a bunch of hoops or surprising people with the hidden “fine print” explaining how the warranty is voided.This is a breath of fresh air compared to other contractors I’ve dealt with who like to use various unnecessary scare techniques, when asked simple questions show irritation or choose to gaslight me with nonsense answers, talk down to me, do sloppy work, cut corners, or straight up lie about how bad “X” is to upsell unnecessary work or replacement to maximize their profit.I have had MANY more bad experiences then good when it comes to contractors, so I feel Water Heaters Now is worth every penny for such good service and I wish more contractors would follow their example. I understand just how frustrating customer service can be and empathize with how difficult it can be to deal with some people, but when you have a customer who treats you with kindness, expecting only honest service and to be treated in kind, and is handing over a large portion of money for this service, why do so many contractors treat the customer like garbage?

    I was very impressed with WHN!! From the office staff to Aiden and his helper(who I didnt get to meet) were very professional and easy to work with.     We’ve had some trouble with our Rheem heat pump 80 galleon water heater , but Waters Heaters Now has helped every step of the way with prompt and friendly service. Overall I would be hesitant to recommend the heat pump solution based on our issues but I couldn’t recommend water heaters now enough. They are awesome!     We called, preparing ourselves to schedule an appointment at a date 2 or 3 weeks out that we would need to take off of work for. Instead, Brooks showed up in about an hour, had our aging gas water heater replaced with a heat pump later that afternoon, and 8 hours after calling, it was all ready for a hot bath. Water Heaters Now! coordinated the electrical subcontractor who worked on our panel and did the wiring at the same time. Thank you!

    Completely blew away my expectations. Our furnace went out in the early morning hours of 1/19. Unable to restart our 24 year old water heater. Called mid morning on 1/19. They contacted me immediately via text. I supplied photos and details via text. Within minutes they came back with a price, I approved it and 45 minutes later the technician was there. By 3:45 PM, we had hot water again. Outstanding customer service and a genuine sense of urgency to match the customers. I would give them 10 stars if I could.     My heater went out on Friday, called my warranty place and they couldnt get anyone out to during the weekend. Called Water Heaters Now on Sunday, sent him some pictures and he gave me a quote within the hour.Bruce came out the next day and got the new heater installed and updated the vents. Bruce seemed like a super nice guy.I am however having an issue with the new water heater system. It is so loud, when the vent turns on you can hear and feel the vibration on floorboards above. Definitely did not have this problem in all the years with the previous heater. Might be the piping work as it may be touching the framing and or due to the multiple joints.Hopefully can get some assistance.Update: Wow! It says a lot about a company based on the after sales service. I had an issue with the vibration on this new heater. Ray the owner sent Aidan out, they both worked with me to figure out the issue and provided a solution.Definitely A+ in my opinion, thank you Ray and Aidan!

He also sent in the information to the gas company so I could get a rebate and the information to have the job inspected. He put down drop cloths and he wore covering over his boots.     We called on a Friday after hours and the Service manager called back and explained their services/high-level estimate. Also, was able to get us reserved for an appointment on Monday morning. Tech arrived on-time and provided good text communication. He walked through the whole process and provided the final quote for the work. The add-ons were mostly code issue but very reasonable. The tech was professional and knew what he was doing. Once the work was done, he went through the care and preventive maintenance process and reminder the company provides. Its costly now after COVID, inflation to replace larger appliance in your home but now I understand why they must charge the rate based on what they do and the water heaters advancing in technology/quality. They were still the most competitive company out there with a quick call back and scheduling. I was thinking to do this myself but Im glad I had someone else do it and also makes my wife happy. I would recommend them to a friend or family member. Thank you for the nice gift at the end!

    I found the tech to be very courteous and patient with me and all the questions. He replaced a heater that was 25+ years old so his tetras ability shined bright. The phone conversation that I had with the sales team was informative and not pushy at all. Yes it was more expensive than a box store but it was also a commercial grade heater which I hope will last another 25 years. I am happy.

