Alltech Services has made taking care of our home easy. They were the only ones to respond to an emergency call out for a leak in our home. We then signed up for their home maintenance plan. All the technicians Ive met are professional and friendly and their work is excellent. Kai provided a lot of plumbing services and goes above and beyond and has an attention for detail which is much appreciated.

I called AllTech to get an HVAC service for my dual system HVACs. The price for fall and spring seasonal appointments was $467 (or $233 per season, or $116 per cooling unit-air handler system). I was told by the individual who took my payment and scheduled my appointment that the fee also included a free plumbing inspection and water heater maintenance. I explained that my water heater system is tankless, and that water heater maintenance in that case would mean a tankless water heater flush. The individual needed to check with the plumbing department and did so, confirming that the maintenance would be a tankless water heater flush.When the tech arrived for the service appointment about a month later, he told my wife that the maintenance did not include a tankless water heater flush, and that he did not have the tools to conduct the flush, and that it would be an extra $549 and needed to be scheduled separately. I was understandably upset since this felt a lot like a bait and switch. The tech was patient and listened to my concerns, and he promised to call his supervisor who would call me back.Very shortly thereafter, perhaps five minutes or so, his supervisor Mike from the Plumbing Department called me. After a little bit of discussion, he agreed that AllTech had signed a contract with me to perform these services, and they would stand by their word and honor their contract. I admire honest service providers, and I appreciate Mikes integrity.The two technicians who worked on my home, Gene Powers and Sergio Brito, were both very knowledgeable, skilled, and patient and detailed in their explanations of their inspections of our HVAC, plumbing system, and water heater. Sergio identified an issue with a component in our HVAC system that was testing out of tolerance, and he replaced the component for $387. This repair seems very expensive and was probably far above the price we would have paid if we had shopped around, but since he was already there at the house and it was simpler to have him complete the repair, we agreed to it. Gene identified the source of a water leak we have experienced with our hot water heater during the aforementioned flush, which had to do with an improperly installed gasket, and he fixed the installation of the gasket as part of reassembling the system during the water heater flush.During the plumbing check, we were told that our garbage disposal had leaked and needed to be replaced, and the estimate was $984.60 which seems very high. (Equivalent 3/4 hp replacement systems at Home Depot are priced at $150-300, so the labor would be between $700-850 which seems very high if this job can be completed in an hour or so.) The water heater flush estimate we were quoted was $550 on its own, which is basically an hour of labor. Weve had this service done previously by a different plumber for $150.I am giving AllTech five stars because Mike demonstrated integrity and they stood by their contract with me. My wife felt safe and respected by Sergio and Gene, and they were both very expert and knowledgeable in their fields. I feel confident in the service and repairs that they provided, and I think they were honest about the issues they identified. All of that said, AllTech seems to be on the expensive end of the market.

I also appreciate the photo in advance so that I can recognize the tech before they show up. Theyre always polite, professional, and informative of preventive maintenance and pricing.

Travis came out to review our 18-month old hybrid heat pump water heater when we were experiencing only tepid warm water. From the get go he was honest on what portions of the heater he could actually examine/service. The water heater is a newer technology and very few plumbers in the area seem willing to service them. He checked for power to the two elements and found no issues. He then noticed a hissing sound from the pressure relief valve and determined that it seemed to be failing after only 18 months of use. It was allowing hot water to escape from the tank and flow out to our sump pump, so not allowing the system to come up to full temperature. This appeared to be the reason for our lack of hot water. The question remained as to why the relief valve failed in the first place. In examining the overall system, he determined that pressure coming into the house from the county water line was at nearly twice as much as normal. Travis also indicated that the expansion tank had been installed in the wrong location relative to the recirculating pump system we have. It needed to be located between the check control valve and the cold water supply to the tank. Ultimately, Travis replaced the pressure relief valve on the tank, repositioned the expansion tank and installed a pressure reduction valve coming in from the main line. I was very impressed with Traviss knowledge and expertise in evaluating and implementing the necessary fixes to our system. He had to make numerous trips between our house and his truck and did so in pouring rain. I recommend AllTech, Travis in particular. AllTeach was professional over the phone in scheduling our appointment and were able to send Travis out the same day. We now have hot water once again and are very grateful for that.

I recently had a brand new Lennox air conditioning unit installed, and I couldnt be more pleased with the service provided by Chris and Shane. From start to finish, their professionalism was evident. They were incredibly patient, taking the time to listen to all my questions and provide thorough answers.Their courteous nature shone through during the entire installation process. Chris and Shane were in and out of my house with shoe covers, ensuring they didnt track any dirt inside. Impressively, they didnt leave a single piece of debris behind, maintaining a clean work environment.There was a minor issue with the duct flex connectors, but they promptly returned to fix it without hesitation. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.Its worth noting that the installation took place in the middle of July when the temperature soared up to 107°F. Despite being soaked in sweat, Chris and Shane completed their work without compromising on quality. Their dedication and hard work under such extreme conditions were remarkable.Overall, I highly recommend Chris and Shane for any HVAC installation. Their professionalism, patience, courtesy, and dedication to high-quality work make them outstanding installers.

