I had called on 2 separate occasions. 1 being just to get a quote on the repair and then the other being to schedule the repair appointment. 2 separate days and Brandy (sorry if that’s not how you spell it) remembered me from the first day. Being in customer service for a well populated business with lots of traffic it sure did mean a lot for her to actually remember me from the day before. She was very helpful with getting me information I need and getting the appointment set up. I did have to cancel the service but I will definitely refer people to them and use them in the future just because of her excellent customer service.If you see this. Called in the morning and like an hour later Shannon was at our house. Took him less than 20 minutes to diagnose the problem and he was done in an hour. They even came in under the original estimate. Definitely impressed and would definitely recommend.

This is the first time we have had AC issues at our house. I called Advantage, and less than 24 hours later, a technician was at our house. The employee was extremely nice and talked me through each process and procedure he was going to perform. Before he ever did anything, he asked me if I was okay with that, and told me the price that it would cost.Within an hour, he had figured out the problem, and fixed it. I am extremely happy with the service I was provided with!

We had to fix our main waterline in our extended yard. We called around town, some plumbing companies do not have the equipment to detect the breakage. A friend told us about Advantage Plumbing who gave great advice on the options and we realized the most cost-effective way was to replace the line with a newer type of pipe. It turned out they truly have great crew, especially the “Advantage guy on TV”, Trent. He is SUPER! He quickly came over with crews to establish a temporary waterline for us. We really appreciated this prompt service. They followed up with a great job trenching and re-routing with a line made with state-of-the-art materials to fix all the problems. It was a big job and they continued working into the evening getting it done-- we sincerely appreciated that. We are very happy with their great work, we would like to highly recommend to everyone to use their service.

We had an undetermined underground leak from three possible sources, City Water of Stillwater (were great in telling) told us a leak, of 30-40 gal/hr, was present on our City Water to the House; with 5 toilets, an equal number of showers, and a swimming pool no less, but the guys persisted in locating and fixing each leak, a couple we didn’t even suspect. The same two were used constantly and listened and worked through with my idea to prevent having to down-grade the whole house). They also saw an opportunity for repairing the whole-house under-Slab City water line without digging, breaking up a slab, or spilling any water or oil! They guys were on time and we enjoyed their professional service and open attitude. they may cost a bit more, but you certainly get your money back in return!

Sadly my home was a major victim of the February 2021 historic ice storm. My pipes froze from both the inside and outside (including underneath) my home for a total loss of my existing pipes. Needless to say, I was devastated. Thankfully, Advantage stepped up in ways I never would have imagined. In my time of need they were the only company in town that was willing to come out and make an assessment of the damage within a week after the storm. From there, they offered an extremely fair price for an entire replacement/upgrade of all my pipes. The employees who did the work completed it flawlessly in less than the time estimated plus they helped add in new pipes to my kitchen and bathroom to improve my home. I cant imagine going with anyone else in town. Heck, anyone else in Oklahoma for that matter. Seriously, theyre the best!

I contacted Comfort OK / Advantage in the afternoon and they had a technician that same evening in OKC. Austin did a great job. He was professional and his troubleshooting solved the problem. Another contractor said I probably needed a whole new system, Austin was able to replace one part that fixed the problem. Austin was knowledgeable and explained the issue in detail. Highly recommend.

He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to fix the water leak I was having on my outside water spicket. He had to replace the whole thing too and did phenomenal work. Advantage has exceeded my expectations every time. They replaced my AC . There was damage to the unit during shipping that was not seen until unboxing at my house. They had a new unit the next day to install.I scheduled service on a different unit later. I was going to be out of town so it was scheduled for a few weeks later. Had HVAC condensation line stop up over a weekend and start leaking water into our ceiling. Called advantage and they had someone out within the next morning. Plumber was on time and professional. Would definitely use Advantage again in the future! Was great to have someone with 24 hour emergency service, as many others did not offer this. Their being able to come on a weekend and so quickly helped the water leak not turn into a disaster like it couldve.

Our drain was totally stopped up and backed up in two areas of our house. After calling numerous plumbers, Advantage was the first to call us back and agreed to come after hours to help us. Bubba came ready and willing to fix our problem. He shared the plan with us, came with the right equipment and worked very efficiently to fix the issue. I have never had this good of service before. Wish they could have gotten to us faster but gave me advice over the phone which fixed my immediate issue, then came to completely check our AC system and trouble shoot what caused our AC to not work properly, then made recommendations and some changes that would help our system work properly.

Fast, Friendly, and Informative about the process.Everything seems to be breaking this year for me. My hot water heater broke in February. Advantage was able to come out within 24 hours get it replaced.Ive been having an off and on issue with my air conditioner the past week and last night my AC broke down. I called Advantage again to see if they could schedule me in. Within six hours of my call a technician was at my house working on the issue. 2 hours later and less then a hundred bucks for parts and the AC is back in business.They didnt even charge me a service fee since they had recently been out!Thank you guys for the great service!

Our heating system was having issues. The blower would kick on, go for a few seconds before firing up correctly. Eric with Advantage PHC worked on it, and found the computer chip that runs the thermostat and fires off the blower was shorted out. Someone drove to Tulsa to pickup the chip board to make sure it was the right one, so we could have it fixed the next day. Friendly people, great service from the office to the techs. They call and let you know what they are doing and when they will be there. Best service we had in years. The cost was very reasonable.I highly recommend them.

Troy came on a Saturday—was awesome. Had to order a part (which obviously you can’t get on Saturday), BUT he fixed something up to where my furnace would work until the part came in. Thankful for him and Advantage!
