    Kevin and David from DreamHome Inc. came and inspected our roof and recommended we work with their company to file insurance claim for the wind damage. We were hesitant initially since we had bad experiences in the past. Kevin and David then showed us their inspection results and explained to us in detail how they would work with us in detail. Later we called insurance company together with Kevin and filed the claim. When insurance company adjuster came for the roof inspection, Kevin also came as he promised and worked with the adjuster and showed the damage. As a result, insurance company agreed to replace our entire roof.On the roof replacement day, both Kevin and David were present and promptly answered all our questions and fix issues. The installers also took pictures and videos during the entire roof replacement project and send us the web link so we can see the real time progress.We are truly impressed with the professionalism both Kevin and David showed during the entire roof replacement project, they are always available with email, text and call, and answered all our questions promptly. As a result, we have a very pleasant experience working with them.We strongly recommend anyone contact DreamHome Inc. for any roofing project. We have dealt with several roofing companies during the past 30+ years, and Kevin, David and DreamHome Inc. is definitely the best we have worked with. He understood the importance of our time table — we went from assessment, to project description, to signed contract and people on site in short order.From the moment they got on site it was a no nonsense attitude.     My family and I had the best experience with Dream Homes replacing our roof. Daniil and Fareed (our technicians) were knowledgeable of the insurance process, listened to our concerns regarding repairs, and walked us through the entire project to completion, step by step.     My only concern is that the weather was a bit cold when my roof was sprayed. It was down to about 39 degrees 2~3 hours after the Roofmax spray was applied. The website notes that is close to being too cold. Hope that doesnt cause the solution not to soak in properly. The guys were prompt and courteous.

    We had the majority of our windows replaced and more importantly the gutters as well. The windows are clean, chic, and easy to operate. But the gutter crew is what really stood out -- they made sure all the gutters were angled properly so water would drain as it should, double checking as well, and listened to a couple suggestions about how to best install this or that -- so they were receptive and put their own personal touch on how to best install a few things here and there. Couldnt be more pleased with the crew and the turnout of how they looked! Feeding them a well cooked meal may have had something to do with that ;)

    The team at DreamHome, especially Daniil, my project manager, were really superb. They were communicative and worked well with the insurance company to ensure a fair and reasonable level of funding. Schedules were met and there were no surprise costs.     The sales rep Wille was so nice and very thorough explaining everything. When I had a slight issue after install he made sure someone came out the next day to take care of it. The doors are beautiful. Everything is sealed and neatly caulked. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves.

    The sales person (Mike) was professional and did not use any pressure tactics, Simply explained his products and pricing and than compare them to major competitors. I had others come up and no other company could match the pricing and quality of the product. The install was professional and quick - 22 windows in a 3 level stone home done in two days. The installers worked even on Sunday, since Saturday was raining, to accommodate us. Overall, great experience and most competitive price!

    DreamHome has performed multiple projects on my home over the last decade, including replacing all of my windows, replacing my gutters and downspouts, and wrapping some external trim. While Ive always been pleased with their work, I think its their customer service that sets them apart from the competition. In fact, the reason I first went with them for windows was based on calling them to service newer windows they installed for the previous owner of my home right after I first moved in. Even though I wasnt their customer, they honored their warranty and came right out and handled the issue. I was locked in from there.

    Removed screen fabric material and installed ridge vent assembly on roof.I am quite satisfied with the installation of the ridge vent on my primary home.The job was well coordinated, prompt and functional.     Loved Josh the salesperson. He was patient, responsive and wasnt too pushy. Although, the price was a bit higher than a few competitors we loved there financing options which allowed us a lot more flexibility. When it came to installation the appointment got bumped to a later date but the company contacted as soon as they were aware and scheduled us as soon as possible. Once the work was completed everything was cleaned back up and the windows are gorgeous. As a plus they actually do what we needed-keep our home warm.

