    I called with plumbing issues, was able to get an appointment for the next day, they showed up promptly at appointment time, quickly assessed the issue, grabbed their equipment and started working, got initial problem taken care of quickly, as they were doing a checkover they realized I had another small issue which they promptly took care of. I have now entered their business to my contact list and will not hesitate to call them if I ever have any further issues. Thank you guys, you are awesome!!

    Jennifer from Starks Mechanical called to see if we were interested in the fall inspection special for our furnace, the cost was quoted at $69.00. We booked the next day. The techs were ahead of schedule on another job and the office called to see if they could come early, it worked for us. They did a great job checking the furnace, thermostat, and vents. We also use them for AC inspections as well. Cost was $69.00 as quoted. I highly recommend them.

    Very happy overall. We had a line bust and flood our home due to poor plumbing done but the previous owner. The guys at Starks Pro came out and plumed in our new hot water tank, replacing the worn out fittings with new parts. They arrived perfectly on time, they were very kind/respectful, they should up prepared with all the things they could possibly need, and the pricing was better than I was quoted from several other sources. 10/10 would recommend.

    Starks Pro Mechanical techs are always prompt and friendly. Brian is an amazing a/c technician and makes sure everything is going great. He even noticed the cause of another problem I was having that ended up being a plumbing issue instead of an a/c one. He also expressed concern about another house we own because he was worried the a/c unit might not last (its a 1996 version).

    We have used Sparks to fix the ac unit, install a gas log insert and clear the main sewer line. Every time we have needed them the service has been excellent. The technicians are professional and really know what they are doing. It seems like this company really invests in training. The cost has always been consistent with other places, but I really feel the quality of service is much better than other plumbers or HVAC guys in town.

    Picked up the phone, and came when scheduled. Thats pretty hard to find sometimes. They flushed my on demand water heater and added some caps to a drain pipe thats been covered in duct tape for a while. While it was a pretty decent amount of money, it got done right. Thats what is important to me since I dont know anything about plumbing. Thanks Starks!Edit: I have used them several times over since I originally posted this review. I would leave them 10 reviews all with 5 stars if I could. Seriously the best.

    Today was my first experience with Starks and I can only say, How refreshing! New electric stoves are all rubbish and dont get hot enough because of meddlesome new safety sensi-temp coils (look it up), and I didnt want to replace all my pans switching to an induction style range. I wanted to switch to a gas range cause I COOK HARD! So, naturally I needed a new gas line run.My old standby company wanted $85 just to come out and give me an estimate, and no, they werent going to roll that into the price of any work they might do later. Mental.So I asked around, got recommended Starks and pulled the trigger. Friendly office operators, easy scheduling, right on time, no nonsense. Derrick and his shadow Cole got right to job, worked as a great team, b-a-r-e-l-y had to drill a few holes, (cleanly I might add), and got the job done before I had time to finish my coffee. Legend.     First experience with Starks Pro Mechanical. We wanted our heat checked before the start of the winter season. Although they had an emergency at another client during our scheduled appointment, the promptly called and rescheduled for within 48 hours. Our tech showed up on time and got right to work. He checked both our units in about an hours time and everything was well. Not much chit chat, just work and the facts. All we needed! We will absolutely use them again for our AC check in the spring.

    The tech was prompt and arrived at the time he was scheduled. He tried to snake the washing machine drain but ran into problems. I suspect the old cast iron drain pipes are deteriorated and has a hole which kept him from being totally successful. However he was quick and efficient with his work. It would take another call to break up the floor and dig down to the drain pipe for repairs to be made.

    I called for service as my HVAC unit had quit cooling my house. I called Sharks Pro Mechanical and I spoke with a real person not an answering machine. The nice lady took my information and dispatched a technician immediately to my house. The technician was professional and quick to get to work. It took about 30 minutes and he had my unit up and cooling my house! They text and emailed information regarding the service call and when the technician was dispatched to my house, he arrived about ten minutes after I scheduled the repair.     We have had the pleasure of using Starks Pro many times over the last few years. They are always so professional and courteous! This time, we had a leak in one of our old copper pipes. They came out and took care of the leak which drastically improved the water pressure! Their work required pipes to be accessed through cutting the walls but they did such a good job of cleaning any debri.Previously, our AC went out beyond repair and needed to be replaced. They were completely booked for days and unable to come as quickly as they would have liked but they brought loaner portable ACs so that we wouldnt be miserable while we waited. When our repair day came, they worked quickly and got us running better than before.

    I wish I could give more than 5 stars! First of all, we called because of a clogged drain. Blaine came out quickly and was super professional and friendly! While he was out, he let us know that our hot water tank needed to be replaced because the bottom was about to rust out. We did not want 40 gallons of water dumped into our home so I quickly called to see when they could come change it out and also whether we were good candidates for going tankless, meaning would going tankless cost more time and money than we were willing or able to spend. Thats when the service skyrocketed. Loren, the owner came out and walked me through the cost and process of everything needed to change over. He was super patient with ALL my questions and I never felt like I was a bother or an annoyance! They came out a replaced the tank last week and we are extremely happy with it. I know that unfortunately plumbing problems happen but I am so glad to have found such a great company that really cares about its customers!!     This is a company that is built on not only good moral character but professionalism and an untold amount of experience dealing with not only your plumbing needs but anything to do with gas or HVAC. They have come out to look at a gas leak, which they handled masterfully. They then came out to held unplug my plumbing a few weeks later. The first technician that came out we had a few issues with, they were quick to remedy the the situation and send out another team. They even went as far as to explain not only what they were doing but also went into greater detail than was needed. To make sure I understood the process and what could happen after.
