Excellent Roofing Services and Outstanding Customer Service!We recently had Pro Bid Roofing out for our new roof. Were really satisfied with their work and are happy we chose them. Top notch experience. Pro Bids local contacts were quick, informative, and easy to communicate with. Got my estimate and repair work from Mike Justin, who was also very communicative, went out of his way to investigate ALL aspects of the roof problem (which caught an issue a sloppier outfit might have missed, that would have caused a return trip), and took some extra preventative measures to head off future issues. They clearly mean to get it done right the first time.

ProBid and Gary Alexander were great to work with and did a fine job on our roof. The crew was so efficient and cleaned up every scrap, nail and wrapper before they left. With the crazy amount of damage in town from all of the 2024 winds and hail, I’m sure they were absolutely swamped, but the crew did a super job and Gary and his team handled everything with our insurance. We never felt pressured to pay until all parties were satisfied. Highly recommend!

This is a note I sent to the owners of ProBid:“I just wanted to tell you how great your workers were and how awesome the roof looks! I can’t believe they completed it at that pace. They were friendly, and their clean-up was thorough too. I’m glad we trusted our contractor and that you were the company we went with. Thank you!”*Two other things to note*:1. ProBid’s bid was ~75% of competitors’ bids.2. They were not satisfied with their original clean-up (though I was!), so they came back two days later and “touched up.” Talk about service!!

Not a single nail or roofing scrap to be found. You couldnt tell they were there, except for the beautiful new roof. Oh, and did I mention that they painted all the flues and stacks that penetrate the roof to match everything else.Service was above and beyond anything I had ever expected.If Pro Bid doesnt do your work, youre not getting your moneys worth.
