    Except for the wait due to the insurance agency and the back order of shingles, I had a very good experience. They did everything that I asked them to do and then some. All in all, I had a very good experience with this company.

    My insurance company national general approved a new roof for my house. Apple roofing was the only company in the area that they contract to do it. I gotta say I was very impressed with them.     We sold our home right after a huge hail storm. I contacted Zane Hunter (highly recommend.) He was able to work with insurance company to get roof replaced prior to closing. He even allowed the new owner to pick out the color of the new roof. If you need a guy in the roofing business Zane Hunter is the only guy to trust!

    Absolutely amazing. Darren and his team were so professional, friendly and explain the entire processing of getting a new roof. The roofers came in and got our roof done in 1 day.     We worked with Jimmie Sims for our roof inspection after a hail storm caused significant damage throughout our neighborhood. He was flexible with scheduling, arrived on time, and did a great job explaining how everything worked. The inspection was thorough, but didnt take forever. I was especially appreciative that he was honest and did not try to oversell on services we didnt necessarily need. 10/10 recommend Apple Roofing.

    Jimmie came over and gave me a free inspection and within a few days came back out and fixed my roof for me before the storms hit and trimmed it up perfectly. I appreciate the foresight into what was going on and the promptness to get it fixed before any more damage could me done to my home and helped me out with a few tips for the future.     Apple roofing replaced our roof due to a hailstorm that came through.We had a very positive outcome and we are so glad that they worked with us from start to finish.When our roofing material was delivered we were not satisfied at all. The materials were delivered damaged so we had to call Hunter. He had his boss come out and look at the shingles. He agreed that the material was not acceptable. The load was picked up the next day and we had all new materials delivered from a different warehouse the next morning.The roofing crew did an amazing job replacing our roof and when they finished the job they cleaned up every piece of debris. Our yard was spotless.I would definitely use Apple roofing again if the need should arise again.

    Jeremy from Apple, came to my home, to give my roof a once over, and check for damage after a pretty scary storm. He didnt find enough damage for a claim, thank goodness! He was honest, didnt pressure me into purchasing anything I didnt need! So great to interact with honest people! I will be calling him in the future, should I need storm repair! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

    We worked with Jimmie Lee with Apple Roofing. He was exceptional. Free inspection. I honestly didnt realize the damage we had occurred in the recent storms. We are first time home owners and hadnt dealt with insurance yet. He guided us step by step. He made it so easy and handled majority of the communication. We did end up having one part (not the roof but the fascia) that wasnt covered with insurance. (damage occured outside of the storms) Jimmie gave us options to take the pressure off and make it easy to get everything done properly without us having to stress about cost.! My roof looks amazing! Gutters amazing! Im beyond proud of the work done. Thank you Jimmie! And thank you Apple roofing!

    With all the storms lately and unsure if there was damage to the roof, I had Ashley come out and do an inspection. She found no damage. I want to compliment this employee and company she works for. Ashley was very courteous and respectful. She was friendly and honest. I highly recommend Ashley. And if I ever do need another inspection or find I do have damage in the future, shes the one Ill call!!