Heat pump would not cool upstairs. Temps got up to 87 degrees. Called these guys and they came and fixed my issue real quick. Mike stood from the porch and could diagnose the issue by what he heard going on with the compressor. Of course he diagnosed the issue with hands on, but his first impression was spot on. Issac came out after we found out our system needed to be replaced. We suffered in the 93 degree temp of the home for days prior to finding AllTech Services. Issac Came out did a very detailed inspection of the home. Issac went over every specification of each system that was offered. Issac did not try to over sale or under sale us on just any system. Issac customized a package based on our home and our wants and needs. We had so many questions and concerns and he was more than patient with us. He actually included solutions to our concerns in the system we purchased for our home. We would like to thank Issac for calling and getting the equipment together so that we could have installation the next day. We knew that next day install was close to impossible, but Alltech worked together to make it possible. We were delighted to meet Mr issac Franklin who is very respectful, punctual, Kind and such a great listener. Jason fixed our A/C during the recent heat wave. He was extremely professional and finished the job in hardly 20 minutes. Once he arrived, it took him 2 minutes to say i suspect the issue is with outer unit and before we knew he had gone to the roof and while i was waiting for him to come back with a diagnosis,he comes back and says the unit is fixed and should be up and running. He then went back to the roof to make sure everything else was working properly .He documented everything on his ipad and took pictures of the readings,explained to me what he did and what to expect in the next few hours . Travis Simpkins was excellent. I called All-Tech after my fairly new water heater (3-4 years old) started leaking. I initially called the company that installed it and I was disappointed with their response. I decided to call All-Tech instead because I had experienced such great HVAC installation and service last year. They are hands-down the best in the area. Travis was awesome, took his time to explain the issues and installed a new water heater for me the same day. He also tested my water and checked to make sure my water filtration system was working properly. I could immediately tell the quality of the workmanahop was higher than what I had received previously. All the screws tightened, bigger drain pan etc. it was a much cleaner job. Pricing was also more competitive than what I had received from the other company, service was top notch and the team cares so much about making sure you are happy. Couldn’t recommend them enough! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions. Had an entire Trane system install all the way to the thermostat (Sept. 2023). Very happy as they did a great job! I appreciated the calm, cool, collected demeanor of the installers. They worked real hard all day! And, did a fantastic job! The lead installer has been doing this for 26yrs, with children also in the trade; at least one is a master plumber. The installers ended up having to do more duct work than planned as the air handler was a little taller than anticipated. They also installed an air intake in the basement to recycle the cold air off of the floor. Very happy customer.

Johnnie was the tech who came out for us. Our hot water heater stopped working and started leaking toward the bottom. After some self-diagnostics, I knew I couldn’t fix it on my own so I called Alltech to confirm or deny if I needed to replace it. I ended up purchasing a replacement hot water heater but Johnnie was very amicable and a pleasure to work with. He was transparent, non-pressured, and informative with his responses and recommendations. He was able to do the replacement the same day and I was overall pleased with his craftsmanship and professionalism. Will end up using again for sure.

I cannot speak more highly of Gerson, who stayed as long as it took to get our geothermal problem fixed. Although it was a Friday night on a long weekend, Gerson stayed until almost midnight to check and re-check, and make absolutely sure the system was operating properly. Especially since it was hot and humid, Gerson ensured we would have AC not only for the night but also for the rest of the cooling season.

Purchased a new HVAC system through Home Depot with AllTech as the service provider. Stephen came out to do the initial lookthrough and provided us a fair quote. He then went above and beyond by contacting us right before Thanksgiving to give us a heads up on a deal that would cut a significant amount off the purchase/install price. Jose came out on the install and was professional, courteous, and got the job done faster than anticipated. Looking forward to enjoying the newly installed system for years to come. Would definitely recommend AllTech to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

AllTech was on the higher end of my estimates (but not unreasonable) but I had a good feeling about them because of the professionalism of the technician who came out to assess my HVAC installation requirements. The installation crew (Nicholas, Kevin and Jimmy) was awesome. Im never fond of having people working in my house all day but they made as easy as possible. They worked hard from start to finish to get the installation knocked out in a day. Very professional and courteous, especially the installation crew. It was just installed today so I cant know how itll hold up long-term but everything looks and works great so far. Unless you absolutely have to go with the cheapest deal you can find, i highly recommend these guys. You want big jobs done right.

Had a plumbing emergency over the weekend. We saw The AllTech Services’s truck parked on my street and gave them a call Sunday. John Meadows arrived on Monday to help me with the plumbing problem. He was attentive. He took the time to explain all of the options that could be causing the blockage and walked me through every step of what he was doing to correct the situation. Problem solved and the blocked drain fixed! I’ve got John’s card on my refrigerator now. They will be my go to Plumber of choice moving Forward. Thanks for great service!

We need to have some duct work done in our kitchen before our new cabinets can be installed. We called several companies (including one we have a service contract with) and had a difficult time finding someone to do the work. We did find one company to finally book an estimate appointment, but turned out to be a “no show.” Finally, I made one call to AllTech and had an estimate within one day, and an appointment to do the work this week!! If you need a HVAC job call AllTech, we are so happy we did!!!

He took time to take careful measurements and understand the peculiarities of our system. he worked in our attic where it was very hot, he explored all the options for keeping our bushes during the installation, he identified faults with the previous installations.

I like that with AllTech Services you can schedule appointments online and get texts/emails automatically. Our technician Bryce came exactly on time and was very friendly and professional right away. He performed thorough checks and was knowledgeable - I asked lots of questions and he helped me understand everything. He went above and beyond and we will definitely reach out for future requests. I appreciate them sending the invoice and visit report with pictures and details in email afterwards for reference. I think the cost of the replacement product is expensive but at least it’s all working now.
