I Installed a new water heater in my house. I could not get it lit. I called Todd at St. Croix Plumbing to come over and check it out. I thought maybe I had installed it incorrectly. He diagnosed it quickly as having a faulty part. He suggested returning it to the store. I did that and got a different one. It was a lot of work. However, Todd was great! He called me back right away. He texted me telling me when he was 30 minutes out. And, he did not charge me for coming over! I offered to pay him something for his time but he refused. Wow! How often do you hear that! I would definitely recommend Todd! I will certainly call him if I ever have any other issues.

I recommend Todd to anyone that needs plumbing services. I needed my toilet repaired because it wouldnt stop running - he was able to do it same day except nobody was home to let him in. When we were able to schedule he was on time, honest about the possible worst case scenario and the cost. Thankfully he didnt have to replace the toilet. He went above and beyond the necessary repairs. He was very nice with great prices. Tell your family! Tell your friends! He is the best.