    Existing water heater was starting to leak. No previous maintenance had been done on the 12 year old water heater [with a 6 yr warranty] except for a fuse replacement. Office staff was great. Explained the entire process for loan, rebates, warranty, and inspection. They completed and filed out all the necessary paperwork. The technicians were very pleasant and actually tried to save me money by diagnosing and finding a fix instead of replacement. The water heater was replaced. Everything went well and I was very pleased at how simple the entire process was. The only downside was the cost.

    True to their claim I received next day service. The gentleman that replaced my water heater did a fantastic job. He cleaned up after himself and actually left the floor cleaner than when he got there. He also left a little sign in my front yard for advertising and he put it by a small tree in my yard where I have decorative wood chips so that the sign would not be in my way when I mowed my lawn. I really enjoy attention to detail like that! I would highly recommend their service to anyone!

    My 6-year-old builders model water heater started leaking from the tank. Typical junk. I contacted multiple contractors for bids to replace the water heater. I was impressed by the reviews from Water Heaters Now, but skeptical. I called and spoke with Jon. I sent them pictures of my current water heater and surrounding piping/venting. He quoted me a price slightly higher than other contractors (within $100 difference, though). I called him multiple times with follow-up questions before I decided to purchase. Here is what impressed me: 1.) Jon and one other contractor mentioned that the PVC vent pipe may be cellular core and not up-to-code. Others never mentioned this. I checked with my brother who is a master plumber living a long distance from me. He confirmed the PVC information was accurate. 2.) Water Heaters Nows price INCLUDED a 4-year extended manufacturers warranty on the tank (10 total years versus 6) by adding a second anode rod, plus 6 yrs parts and 3 years labor warranty. 3.) I told Jon I was the most fussy and particular person and that I wanted the best installer. 4.) Paul arrived to inspect and install the new water heater. Fantastic job. Attention to detail (hard to find these days). They laid down blankets on my basement floor before walking across the carpet - and it is an unfinished basement with a carpet remnant on the floor. I rarely take time to write reviews, but they deserve it. Kudos on being a quality company.

    I had a new tankless water heater and water softener installed. Great customer service throughout the whole process, and fast response rates to any questions or concerns that I had. The vent piping was a bit of a challenge due to the layout of my home, but they made sure the found the best possible solution for routing the piping and even had the company owner come out to my home to review & come up with the plan before installation. They did a great job with the install, and cleaned up everything afterwards. The office also took care of everything with submitting the rebate to my energy company & let me know what I needed to do regarding the permit process with the city. It appears that when the new heater was installed, at least one other faucet or shower control valve has failed and is allowing cold water to cross over to the hot water line. We’ll have to call a plumber to find the real source of the problem. The owner and Paul were patient and helpful in getting us this far.

    My first service provider quoted me an “All-In” price, however, when they showed up the first thing they said was that it would be an additional $300 because they had to redo a lot of the plumbing because they only had a tall water heater tank. I called and ended up leaving a message for Jon. Jon called back within 15 minutes and spent time with me on the phone and asked me several questions and for photos of the old tank and space. (Previous company did not ask about anything except for gallon size of old tank). Jon provided me a quote which was $25 lower than my first quote and said they could have a technician out there within a couple hours. He said they will send two tanks of different sizes and the Technician would determine what tank works best. Aiden showed up and determined that the shorter tank would work just fine. Aiden was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why! He left me with instructions on maintenance and said they would follow up annually. As you can tell, I have said a lot about this company and there are more good things to say! I asked if they provide other services and Aiden said they are looking to expand. They gave me a reasonable quote by phone that afternoon, and they came for the installation on Saturday morning at 0900. The technician, Aiden was professional, efficient, considerate and clean. He completed a fairly complicated installation, including some significant adjustments to the existing venting, without any difficulty. The Rheem water heater that was installed is fantastic.     Everything was done very professionally and it seems to be working well. The city water inspector was also pleased and passed the installation. Now I am waiting to see evidence of the savings I was told to expect.
