Mike from Justen Plumbing did a great job fixing our bathtub/shower drain. He was able to come out quickly, did quality work at a fair price, and was straightforward and easy to work with. Highly recommend - Justen Plumbing is awesome! Mike is honest and reasonably priced. He has assisted me with everything from installing new fixtures, locating and fixing the source of a persistent bathroom leak that another plumber could not resolve and also made himself available for an emergency water heater replacement. I trust Mike for the time he takes to consult with me and ensure Im getting the best result for my home and my budget.

I have lived in my house for over 50 years. My bathtub drain has never drained properly. When it got to the point that it took one and a half hours for my bathtub to drain, I called Justen Plumbing. Mike answered my call and said that he would be out the next day. He arrived exactly on time. After about an hour Mike had my drain draining great. My bathtub now drains better than it ever has. Mike quoted me a price that was very reasonable. I highly recommend giving Justen Plumbing a call for your plumbing needs.

We were so happy with our service. I came in from sitting outside and had a rain shower in my kitchen from a leaking bathtub. Matt came over within an hour and fixed it. It was a quick fix. Prices were reasonable and he was super nice, and I really appreciated his timeliness And professionalism.

I called Mike and many other plumbers on Monday. Mike was quick to respond. He realized that my water tank was still under warranty, and that I wouldnt need to purchase a new one. He then went and collected the tank right away and installed the new one. I was very worried that the malfunctioning tank was going to burn out my well pump (very expensive!). I was very grateful for Mikes help today!

I had a minor plumbing situation late on a Wednesday night and couldnt fix it myself which resulted in the water having to be shut off. Mike was responsive first thing Thursday morning, and made a quick trip by and resolved the issue in 30 minutes. He was professional and thorough and incredibly efficient. I know the first person Ill contact the next time I need a plumber or if someone needs a referral.

I first called Mike for a tub faucet that would not shut off. Fit me into his schedule and I was very pleased with his work. Then six months or so later, the upstairs bath needed work, (renter) so I called Mike ... he replaced the broken part.....Now this has been my third time calling him, now about a faucet.....he fit me into his schedule, repaired it and the daycare kids are so happy! Mike is very reasonable in price, courteous, on time and cleans up after himself. I have referred him to several friends and will continue to do so.

After many years of living in Woodbury and tired of paying outrageous Woodbury plumber bills, I reached out to Mike for a simple fix to try him out. He answered my call promptly, scheduled quickly and was on-time for the appointment. He quickly fixed my garbage disposal and toilet and charged far less than I had expected and certainly less than the others Ive used. He was nice, friendly, and although I hope nothing else breaks, if it does he will be my first call!

Mike answered off hours on a sewer pipe separation emergency when the provided emergency numbers for a new home did not respond. Mike came out quickly, resolved the issue and effectively saved the finished basement and in the process of doing so prevented a several hundred thousand dollar claim.His repair work was reviewed by additional experts by the builder and others and signed off on. Absolutely saved the day and made an extremely difficult day for us a little more manageable. Would recommend Mike to anyone for value, responsiveness, and great attitude.

I called 4 different plumbers; 1 said they didn’t have time and 3 didn’t call me back. My neighbor recommended Justen Plumbing. He answered and accepted the job with 1 days notice. Thank you, Mike!

Had a pipe spring a leak in the basement. Mike showed up within an hour and had it fixed quickly. He also took the time to check the water pressure in the house to ensure the pressure regulator was still functioning properly. I will call him again with any future plumbing needs.