    I had DreamHome out to give me a price on my windows and roof. The people they send out were absolute professionals and recommended we do our attic insulation as well. We had multiple people out to look at the projects and we knew when they started explaining things to us we found the right company. Now, they certainly weren’t the cheapest price, but, from their expertise, communication, and installation, not to mention quality products...it’s was money well spent.     Dream Home replaced all our windows with triple pane windows from Thermal. The replacement was performed on time and very well done. We never even had to have one thing painted. They also covered our outside trim with high quality good looking aluminum. In addition to replacing 36 Windows they added I believe it was AR-15 attic insulation under our entire roof.They delivered a very high-quality product, at a very competitive price, and all the work was done in a highly professional manner. I have already recommended them to several friends.

    We had DreamHome come by for a free inspection of our roof. We didn’t have an immediate need to have any work done but wanted to get a sense of what was going on with our roof and to see if we should anticipate any issues down the line. The team that came by was super professional and friendly and thoughtful about our time and needs. They did a really thorough inspection, showed me a digital video analysis of our roof (which I had never seen what our roof looked like from the top, only our house inspector looked at our roof last and we just took his word for it that all was okay with it.) So it was really neat to see everything about our roof in detail. They gave us a very honest assessment, our house didn’t need a new roof, but may need a few things on the roof serviced down the road. They were not pushy. They gave us facts, details, easy to understand explanations, and options for the future. We will definitely be calling them when we are ready to get some work done for our roof or any exterior work!

    DreamHome replaced my windows and siding and wrapped my house several years ago. They are the highest quality and most reasonable company around, I have to say. They have responded twice to follow up with special needs Ive had, something unheard of with most companies. This time, I needed them to remove and replace siding pieces around a repair to my front stoop. They were so accommodating. The job itself was really tricky and needing precise refitting.     I used DreamHome a few months back after noticing a leak in my ceiling. I called there office and within a few hours Celia shows up and does a complete roof inspection. Come to find out there was a leak coming through my skylight. After she diagnosed the issue she told me I will be contacted with a time and date when there repair tech will be out to fix this. 3 days later he shows up fixes the issue and have not have a problem since.     I hired DreamHome to replace my roof in June 2020. I received at least 4 quotes from different and well established companies. I did my homework and took as much time as I though necessary to come to a decision. At the end of the day this a significant investment and I wanted to get it right. 3 reasons why I chose DreamHome. First, I was impressed with the thorough presentation that Brian gave (product, warranty, workmanship etc.) then I read a lot of their reviews good and bad to to learn more about the company. Secondly, I thought their pricing was reasonable compared to the other quotes that I received. Finally, I was able to talk to someone at DreamHome everytime that i had a question or needed additional information which is important. On the day of installation, the crew came in but had had to postpone the installation due to heavy rain forecasts. They came back the next day (Saturday) and did the installation. So I was grateful that they were able to accommodate and do the work next day and on a weekend.I would say that 99% of the work was completed the same day. They run out of shingles and unfortunately the supplier doest not open on weekends so one of the crew members had to come back on Monday to complete the small portion. In full disclosure I was told that with weekend installation they could run into this type of issue. They Cleaned up debris and nails around the house after the work was completed and I had a walkthrough with the crew leader to answer any questions I might have. Because I have kids in the house, next day I walked around the house to clean up any nails they may have missed. I picked up a few nails not many on my driveway and grassy areas. Overall Im satisfied with the work and would use DreamHome again for other project. Their customer service is outstanding! Thank you DreamHome.

    Dream Home was wonderful. The gentleman was very through and explained everything with there product. He also explained with pictures and video of our roof and what we have up there. He explained exactly what the company would do. He even tried his best to get us the best financing we could get. He did not rush at all what he showed and told us. We definitely would refer someone to this company. The Gentlemen who came were very professional and did beautiful job. They even adjusted our gutters both front and back. But told us the gutters who ever tried to fix them did a terrible job and that our gutters need to be replaced. What adjustments they did help some what but our guttrrs are still leaking in the same spots before they got adjusted. I did pick up two bags of nails that were left on the ground after they left. Once we let the company know this. They sent out the same Gentlemen that did the job and he did a thorough job and did find a bunch of nails and did apologize for that. We would definitely use and recommend this company again.

