We did not have any hot water during the winter holidays and United Air Temp was very responsive with the initial technician coming out the same day we called - David was great and not only found the issue but figured out the root cause behind it (an electrical issue). His supervisor, James, came out shortly after to confirm the root cause and helped replace the wiring to fix the underlying issue. We were very impressed with the service quality and timeliness, especially during the holidays. Thank you!

The repairs team was very courteous and explained the process to replace the shower cartridge after they verified the water leak. He explained the worse case scenario in the replacement of a 30-year old cartridge. However, everything went well and the old cartridge came out intact. I feel bad that they have such a low review rating! Maybe it is location specific? Their technician, Jason, came to my house to fix my heating unit that would not turn on; they were contacted through my warranty company and I was worried based on prior reviews. He was able to get it fixed very easily and took the time to explain what was wrong (I wasnt cleaning the furnace often enough!). Hope this review helps others. I am in Northern Virginia. Thank you!

My overall experience with United Air Temp Sterling VA is superb. I signed up for the full service agreement back in March. They texted me for scheduling a maintenance every 6 months. The appointment was done in text and was painless. The technician came on time and called me before he arrived. I did a much needed water heater cleaning too. Highly recommended for any new home owners! Pricing is reasonable and they do not force you to pay more for what you don’t need.

He found the leak was coming from the overflow drain but, since the sink drained very slowly, he cleaned out the drain. So 1 star for United Airlines Temp and 5 stars for SubashHowever, it has now been over a month since the initial visit, and I’m still unable to use my shower. I want to emphasize that my frustration is not with Subash, as he did everything he could to assist me. I am disappointed with the follow-up and communication regarding the parts.
