    I wanted to send a quick note to say THANK YOU! Brad killed it last Friday. I called to have someone fix multiple things in my home, toilets, disposal, etc. He handled it all in one shot. I didn’t think that would be possible. He was professional, cleanly about his work, and friendly. The cost of services was well worth it to me given the 3 toilets that were replaced and the three flights of stairs to get to my unit and the additional flight inside. It’s not fun and he didn’t complain.I’ll be calling again soon about my water heater!

    Corey and Dustin were amazing! The main line was backing up and they were able to clear it when another plumber was unsuccessful. They were incredibly fast at responding and super nice.

    Updated Review (5 Stars)Kiddco Plumbing reached out to me to discuss the bill. They mentioned the work could have been done a little quicker and sent me a check for $120 (30 min rate). They mentioned costs have risen for everyone and thanked me for my business. Outstanding customer service!!!Original Review:Four Stars for the professionalism and quick service. However the cost is quite high. $240 /hr for labor plus parts. Kitchen faucet replacement ran me almost $800.

    I had some issues with the condensate line in my condo, where water was coming inside the unit from said line. Please note that the buildings pipe was clogged, and my unit and the unit below had some issues and I had to keep on getting the overflowing water from the pans for days! (water heater and washer /laundry room), I called KIDDCO and they advised me that If I was the one placing the service call, I was the one paying for the service where the HOA shouldve taken care of it instead.KIDDCO called the management company directly and they sent someone to help me within the day (Friday late afternoon and worked to get things done the same evening/day).I am so very grateful for their assistance and helping me out. I appreciate the fact that they took ownership to get things done within the day. They were able to get faster results with the HOA than me working things out with them.DMoore was very helpful and besides working the evening hours, he had the most positive attitude and explained the process as he worked things out.Thank you!

    I had a great experience with Kiddco plumbing. I was having a hard time trying to get a plumber to replace my shut off valve for my condo and the shut off valve in my bathroom. They were very helpful from my first call all the way through to the completion of the work. Bobby was Great and fixed other issues I was unaware of that would cause a problem in the future. I will use them for future problems and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. The cost was reasonable considering the amount of work Bobby had to perform to upgrade the old piping. Thanks, LK 9/2023

    We had a pipe freeze over the winter leading to our outside bib. When I went to turn it on the other day for our first few days of warm weather so I could water the lawn...the pipe burst in two spots. It caused a decent amount of flooding in just a few short minutes. I called Kiddco the very next morning and it was answered by a live person who was very courteous and knowledgeable. After explaining the situation they booked us for an appointment that very same day. The person on the phone also shared with me their pricing and how it would work. Bobby came out to our house that afternoon and worked extremely hard for the next 3+ hours to fix the problem. The pipe was in an extremely difficult position but he was able to work around it and fix it. Bobby was extremely nice and courteous as well. I had an incredible experience working with Kiddco and highly recommend them. Pricing was fair and exactly what was expected and explained on the phone. I will use them in the future for any issues that arise.

    Paul saved me tonight. He showed up right away on a Friday night when the system for the entire building started to back up into my ground floor apartment very suddenly at 7pm (of course). He was very friendly and efficient. I cant thank him enough!

    Hired them to detect and fix a gas leak in the house. I was able to get an appointment quickly (next morning), the plumber who came did a solid job finding and fixing multiple leaks in our gas lines, both inside and outside the house. The only negative about this experience is the astronomical price tag. About $1000 worth in labor costs, for about 4 hours of work. So about $250/hr.

    I was extremely happy with the service that I received from Kiddco. Their on-line customer service was excellent and the plumber did great work.He explained to me what I needed and made sure that I understood his recommendations and answered all of my questions. I will call them again and have already recommended them to neighbors.

    I own a small business in loudoun and have used Kiddco for all my plumming needs. We are a hair salon so water is a no waiting matter. Three times now Ive reached out needing immediate help and they have came to the rescue each time. The techs have all been nice and never leave a mess. Will continue to referr them!

    Im so grateful for all the help Ive gotten from Kiddco plumbing. My HOA uses them for building maintenance. My kitchen sinks drain is connected to a main line along with my upstairs neighbors. Unfortunately this means that anything getting put down the drain builds up and blocks water flow and it comes up in my kitchen sink! Gross! So my sink is overflowing all over my floor, I call maintenance, who calls Kiddco. The gentleman from Kiddco sacrificed his entire evening snaking out the drain. He was courteous, professional, clean, and incredibly kind. He brought drop cloths and everything he needed to keep my floor from getting any worse. I so appreciate the time he took to make sure the job was done right.

    Paul from Kiddco Plumbing is my hero! He worked some major magic and saved the day. I had an emergency where the water main line literally broke inside the wall of the property. Upon calling Kiddco, they managed to move things around to get to my property as promptly as possible. He fixed the water line for my property with beautiful work, put the rest of the complex back on line and even finished off the job by replacing valves underneath my sink. I will forever call Kiddco Plumbing and ask for Paul. I highly recommend him…he’s professional, a true master of his trade and even has jokes to break up the stress! I couldn’t thank him enough. Paul is great!!!