Wille in sales won my business because of the my previous experience but also because he is extremely professional and very thorough with his follow through.     We are very pleased with the work done on the roof. I would have given a 5 except for the fact that shrubs and air conditioner were not covered prior to beginning the roof removal. I tried to cover the air conditioner myself when I saw things coming off the roof onto and into the air conditioner, which we had just replaced two months earlier. Also, although the team installing the roof did a good job cleaning up when they completed the job, during installation, debris blew into our neighbors yards and into the woods behind us.

    I have used Dream Home for three different jobs. I first found them through a groupon for insulation. They did a great job at an amazing price.Then I needed my front door replaced. I have an old 1900s home that has few right angles left. The workman who installed my door was absolutely amazing. He did far more than I would have expected for the job and even came back a second day to make sure it was well installed and everything functioning smoothly. The door was installed three years ago and I am thoroughly impressed with the workmanship spent on it.The third and most extensive job that I had with Dream Home Remodeling was replacing original 1907 single-paned wood windows. The windows had major gaps from age and were noticeably drafty in the winter. Immediately after installation, my house was quieter and better insulated.     This is a stand up company. They will tail you the truth. Ether they can do it or not. I had a claim in with my insurance company for a half of roof replacement. I called several roofing replacement companies to get the job done. They told me that they don’t replace haft roofs. Yes, there was a few companies out there would had done the job. But the companies had a very low rating with Better Business Bureau (BBB). I went back and forth with my insurance company for a year trying to get them to replace my entire roof with a negative response. They wouldn’t authorize approval to replace my entire roof. I was told, if I wanted the other haft roof done I would have to pay for it. I continue to search the Internet for a company with high rating with BBB and with outstanding favorable response of service from their customers within my area. They came over to inspect my roof, and stated that they will speak on my behalf to my insurance company explaining to them that the roof needs to be replace. I am very please with there services. They got the approval to replace the entire roof. JOB well done.If you let them speak on your behalf explaining the problem with your insurance company. There is a very good chance that they will get the approval to replace your entire roof.

I asked for an email confirmation, she agreed to send one and never did.Day-of: When it was 10 minutes past my appointment time, I called and was told that weve been burned in the past so they dont assign a salesperson unless they get confirmation from the customer. I checked my phone -- the confirmation call came in last night at 7pm. Like most people, we dont answer calls from unfamiliar numbers. With small children, our evenings are booked with dinner/bath/bed routines and Im not checking voicemail.I can understand why your company wants to confirm appointments, but consider this:1. when you make appointments, tell the customer to expect a confirmation call.2. make the confirmation call 24 - 48 hours out (not the night before)3. consider using text messaging4. before no-showing on a customer, let them know via phone and/or e-mail how you operate (i.e., only visiting once confirmation is received)Its been on my calendar for a week, I made sure to be available, I was looking forward to it ... only to be disappointed. And INSTEAD of offering to reschedule, I was told how they dont come unless they receive confirmation -- that was it. There are too many competitors to be operating this way.

    I want to leave a superior review for Dream Home for their assistance in taking care of an issue I was having with my gutters. Even though I had gutter guards on my gutters, birds found openings that allowed them to build nests and clog up my gutters. Louie sent a crew to my house to close off the holes and clean out the nests. Dream Home went out of there way to assist me and I can not thank them enough for their response and support.     We had our roof replaced by DreamHome Remodeling in February of 2018, and they did a remarkable job. Marlon and his crew of skilled workers showed up promptly in the morning and worked tirelessly to make sure it was completed within a day. They even did extra clean-up leaving our yard and roof neater than when they found it. Because our insurer was slow and tough, the entire process took months, but thankfully DHR reps communicated persistently with our insurance company and we were able to get the roof replaced with nothing but the cost of our deductible. DHRs pleasant customer service department checked in with us weekly to keep us up-to-date. It really was a wonderful experience. We have since recommended DHR to several of our neighbors.     We recently had our roof and windows replaced. Both were original to the home of 23 years. WOW wow wow! We are extremely pleased with both. The design and color of the roof makes the house look amazing. We chose gridless windows and are very happy that we did. It really opens up the view.     Wow!!! I worked with DreamHome on re-siding our house and again... WOW!!! The House looks amazing and is exactly what I had envisioned going into the project. The Salesman, Chris Brown could not have been more personable, honest and kind which truly lead to my decision to move forward with DreamHome. DreamHome worked with me through every tedious piece of the application process for my home owners association and began the work not only on time, but completed the work in a timely manner. I went with 6 inch Hardiepanel for the siding and my entire single-family home was finished in roughly 6 days(siding, corner joints, rack boards wrapped, Windows wrapped, new gable vents, brand new gutters and all). Those who conducted the labor could not have been more informative or pleasant when it came to questions about the home. They began early and finished late and completed the job during the time frame which was agreed upon, even with a freak November snow. All in all I could not be more pleased with the process and most importantly the outcome. For all intensive purposes, it s a brand new house and I love pulling up to the driveway and seeing the home every single day. A job extremely well down.

    More than 10 years ago, they replaced our windows. As a military family we come back to home about every three years. When we returned July 2017, we noticed that our windows had moisture build up inside the panes. One phone call to the company they acknowledged they had issues with those windows. Even with the warranty out of date, they offered to replace more than 10 of the windows as a result of the defect. Of course we are paying for the windows, but they are covering the labor. The cost is very reasonable. In two weeks they will be out to replace the windows. We will use them again without a question for all of our needs. They care, obviously, that means a lot. Thank you!

    I contracted with DreamHome in July 2020 to add some attic vents and insulation. Overall, the job was fine except for one thing. As a new homeowner, I didnt realize that part of my attic was inaccessible from the main hatch. When DreamHome came by for the estimate and for the actual job, they never mentioned that fact. Instead, they gave me the impression that they would be insulating the entire attic space by showing me Eagleview pictures that covered the entire house. Although they never did insulate the inaccessible area, I was only charged for the area they actually did insulate. But still, it would have been nice to know what areas of my attic and roof were covered and not covered by the job.

    DreamHome is awesome! I had the Owen Corning Duration shingle with the seal layer protection undergarments as well. But, today (1 Nov 18) I had them come out to inspect my attic and make recommendations for insulation. Austin was very polite and professional. Not only did he know (great homework) they installed our roof a year ago he wanted to inspect (and video for me) everthing from the roof ridge vent to the drip strips!. Now the attic, to my suprise he went againts my thoughts (not wants) of removing all the old and installing new. Why, because my attic (he took pictures and spoke with a manager) was in great shape and did not need anything. No upsale, no sneaky oppurtunity as a sales person. I truly felt as if he was inspected his home. He mentioned the heat shield that attaches to the roof sheathing but said where we are in Nov it would not be worth it now and if I was interested to give hime a call after Winter. Honestly. I cant thank him and your company enough. I had two other companies recommend my thoughts of removing all the old and replacing. I gave Austin permission to use my cell and our home as a reference. I will call DreamHome Remodeling for any future issues that falls within their scope of work.DreamHome, Austin is a model technician thats sells honesty.     I had an enclosed porch built by DreamHome two years ago and recently had a severe mold issue on the ceiling. Luckily, Dreamhome provided a 5 year warranty on the work performed. Dreamhome sent Tony out to access the situation and repairs began. Unfortunately, the results of the repairs were inadequate. Tony and his crew ended up have to remove and replace the interior ceiling. Although it was a long process the results and the wait were worth it. It is refreshing to work with a company that actually guarantees the work and stands behind their warranty. Prior to the issue I recommended Dreamhome to friends and neighbors.
